背景技术
目前应用于涡轮蜗杆传动装置，特别是用于机车调节装置的齿轮，是由齿轮车毂孔直接置于轴承销之上，可能会因为齿轮在运作时因为受压力产生形变，从而产生震动导致缩短使用寿命。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的齿轮容易产生震动不足，本实用新型提供了一种减震型齿轮。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种减震型齿轮，包括齿圈、齿牙、齿轮轮毂孔和环形槽，齿圈外沿设有齿牙，齿圈中心设有齿轮轮毂孔，齿圈与齿轮轮毂孔之间设有环形槽，环形槽内固定有减震环。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括减震环为橡胶环。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该齿轮可以很好的减少震动，延长了齿轮的使用寿命，保证了行车安全，节约了成本，提高了功效。

如图1是一种减震型齿轮的结构示意图，一种减震型齿轮，包括齿圈1、齿牙2、齿轮轮毂孔3和环形槽4，齿圈1外沿设有齿牙2，齿圈1中心设有齿轮轮毂孔3，齿圈1与齿轮轮毂孔3之间设有环形槽4，环形槽4内固定有减震环5，减震环5为橡胶环。
齿轮的环形槽4内嵌入橡胶制的减震环5，当齿轮受到外部压力时，减震环5能够提供很好的缓冲，从而帮助齿轮减少形变，降低噪音，该齿轮可以很好的减少震动，延长了齿轮的使用寿命，保证了行车安全，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.一种减震型齿轮，包括齿圈（1）、齿牙（2）、齿轮轮毂孔（3）和环形槽（4），齿圈（1）外沿设有齿牙（2），齿圈（1）中心设有齿轮轮毂孔（3），齿圈（1）与齿轮轮毂孔（3）之间设有环形槽（4），其特征是，环形槽（4）内固定有减震环（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减震型齿轮，其特征是，减震环（5）为橡胶环。
