Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一压模装置,特别是用于材料连续挤压的压模装置。
本发明的目的是提供一种在挤压,特别是在挤压如铜和其它金属材料过程中,能够经受住作用于其上的较大应力的压模装置。
根据本发明,用于材料连续挤压的压模装置包括第一部件和第二部件,该第一部件上有相对于一芯棒部分对称设置的锥形孔,该芯棒部分沿轴向突伸,用以与第二部件上的孔颈分相配合,限定一挤压缝隙。
本发明将通过实施例并参照附图作进一步叙述,图中:

参照图1至图4,压模装置的第一部件包括本体1,其上的锥孔2相对于该本体的轴线3对称设置。锥孔2在本体端面4的轴线处相邻接。一整体的芯棒5从本体的相对端面6沿轴向突伸。芯棒5在轮毂7处终止。
从端面4到端面6,锥孔2大致呈截头圆锥状,其圆形横截面逐渐减小。为简便起见,锥孔可含30°的角。在邻近端面6的最后一小段长度上,锥孔从圆形的横截面变化至大致呈卵形的横截面,如图3和4中所示。
压模装置的第二部件见图5中的剖视图,它包括带有通道9的本体8。通道9限定了一扩展的腔部10,该腔部缩减至孔颈11,其后连接一截头圆锥形部分12。
图6表示安装在连续挤压装置中的压模装置,该连续挤压装置公开在英国专利说明书1,370,894和1,434,201中(分别对应美国专利说明书3,765,216和3,873,703)。简而言之,该连续挤压装置包括一安装在水平从动轴(未示出)上的轮13,它沿箭头14的方向旋转。一环形圆周槽15在轮13上形成,并且有一固定的瓦状元件16盖住槽15的一部分。
瓦状元件16形成一支承,用来支承压模装置,向槽内突伸并堵截住槽的支座7和向槽内突伸的衬垫18,以限定一通道19来接收进料。
使用时,送进至通道19的物料由摩擦阻力导向支座7。支座17用于堵截通道19,并产生进料的扰动且通过压模装置形成挤压。物流由压模装置第一部件上的锥孔2分成两路。该两路物流流入环形挤压腔20并在其中混合,该挤压腔是由压模装置的两部件形成的,并由压模装置上第二部件的扩展腔部10和第一部件的芯棒5限定。芯棒5与第二部件上的孔颈11相配合,用以限定一环形缝隙21,挤压腔20中的物料通过缝隙21而被挤压成管状。
在图7的改进形式中,第一部件的端面6变换形成一塞头6 a。终止于轮毂7的芯棒5具有表面硬化了的周边面7 a,如硬质合金表面。
图8所示的改进形式的第二部件的剖视图中,通道9从进口端面24起延伸,端面24限定一轮缘25,用以与图7中的塞头6 a相配合。为减少通道9周壁上的磨损,一陶瓷衬垫26设置于本体8的圆柱形凹槽28内。衬垫26可以是,如含有SYALON(注册商标)陶瓷或PSZ(部分稳定氧化锆(Partially Stabilised Zirconia))。
图9表示了分别示于图7和8中的第一和第二部件装配于一连续挤压装置中。图7,8和9中,用于与图1至6相同的数字标记指示共同的元部件。
挤压的材料可以是铜,迄今已证实,铜难于连续挤压。在铜的连续挤压过程中,该压模装置能经受住作用于其上的应力。该压模装置的部件可由高强度合金制成,如已知的商业名称为“Inconel718”和“Nimonic105”的合金。
陶瓷材料也可被替换用于衬垫26。虽然表面硬化的圆周面7 a最好选用硬质合金,但也可以使用其它耐磨材料。
尽管只对管状挤压进行了描述,但该压模装置也适于其它形状和轮廓,如杆形成线形的挤压。陶瓷衬垫的使用能承受磨损,当挤压硬材料时尤其有利。

Claims (5)

1、用于材料连续挤压的压模装置包括第一部件和第二部件,其特征是:该第一部件(1)上有锥形孔(2)相对一芯棒部分(5)对称地设置,该芯棒部分沿轴向突伸,用以与第二部件(8)上的孔颈部分(11)配合,限定一挤压缝隙(21)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压模装置,其特征是:锥孔(2)远离芯棒部分(5)在端面4的轴线处相邻接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的压模装置,其特征是:第一部件上的塞头(6 a)与第二部件上的轮缘(25)相配合。
4、根据权利要求3所述的压模装置,其中的第二部件上有一通道(9),其特征是:一陶瓷的衬垫(26)形成了通道壁。
5、根据权利要求1所述的压模装置,其特征是:芯棒部分(5)上有一耐磨材料(7 a)。
