Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种多板泡罩加料机构,包括有机架、料库、药板输送装置、格子送料装置、加料装置及电气控制器,所述机架上具有工作台,所述料库设置在工作台上,所述药板输送装置设置在料库的上方,所述格子送料装置设置在料库下端的前方,其特征在于所述加料装置包括有推刀、药板翻转部件及将药板翻转部件上的药板推入格子送料装置上的推板部件,所述推刀和药板翻转部件分别设置在料库的两侧,所述工作台上设有供推刀水平移动的轨道,且该轨道延伸至料库的下方。本实用新型将药板侧立后再进行装盒,这样药板板数增加时只会加宽不会增高,因而不受装盒高度的限制,可用于多板药板的装盒。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及的是一种加料机构的改进发明,特别涉及的是一种多板泡罩加料机构。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的泡罩机与装盒机联动生产,即将泡罩机生产的泡罩片直接装盒包装,而泡罩片在装盒时一般为平卧加料,当药板堆叠过高进行装盒容易出现药板倾斜、倾倒,难以正常装盒,因此受装盒高度及加料方式限制,只能完成1-5板装盒,对于5-15板多板联动生产装盒,目前还没有技术手段解决,只能采用手工加料生产,因此现有的多板装盒加料生产效率低,生产成本高。
发明内容
[0003] 鉴于背景技术存在的技术问题,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于多板泡罩装盒加料机构,从而提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种多板泡罩加料机构,包括有机架、料库、药板输送装置、格子送料装置、加料装置及电气控制器,所述药板输送装置、格子送料装置及加料装置均与电气控制器联接,所述机架上具有工作台,所述料库设置在工作台上,所述药板输送装置设置在料库的上方,所述格子送料装置设置在料库下端的前方,其特征在于所述加料装置包括有推刀、药板翻转部件及将药板翻转部件上的药板推入格子送料装置上的推板部件,所述推刀和药板翻转部件分别设置在料库的两侧,所述工作台上设有供推刀水平移动的轨道,且该轨道延伸至料库的下方。
[0005] 所述药板翻转部件包括有料仓及带动料仓旋转的动力源,所述料仓的一侧具有进料口,所述料仓的前端具有出料口,所述料仓的后端具有一推料缺口。
[0006] 所述推板部件包括有推板及推动推板前后移动的气缸,在工况时,所述推板与料仓的推料缺口对应。
[0007] 所述推板部件安装在药板翻转部件上。
[0008] 所述药板输送装置包括有输送带、剔料收集件、气嘴及防止飞料的压板部件,所述输送带与料库的上端衔接,所述压板部件设置在料库的正上方,所述气嘴和剔料收集件分别设置在输送带的两侧,且所述气嘴与剔料收集件的收料口对应设置。
[0009] 所述剔料收集件的收料口处设有控制气嘴吹气的药板吹料传感器,所述药板吹料传感器与电气控制器联接。
[0010] 所述压板部件包括有支架、设置在支架上的压带及带动支架转动的电机,所述压带设置在输送带和料库的上方。
[0011] 所述压板部件还包括有压板上翻传感器,所述压板上翻传感器与电气控制器联接。
[0012] 所述格子送料装置包括有送料带,所述送料带上均匀设置有隔板,所述隔板之间具有用于放置药板的空槽。
[0013] 所述料库上设有用于控制料库内药板存储量的限位装置,所述限位装置包括有上限位传感器和下限位传感器,所述限位装置与电气控制器联接。
[0014] 所述推刀安装在推刀座上,所述推刀座安装在升降装置上,所述升降装置安装在水平移动装置上。
[0015] 所述升降装置包括有安装座及安装在安装座上的传动轮、竖向设置的传动带、升降导轨、伺服电机和用于控制推刀座升降高度的升降限位传感器,所述传动轮与伺服电机连接,所述推刀座安装在传动带上,且所述推刀座沿升降导轨上下移动,所述伺服电机、升降限位传感器均与电气控制器联接。
[0016] 所述水平移动装置包括推动气缸,所述升降装置的安装座与推动气缸的活塞杆连接。
[0017] 本实用新型通过药板翻转部件使多板药板进行90度翻转,药板侧立后再由推板部件将多板药板推入格子送料装置上的空槽内,由格子送料装置将药板送至下道工序。由于药板侧立装盒,药板的宽度即装盒的高度,药板板数增加只会增加其宽度而不会增加其高度,因而在进行多板药板装盒时,就不会出现药板倾斜或倾倒的问题发生,本实用新型实现了多板药板的装盒,解决了泡罩机和装盒机多板自动联动的生产,带动了整个行业的发展;本实用新型为全自动生产,减少人工劳作,因而生产成本低,生产效率高,给生产厂家带来积极的经济效益。

具体实施方式
