本实用新型涉及一种轴间差速器，尤其涉及一种重型驱动桥轴间差速器。
背景技术
现有的重型汽车驱动桥轴间差速器上存在轴间差速器前垫片这一零件，轴间差速器前垫片一般为环形的实心片状结构体，轴间差速器前垫片套接在输入轴外，且轴间差速器前垫片一侧的端面与输入轴上的限位端面接触，轴间差速器前垫片另一侧的端面与主动圆柱齿轮接触，轴间差速器前垫片不仅要受到限位端面和主动圆柱齿轮的挤压，而且轴间差速器前垫片与限位端面和主动圆柱齿轮之间均存在相对运动；存在的问题是：由于轴间差速器在驱动桥上所处的位置较高，因此无法被齿轮油浸泡润滑，只能在主减速器壳上开设润滑通道将齿轮油引到轴间差速器内，润滑效果十分有限，这就使得轴间差速器前垫片长期工作在润滑条件不好的情况下，导致轴间差速器前垫片磨损严重，容易损坏。

针对背景技术中的问题，本实用新型提出了一种重型汽车驱动桥轴间差速器，包括套接在输入轴上的轴间差速器前垫片，其改进在于：所述轴间差速器前垫片采用推力圆柱滚子轴承。
轴间差速器前垫片采用推力圆柱滚子轴承后，由于推力圆柱滚子轴承自身的结构特点，即使润滑效果不好，轴间差速器前垫片也能在较大的应力作用下正常工作，保证轴间差速器良好运转。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是：轴间差速器前垫片采用推力圆柱滚子轴承，使得轴间差速器前垫片能够在润滑效果不好的情况长期正常运行。
