[0002] 生物质炉是新一代高效、环保、节能炊事取暖炉,因产品使用时热效率高,烟尘排放低也称高效低排放炉,是以可燃生物质及煤为燃料,通过让生物质在炉膛内气化产生可燃气体,可燃气体在炉膛上层的二次供氧下再次燃烧,实现了生物质的充分燃烧,达到了提高炉具的热效率的同时减少了烟尘的排放,使用这一技术与传统大灶相比,可以大大提高炉具的整体热效率,达到省柴节煤的目的,通过二次供氧气化燃烧降低烟尘排放量,解决了农村烧大灶、高污染、高排放、高耗能的问题,真正实现了高效、环保、节能的目的,是集农家烧水、做饭、保温、取暖等多功能为一体的节能炉具,但传统的生物质炉在燃烧湿的原料的时候往往效果不够好,单独对湿的原料进行干燥时会浪费大量的能量。因此,针对上述问题而设计了一种生物质炉。
