Abstract

L'invention a trait à des paliers pour pièces rotatives. Elle a pour objet des paliers de pivotement et/ou de guidage d'un trépan rotatif à cônes réalisé pour comporter des zones alternées de matériaux résistant à l'usure et de matériaux antifriction. La matrice du palier est formée par compression d'une poudre d'alliage dans la forme de l'élément de palier désiré. La matrice de palier est frittée, formant ainsi un élément de palier poreux. Un matériau antifriction est infiltré dans la matrice poreuse de l'élément de palier qui est ensuite durci. L'élément de palier résultant comporte des zones de matériaux résistant à l'usure et des zones de matériaux antifriction. Applications notamment aux trépans de forages pétroliers.
