【背景技术】
球面垫片是一种两端面均为球面的垫片，它主要应用在汽车差速器，差速器应适应严重的颠簸并能在高低温环境下长期高速运行。球面垫片在差速器的壳体与球面齿轮之间安装，起到减少摩擦和提高润滑作用。目前所使用的球面垫片，不具备自润滑功能，所以在差速器高速运转过程中，球面垫片的接触面润滑不够理想，接触面会产生较大的摩擦，容易导致垫片较快磨损，另外摩擦产生的杂质会少许积存在垫片的球面上，容易对垫片的球面接触造成磨损和破坏，垫片使用寿命短。
【发明内容】
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种具有自润滑功能，提高垫片接触面的润滑性能，降低垫片接触面的摩擦，延长使用寿命的自润滑球面垫片。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的：
一种自润滑球面垫片，具有外球面和内球面，其特征在于：外球面和内球面之间围成空腔，内球面的表面呈点状布设圆孔，圆孔与空腔相通。
上述技术方案中，空腔起到蓄油的作用，这样球面垫片就具备自润滑功能，从而提高垫片接触面的润滑性能，降低垫片接触面的摩擦，同时空腔可吸纳摩擦产生的杂质，使杂质不会积存在垫片的球面上，避免对垫片的球面接触造成磨损和破坏，所以本实用新型能有效提高使用寿命。
