本实用新型提供一种带有牛眼轮轴向限位的永磁传动装置,由主动端与从动端组成,主动端包括主动端法兰、主动钢盘及导体盘,从动端包括从动端法兰、从动钢盘及永磁盘,导体盘和永磁盘之间留有一个间隙,其特征在于,主动钢盘的中心安装有牛眼轮,从动钢盘的中心安装有限位块,当牛眼轮与限位块接触时,导体盘与永磁盘之间的间隙为最小极限值。本实用新型通过牛眼轮与限位块之间配合限制了永磁盘的轴向窜动,保持了永磁盘与导体盘之间的最小工作间隙,解决了永磁盘与导体盘之间因突然失去间隙产生摩擦而导致设备损坏的问题,从而保护了设备的正常运转,使永磁传动结构可以扩大它的应用领域——有轴向力的环境。

本实用新型涉及一种永磁传动装置,尤其是一种带有牛眼轮轴向限位的永磁传动装置。
背景技术
永磁传动是一种非接触式传动,主动端的导体盘与从动端的永磁盘必须保留一个最小间隙,两者之间不能接触,否则发生剧烈摩擦,造成设备迅速损坏。永磁传动的这种最小间隙要求限制了它们在有轴向力环境中应用,无规律的轴向窜动,很可能会导致导体盘和永磁盘之间突然失去间隙,导致摩擦损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有牛眼轮轴向限位的永磁传动装置,能够对永磁传动结构的从动端轴向窜动做出限位,从而确保永磁盘永远不能跟导体盘产生摩擦,解决永磁盘与导体盘之间因突然失去间隙产生摩擦而导致设备损坏的问题,保护设备的正常运转,以便扩大永磁传动结构的应用领域——有轴向力的环境。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
本实用新型所述的一种带有牛眼轮轴向限位的永磁传动装置,由主动端与从动端组成,主动端包括主动端法兰、主动钢盘及导体盘,从动端包括从动端法兰、从动钢盘及永磁盘,导体盘和永磁盘之间留有一个间隙,其特征在于,主动钢盘的中心安装有牛眼轮,从动钢盘的中心安装有限位块,当牛眼轮与限位块接触时,导体盘与永磁盘之间的间隙为最小极限值。
所述的主动钢盘中心周围设有螺孔,将周边设有连接孔的牛眼轮通过螺栓安装在主动钢盘中心;安装在从动钢盘中心的限位块与从动端法兰之间是一体式结构,在从动端法兰的端面上延伸出具有一定长度的限位块。

1、当永磁传动结构应用于有轴向力的环境时,通过牛眼轮与限位块之间配合限制了永磁盘的轴向窜动,保持了永磁盘与导体盘之间的最小工作间隙,解决了永磁盘与导体盘之间因突然失去间隙产生摩擦而导致设备损坏的问题,从而保护了设备的正常运转。
2、使永磁传动结构可以扩大它的应用领域——有轴向力的环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图1~图4所示,本实用新型的一种带有牛眼轮轴向限位的永磁传动装置,由主动端与从动端组成,主动端包括主动端法兰1、主动钢盘2及导体盘3,从动端包括从动端法兰6、从动钢盘5及永磁盘4,导体盘3和永磁盘4之间留有一个间隙9,其特征在于,主动钢盘2的中心安装有牛眼轮8,从动钢盘5的中心安装有限位块7,根据导体盘3与永磁盘4的厚度,当牛眼轮8与限位块7接触时,导体盘3与永磁盘4之间的间隙为最小极限值。这样,当从动端有轴向力时,从动端法兰6的轴向窜动被牛眼轮8和限位块7所限制,保持了最小工作间隙。主动钢盘2中心周围设有螺孔,将周边设有连接孔的牛眼轮8通过螺栓安装在主动钢盘2中心(参见图2)。安装在从动钢盘5中心的限位块可采用两种结构形式:一种与从动端法兰6之间采用一体式结构,在从动端法兰6的端面上延伸出具有一定长度的限位块7;另一种采用装配式结构,在从动钢盘5中心周围设有螺孔,将一侧带有一定长度的凸台71,周边带有轴向连接孔72的凸形限位块,通过螺栓安装在从动钢盘5中心(类似于上述图2中牛眼轮8与主动钢盘2之间的连接),当凸形限位块磨损到一定程度时,只更换限位块,不必像一体式结构那种更换整个从动端法兰6(参见图5、6)。

1.一种带有牛眼轮轴向限位的永磁传动装置,由主动端与从动端组成,主动端包括主动端法兰(1)、主动钢盘(2)及导体盘(3),从动端包括从动端法兰(6)、从动钢盘(5)及永磁盘(4),导体盘(3)和永磁盘(4)之间留有一个间隙(9),其特征在于,主动钢盘(2)的中心安装有牛眼轮(8),从动钢盘(5)的中心安装有限位块(7),当牛眼轮(8)与限位块(7)接触时,导体盘(3)与永磁盘(4)之间的间隙为最小极限值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有牛眼轮轴向限位的永磁传动装置,其特征在于,主动钢盘(2)中心周围设有螺孔,将周边设有连接孔的牛眼轮(8)通过螺栓安装在主动钢盘(2)中心;安装在从动钢盘(5)中心的限位块(7)与从动端法兰(6)之间是一体式结构,在从动端法兰(6)的端面上延伸出具有一定长度的限位块(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有牛眼轮轴向限位的永磁传动装置,其特征在于,主动钢盘(2)中心周围设有螺孔,将周边设有连接孔的牛眼轮(8)通过螺栓安装在主动钢盘(2)中心;安装在从动钢盘(5)中心的限位块采用装配式结构,在从动钢盘(5)中心周围设有螺孔,将一侧带有一定长度的凸台(71),周边带有轴向连接孔的凸形限位块(71),通过螺栓安装在从动钢盘(5)中心。
