背景技术：
目前，在手抓饼加工过程中，面皮由面皮成型辊出料口到卷成油卷之前的输送带上都是由人工刷油，不但劳动强度大而且浪费人力资源，提高生产成本。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节省人力、降低生产成本的手抓饼成型机上的面皮刷油装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，手抓饼成型机上的面皮刷油装置，它包括有间隙安装在输送带上面的手抓饼面皮压辊，其特征在于：在面皮压辊的护罩顶上安装有一个油箱，在压辊出料口一面的护罩上用连接架和固定板安装有一个底部与出料口等高向前方倾斜伸出的油刷，在油箱内经连接固定板向油刷后方安装有一根底端高于出料口的油管，在油管上设有出油阀。油刷的宽度与面皮的宽度相等。
本实用新型用油箱、油管和油刷安装在面皮成型辊上，对从出料通道内输送出来的面皮自动刷油，具有节省人力资源、降低生产成本，提高刷油质量的优点。

结合附图详细描述实施例，它包括有间隙安装在输送带上面的手抓饼面皮压辊7，在面皮压辊的护罩8顶上安装有一个油箱1，在压辊出料口一面的护罩上用连接架6和固定板4安装有一个底部与出料口等高向前方倾斜伸出的油刷5，在油箱内引出有一根底端高于出料口的油管3，在油管上设有出油阀2。油刷的宽度与面皮的宽度相等。
使用时将手抓饼面皮压辊安装在输送带的机架上，使输送带与压辊之间留有一个出料通道，工作时由面皮压辊压出的面皮落在输送带上，面皮由输送带带动经油管下方注油后由油刷将上表面的油涂刷均匀，进入下道工序。这样面皮在输送中自动完成刷油，而且涂油量可以调节，所以节省力人力资源，提高了工作效率、降低了成本。

1.手抓饼成型机上的面皮刷油装置，它包括有间隙安装在输送带上面的手抓饼面皮压辊，其特征在于：在面皮压辊的护罩顶上安装有一个油箱，在压辊出料口一面的护罩上用连接架和固定板安装有一个底部与出料口等高向前方倾斜伸出的油刷，在油箱内经连接固定板向油刷后方安装有一根底端高于出料口的油管，在油管上设有出油阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手抓饼成型机上的面皮刷油装置，其特征在于：油刷的宽度与面皮的宽度相等。