[0023] 参照附图,该种多板泡罩加料机构,包括有机架6、料库5、药板输送装置1、格子送料装置2、加料装置3及电气控制器,本实施例中,所述料库5、药板输送装置1、加料装置3设置有两组,分别设置在格子送料装置2的两侧,两组交错加料,提高生产效率。所述药板输送装置1、格子送料装置2及加料装置均与电气控制器联接,即由电气控制器控制本机运行。所述料库5上设有用于控制料库内药板存储量的限位装置,所述限位装置包括有上限位传感器30和下限位传感器31,当药板输送装置I送料的速度低于加料装置3加料的速度时或者药板输送装置I停机时,料库5内药板存储量会降低,当料库5内药板存储的高度低于下限位传感器31的位置时,该下限位传感器31未感应,此时加料装置3停止工作,直到下限位传感器31感应到药板,此时能让本机正常运行;反之,当加料装置3无法将药板输送装置输送的物料消化时,导致药板在料库5内堆积,上限位传感器30感应到药板,此时药板输送装置进行剔料工作,避免药板过剩,造成输送堵塞,无法正常运行,所述上、下限位传感器30、31不仅用于控制料库5内药板4的存储量,还要同时限定药板4堆叠的高度,适当的高度使得药板4从药板输送装置I进入料库5时可以顺利地水平堆叠在料库5内的药板上,否则,料库5内药板堆叠的太低时,药板下落的距离就长,药板容易倾倒,不能正常堆叠,料库5内药板堆叠的太高药板就容易被卡住,因此高度适中十分重要。
[0024] 所述机架6上具有工作台36,所述料库5设置在工作台6上,所述药板输送装置I设置在料库5的上方,所述格子送料装置2设置在料库5下端的前方,所述加料装置2包括有推刀44、药板翻转部件及将药板翻转部件上的药板4推入格子送料装置2上的推板部件,所述推刀44和药板翻转部件分别设置在料库5的两侧;所述推刀44安装在推刀座50上,所述推刀座50安装在升降装置上,所述升降装置安装在水平移动装置上,所述工作台36上设有供推刀水平移动的轨道32,且该轨道32延伸至料库5的下方,所述推刀44沿轨道32将药板4推出料库5后,推刀44置于料库5内剩余的药板下方,此时推刀44在升降装置的带动下向下移动,药板4也随之逐步下降,直至推刀44的上端面与工作台36持平,而药板4则平稳置于工作台36上,这样可避免药板因快速自由落体出现倾斜、排列不整齐;所述升降装置包括有安装座46及安装在安装座上的传动轮42、竖向设置的传动带43、升降导轨47、伺服电机45及用于控制推刀座升降高度的升降限位传感器41,为了便于说明,该伺服电机45为电机一,所述传动轮42与电机一 45连接,所述推刀座50安装在传动带43上,且所述推刀座50沿升降导轨47上下移动。所述水平移动装置包括推动气缸49,该推动气缸49为气缸一,所述升降装置的安装座46与气缸一 49的活塞杆连接。
[0025] 所述药板输送装置I包括有输送带10、剔料收集件11、气嘴13、防止飞料的压板部件及控制气嘴吹气的药板吹料传感器12,所述输送带10与料库5的上端衔接,所述药板吹料传感器12则设置在剔料收集件的收料口 14旁,所述气嘴13和剔料收集件11分别设置在输送带10的两侧,且所述气嘴13与剔料收集件的收料口 14对应设置,即剔料工作时,气嘴13吹气并将输送带上的药板4吹入收料口 14内,剔料收集件统一收集;所述压板部件包括有支架17、设置在支架上的压带18、带动支架转动的电机15及压板上翻传感器16,该电机15为电机二,所述压带18设置在输送带10和料库5的上方,当物料卡住药板输送装置I或在调试期间,压带18应处于上翻状态,压板上翻传感器16未感应到压带18到位,此时药板吹料传感器12感应到药板时则发送指令给气嘴13,气嘴13吹气将输送带10上的药板吹入剔料收集件11内,当料库的上限位传感器30感应时,同样,若药板吹料传感器感12应到药板时也发送指令给气嘴13,气嘴吹气。所述格子送料装置2包括有送料带22,所述送料带上均匀设置有隔板21,所述隔板之间具有用于放置药板的空槽20。
[0026] 所述药板翻转部件包括有料仓40及带动料仓旋转的动力源37,所述动力源37为伺服电机,该伺服电机37为电机三,所述料仓40旋转的角度可以限定,即在料仓的两侧设置左右限位传感器;所述料仓40的一侧具有进料口 33,所述料仓的前端具有出料口 35,所述料仓的后端具有一推料缺口 34 ;所述推板部件包括有推板39及推动推板前后移动的气缸38,该气缸38为气缸二,同样推板39前后移动的位置也可以采用推板到位传感器进行控制,本实施例中,所述推板部件安装在药板翻转部件上,即气缸二 38安装在料仓40上,所述推板39安装在气缸二 38的活塞杆上,所述推板39与料仓的推料缺口 34对应,料仓40翻转90度后,气缸二 38伸出,推板39推动料仓内的药板进入送料带上的空槽20内。所述电机一、电机二、电机三、气缸一、气缸二、升降限位传感器、上限位传感器、下限位传感器、压板上翻传感器、气嘴、药板吹料传感器、推板到位传感器、左右限位传感器均与电气控制器联接,由电气控制器控制整机自动运行。
[0027] 本机工作时,输送带10将药板4送至料库5的上方,此时压带18在电机二 15的带动下向下摆动,所述压带18与输送带10平行,处于到位状态,药板4被输送带10输送至末端后逐一自由掉落在料库5内,推刀44则在气缸一 49的带动下向料库5移动,并进入料库5、推动药板4,把药板4推入料仓40内,推刀44的高度决定了药板装盒的板数,推刀44越高,输送的药板板数越多,反之则少;推刀44将药板推入料仓40之后,电机一 45带动传动轮42和传动带43传动,使推刀44慢慢向下移动,推刀44上方的药板也随之慢慢向下移动,直至药板置于工作台36上,推刀44再由气缸一 49带动其退回原位,电机一 45反向运行,使推刀44上升至原来的高度,如此推刀44完成一次工作;而同时药板4被推入料仓40后,料仓40在电机三37的带动下进行90度旋转,使料仓40内的药板从水平放置改为侧立放置,气缸二 38带动推板39推动料仓内的药板,药板4从出料口 35进入到送料带22上的空槽20内,每一空槽20内的药板即装盒所需的量。
