背景技术
球磨机是物料被破碎之后，再进行粉碎的关键设备。它广泛应用于水泥、硅酸盐制品、新型建筑材料、耐火材料、化肥有色金属选矿以及玻璃陶瓷等生产行业，对各种矿石和其它可磨性物料进行干式或湿式粉磨。
现有的球磨机一般利用旋转时的离心力将内部的钢球提升，通过钢球与物料之间的相互作用对物料进行粉碎。但离心力的提升能力有限，在钢球还未到达顶部之前，就会因为重力作用而下落，无法达到最大的共磨速度。同时由于钢球对球磨机筒体的巨大冲击力和摩擦力，产生了严重的噪音污染，钢球的速度越大，噪音越大。此外，目前的湿式磨矿方式主要是在球磨机的筒体内部进行供水，如果存储时间过长，温度会随着上升，这样制造出来的产品不稳定，质量达不到要求。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种球磨机，包括机架1以及位于机架1上的球磨机筒体2，球磨机筒体2通过齿轮与驱动装置3相连，驱动装置3包括驱动电机31以及减速器32。球磨机筒体2内设有搅拌装置21，球磨机筒体2的上方设有进料口22，进料口22处设有供水管24，供水管24连通有供水箱4。球磨机筒体2的下方设有出料口23，出料口23处设有出料阀门28。球磨机筒体2内设有衬板25，衬板25外壁与球磨机筒体2内壁之间铺设有吸声材料衬层26，本实用新型中的吸声材料衬层由复合橡胶材料制成。衬板25的内壁处开设有提升凹槽27，衬板13的外壁处开有吸声凹槽29，吸声凹槽29与提升凹槽27相间设置，吸声凹槽29内填入吸声材料，本实用新型吸声材料是泡沫塑料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球磨机，其特征在于，所述出料口(23)处设有出料阀门(28)。
