Abstract

改进的涡旋式压缩机钢球-保持圈防自转机构,属涡旋式压缩机技术领域。其目的是提供一种能够降低防自转机构的轴向磨损,特别是后期轴向磨损的改进的涡旋式压缩机钢球-保持圈防自转机构。其技术要点是:防自转机构中的动保持圈(2)和静保持圈(1)的外围分别与垫圈(4)之间设置有0.05-0.15mm的轴向间隙。该间隙能够使垫圈相对于保持圈自由转动,避免了钢球对垫圈某一部位的长期磨损,不会再出现明显的磨损凹环,从而限制了压缩机防自转机构后期的轴向磨损量,大大延长了涡旋压缩机的整机寿命;同时,该间隙可降低整机对保持圈的轴向要求,从而可以降低保持圈的生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种改进的涡旋式压缩机钢球-保持圈防自转机构,属涡旋式压缩机技术领域。
背景技术
目前,涡旋式压缩机普遍使用的钢球-保持圈防自转机构,主要由钢球、保持圈和垫圈组成。两块保持圈的锥孔参数相同,以一定的偏心距将一定数量的钢球卡在中间,钢球可以转动。在运行过程中动保持圈随动涡旋盘以固定的回转半径围绕静涡旋盘做圆周轨迹的公转平动。在后期,钢球-保持圈和涡旋盘的涡旋齿在径向的磨损具有同步可补偿性,而轴向磨损主要集中在钢球和垫圈上。轴向补偿机构不仅可以补偿动、静涡旋盘和其它相关件的磨损,还可以补偿钢球的磨损。但是,当垫圈被磨损时,会在动涡旋盘垫圈和上壳体上产生和钢球数目相同的磨损凹环,这些凹环的深度一般在后期可达到0.01-0.05mm,不仅破坏了轴向尺寸链,造成严重泄漏,加大轴向补偿机构的负荷,更严重的时破坏了钢球的预定运动轨迹,破坏了防自转机构的防自转量和径向补偿机构的自动补偿值,直接导致各个压缩腔之间的周向间隙加大,泄漏量和功耗也随之加大,这要比周向泄漏更为严重。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够降低防自转机构的轴向磨损,特别是后期轴向磨损的改进的涡旋式压缩机钢球-保持圈防自转机构。
其技术方案是:一种改进的涡旋式压缩机钢球-保持圈防自转机构,包括钢球,动、静保持圈和垫圈,其特征在于:所述动保持圈和静保持圈的外围分别与垫圈之间设置有0.05-0.15mm的轴向间隙。
其技术效果是:由于在动保持圈和静保持圈的外围与垫圈之间分别设置一个轴向的间隙,故能够使垫圈相对于保持圈自由转动,不管压缩机在低速还是高速工况下,随着钢球的转动,垫圈也在微量转动(一般为顺时针),避免了钢球对垫圈某一部位的长期磨损,不会再出现明显的磨损凹环,也就控制了防自转机构的轴向磨损,从而限制了压缩机防自转机构后期的轴向磨损量,大大延长了涡旋压缩机的整机寿命。同时,由于在垫圈与保持圈之间设置有间隙,故可降低整机对保持圈的轴向要求,从而可以降低保持圈的生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,改进的涡旋式压缩机钢球-保持圈防自转机构,包括钢球3,动保持圈2、静保持圈1和垫圈4。动保持圈和静保持圈的外围分别与垫圈之间设置有0.05-0.15mm的轴向间隙。该间隙不可过大或过小:过小则不能使垫圈相对于保持圈自由转动,过大则会造成保持圈在工作中微量弹性变形,导致钢球原运行轨迹的改变,乃至动涡旋盘的回转运动不稳定,从而使泄露或者磨损加剧。