[0028] 本实用新型实现了多板药板装盒的全自动生产,大大提高了生产效率,减少人工劳动,降低了生产成本,而且本实用新型采用机械定位,生产稳定,定位精准,实为本领域的一大突破,与现有技术相比,具有实质性特点和进步。
Claims (13)
1.一种多板泡罩加料机构,包括有机架(6)、料库(5)、药板输送装置(I )、格子送料装置(2 )、加料装置(3 )及电气控制器,所述药板输送装置(I)、格子送料装置(2 )及加料装置(3)均与电气控制器联接,所述机架(6)上具有工作台(36),所述料库(5)设置在工作台(36 )上,所述药板输送装置(I)设置在料库(5 )的上方,所述格子送料装置(2 )设置在料库(5 )下端的前方,其特征在于所述加料装置(3 )包括有推刀(44 )、药板翻转部件及将药板翻转部件上的药板推入格子送料装置(2)上的推板部件,所述推刀(44)和药板翻转部件分别设置在料库(5 )的两侧,所述工作台(36 )上设有供推刀(44 )水平移动的轨道(32 ),且该轨道(32)延伸至料库(5)的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述药板翻转部件包括有料仓(40)及带动料仓旋转的动力源(37),所述料仓(40)的一侧具有进料口( 33),所述料仓的前端具有出料口(35),所述料仓的后端具有一推料缺口(34)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述推板部件包括有推板(39 )及推动推板前后移动的气缸(38 ),在工况时,所述推板(39 )与料仓的推料缺口( 34 )对应。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述推板部件安装在药板翻转部件上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述药板输送装置(I)包括有输送带(10)、剔料收集件(11)、气嘴(13)及防止飞料的压板部件,所述输送带(10)与料库(5)的上端衔接,所述压板部件设置在料库(5)的正上方,所述气嘴(13)和剔料收集件(11)分别设置在输送带(10)的两侧,且所述气嘴(13)与剔料收集件的收料口( 14)对应设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述剔料收集件的收料口(14)处设有控制气嘴吹气的药板吹料传感器(12),所述药板吹料传感器(12)与电气控制器联接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述压板部件包括有支架(17)、设置在支架上的压带(18)及带动支架转动的电机(15),所述压带(18)设置在输送带(10)和料库(5)的上方。
8.根据权利要求5或7所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述压板部件还包括有压板上翻传感器(16),所述压板上翻传感器(16)与电气控制器联接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述格子送料装置(2)包括有送料带(22),所述送料带上均匀设置有隔板(21),所述隔板之间具有用于放置药板的空槽(20)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述料库(5)上设有用于控制料库内药板存储量的限位装置,所述限位装置包括有上限位传感器(30)和下限位传感器(31 ),所述限位装置与电气控制器联接。
11.根据权利要求1所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述推刀(44)安装在推刀座(50)上,所述推刀座(50)安装在升降装置上,所述升降装置安装在水平移动装置上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述升降装置包括有安装座(46)及安装在安装座上的传动轮(42)、竖向设置的传动带(43)、竖直设置的升降导轨(47)、伺服电机(45)和用于控制推刀座升降高度的升降限位传感器(41),所述传动轮(42)与伺服电机(45)连接,所述推刀座(50)安装在传动带(43)上,且所述推刀座(50)沿升降导轨(47)上下移动,所述伺服电机(45)、升降限位传感器(41)均与电气控制器联接。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的多板泡罩加料机构,其特征在于所述水平移动装置包括推动气缸(49),所述升降装置的安装座(46)与推动气缸(49)的活塞杆连接。
