背景技术
推力圆柱滚子轴承用于承受较重的轴向载荷,多用于钻机等重型工程机械上,推力圆柱滚子轴承由轴圈、座圈、保持架和滚子的组件组成,三件都可分离。为了承受较重的载荷,推力圆柱滚子轴承的滚动体尺寸很大,长度很长,使得运转过程中滚子两端的线速度差别加大,造成磨损,影响轴承运转,降低轴承的使用寿命。普通推力圆柱滚子轴承的保持架无引导,造成保持架轴向窜动,令轴承运转不平稳,润滑不畅,摩擦较大。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种运转平稳、润滑充分、摩擦小,从而能够提高轴承的使用寿命的推力圆柱滚子轴承。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:推力圆柱滚子轴承,两列滚子并排放在保持架座内,并与保持架盖配合安装,用弹性圆柱销锁紧;其特征在于:滚子与保持架座、保持架盖组成的一体件置于座圈与轴圈之间,保持架座、保持架盖组成的一体件与座圈引导表面处,设计半圆形润滑油槽,充分润滑,使引导面处形成充分的润滑油膜。
