一种无烟节能碳烧烤箱,它解决了碳烧烤过程中有毒油烟的产生和烤制食品受热不均匀的问题,它是由烧烤箱体和烤箱盖组成,烧烤箱体的顶部为烤箱口,烤箱盖设置在烤箱口的上面,在烧烤箱体内设置有炭火室、集风室和集油室,炭火室设置在烧烤箱体内上部,集风室设置在炭火室下面,集油室设置在炭火室和集风室的侧面,在集油室的中部设置一个食品托杆,穿好的肉串是斜插进集油室内的,其下部分放在食品托杆上,其上端通过肉串铁钎上的挡环卡在烤箱口的边上。这样放置的好处是烤出的油直接滴入集油室中,且使整个肉串均匀受热。由于设置了烤箱盖,它比一般的无盖碳烤箱能节约很多碳。

烧烤是我国人民非常喜爱的美食。碳烧烤由于设备简单、操作和携带方便、味道纯美,更是受到人们的特别青睐,但是,普通的炭烧烤箱在烤制食品时,由于食品是放在炭火的上方,食品烤出的油会滴落在炭火上,油的燃烧会产生很多的有毒油烟,这些有毒的油烟会飘入大气中,也会被人们吸入肺中或附着在食品上被人们吃下,这既影响了美食的味道,又危害了人们的健康,也污染了环境。因此,市场上需要一种无烟的碳烧烤箱。
发明内容
众所周知,热量的传播主要通过三种途径,既对流、传导和辐射。在烧烤过程中,炭火的热量主要是通过辐射和对流来传递给食品的,烧烤用的碳燃烧本来是无烟的,但是由于有油滴在炭火上才产生了油烟,为了不产生油烟,就要想办法不让烤出的油滴在炭火上,同时燃烧的碳直接暴露在空气中,会浪费很多的热量,本发明的无烟节能碳烧烤箱,它具有既均匀烤制食品,又有不让烤出的油滴在炭火上,还具有节能的功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该无烟节能碳烧烤箱由烧烤箱体、烤箱盖组成,烧烤箱体的顶部为烤箱口,烤箱盖设置在烤箱口的上面,调整烤箱盖的位置可改变烤箱口露出部分的大小,在烧烤箱体内设置有炭火室、集风室和集油室,炭火室设置在烧烤箱体内上部,集风室设置在炭火室下面,集油室设置在炭火室和集风室的侧面,炭火室用作木炭燃烧的空间,集风室用于烧烤箱进风和收集碳灰,在集油室的中部设置一个食品托杆,集油室用于放置食品、接收热量和收集烤制食品时滴下的油。穿好的肉串是斜插进集油室内的,其下部分搭在食品托杆上,其上端通过肉串铁钎上的挡环卡在烤箱口的边上。这样放置的好处是使烤出的油直接滴入集油室中,且根据热的传播特性,这样放置时,肉串下部分受到的辐射热较大,肉串上部分受到的对流热较大,这样使整个肉串均匀受热。
本实用新型的有益效果是,使用此烧烤箱既均匀地烤熟了食品,又不让烤出的油滴在炭火上,由于设置了烤箱盖,减少了热量损失,它比一般的无盖碳烤箱能节约很多碳。

具体实施方式
使用时,首先往集油室[7]加些水,点燃炭火室[2]内的木炭,待木炭燃烧后,将烤箱盖[1]盖在烤箱口[4]上,将穿好的肉串随铁钎斜插进集油室[7]中,肉串的下部分搭在食品托杆[5]上,其上端由铁钎上的挡环卡在烤箱口的边上,挡碳栅[6]的作用是防止碳掉落到集油室中,肉串上烤出的油滴落在集油室的水中,转动铁钎,直到肉串烤熟为止。集风室[3]用于烧烤箱进风和收集碳灰。当烤制不滴油的食品时,可用铁钎或夹子把食品直接插入烤箱盖下,这时由于食品整个都在烤箱中,因此烤制食品的速度很快。烤制过程中也可以把土豆片、地瓜片、馒头片、大蒜、鱿鱼、冷面等食品直接放在烤箱盖上烤制。当多人用餐的时,可在炭火室和集风室的两侧各设置一个集油室,因而可以从两侧烤制食品。
