Abstract

涡旋式压缩机轴用挡圈,属涡旋式压缩机技术领域。其目的是提供一种能够保证电磁离合器线圈部件与前端盖之间相对固定的涡旋式压缩机轴用挡圈,以避免因线圈部件的松动而造成电磁离合器的损坏。其技术要点是:挡圈(1)为碟形的倾斜状。将挡圈设计为碟形的倾斜状,使之既具有现有挡圈的弹性功能,又具有压紧功能。当挡圈通过一定的预紧力将其压入到电磁离合器的挡圈槽内时,足以保证压住电磁离合器线圈部件并将其固定在前端盖上,从而保证了电磁离合器的线圈部件不会发生松动,确保了电磁离合器的正常工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涡旋式压缩机轴用挡圈,属涡旋式压缩机技术领域。
背景技术
目前,涡旋式压缩机轴用挡圈虽能使电磁离合器线圈部件装在前端盖上不会产生脱落,但由于弹性挡圈厚度、线圈部件厚度及挡圈沟槽均存在一定的公差,这就使得线圈部件在前端盖出现松动,与皮带轮发生摩擦,产生异常噪音,最终使电磁离合器损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够保证电磁离合器线圈部件与前端盖之间相对固定的涡旋式压缩机轴用挡圈,以避免因线圈部件的松动而造成电磁离合器的损坏。
其技术是方案:一种涡旋式压缩机轴用挡圈,其特征在于:所述的挡圈为碟形的倾斜状。
其技术效果是:将挡圈设计为为碟形的倾斜状,使之既具有现有挡圈的弹性功能,又具有压紧功能。当挡圈通过一定的预紧力将其压入到电磁离合器的挡圈槽内时,足以挡住电磁离合器线圈部件并将其固定在前端盖上,从而保证了电磁离合器的线圈部件不会发生松动,确保了电磁离合器的正常工作。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,涡旋式压缩机轴用挡圈,挡圈1为碟形的倾斜状,挡圈面的倾斜程度根据线圈部件厚度及挡圈沟槽间存在的间隙大小来确定,当挡圈通过一定的预紧力将其压入到电磁离合器的挡圈槽内时,足以保证压住电磁离合器线圈部件并将其固定在前端盖上。
为了便于挡圈的拆卸,挡圈沟槽的两侧分别开有通孔2。
