Abstract
本实用新型涉及更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成(Axle?assembl?y),包括:转向节,内周面中与车辆邻接的位置形成轴承挂钩部,从而能够从车辆的外侧向内侧插入轴承;速度传感器,具备于挂钩部;磁敏编码器,具备于轴承。本实用新型的效果在于,利用磁敏编码器测定车辆的车轮旋转速度的水准比当前水准更准确,因此能够更准确地测定车轮旋转速度。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,更详细地说,为限定轴承位置而具备于转向节内部的挂钩部,通过使速度传感器具备于挂钩部,并使轴承具备磁敏编码器,从而使速度传感器与磁敏编码器邻接。
背景技术
一般地说,第一代车轮轴承的组装结构如图1a及1b所图示,是从车辆内侧向转向节2压装轴承1的结构。
目前,作为测定车辆的车轮旋转速度的方法,最普遍的是利用音轮(tonewheel)3的方法。
由车轮速度传感器5感应已形成于主动轴4的音轮3的运动而计算车辆的车轮旋转速度。
另外,安装了i-TPMS(INDIRECTTIREPRESSUREMONITORINGSYSTEM;间接轮胎压力监测系统)的车辆中,利用磁敏编码器来替代音轮测定车辆的车轮旋转速度。
若替代音轮而利用磁敏编码器,为了准确的测定,关键是速度传感器能多邻接磁敏编码器。
但是,以第一代车轮轴承的结构,使磁敏编码器传感器与速度传感器邻接是存在困难的。
若利用具有磁化性的磁敏编码器及速度传感器而测定车辆的车轮速度,相比利用音轮及车轮速度传感器测定车辆的车轮速度测定,能测定更准确并细致的信号,但利用第一代车轮轴承组装结构,很难使速度传感器与磁敏编码器邻接。

(要解决的技术问题)
考虑到所述问题点而提出的本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,在第一代轴承上适用磁敏编码器时,使磁敏编码器与速度传感器邻接而更加精确地测定车轮速度。
(解决问题的手段)
根据用于达成所述目的的,本实用新型的更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,包括:转向节,内周面中与车辆邻接的位置形成轴承挂钩部,从而能够从车辆的外侧向内侧插入轴承;速度传感器,具备于挂钩部;磁敏编码器,具备于轴承。
根据本实用新型的一方面,挂钩部从转向节的内周向中心形成为环形,挂钩部上可形成能够安置速度传感器的安装空间部,安装空间部从挂钩部的内周向转向节的内周被切削而形成,挂钩部的高度可大于速度传感器的高度。
根据本实用新型的另一方面,磁敏编码器形成为能够粘贴到轴承的一侧面的环形,可粘贴到轴承的两面中与挂钩部相接的一面。
根据本实用新型的又一方面,还包括:主动轴,与轴承结合而被固定到车辆;轮毂,与主动轴结合;车轮,结合到轮毂。
(实用新型的效果)
根据这种本实用新型的更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,其效果在于,利用磁敏编码器测定车辆的车轮旋转速度的水准比当前水准更准确,能够更准确地测定车轮旋转速度。
并且,随着轴承压装方向的变更,能够更加有效地隔绝进入轴承内侧的异物。
并且,因适用成本较低的磁敏编码器,能够减少生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图而详细说明本实用新型的实施例,这种实施例为特例,在本实用新型所属技术领域具有一般知识的人能够呈现为多种不同的形态,因此并不限定于此处说明的实施例。
如图2a至图6所图示,本实用新型的一实施例的更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,包括:转向节100,内周面中与车辆邻接的位置形成轴承挂钩部120,从而能够从车辆的外侧向内侧插入轴承110;速度传感器200,具备于挂钩部120;磁敏编码器300,具备于轴承110。
挂钩部120从转向节100的内周向中心形成为环形,挂钩部120上形成能够安置速度传感器200的安装空间部121。
本实用新型的一实施例中,安装空间部121从挂钩部120的内周向转向节100的内周被切削而形成。
这时,为了防止速度传感器200因轴承110的压装而受损,挂钩部120形成为挂钩部120的高度大于速度传感器200的高度。
并且,速度传感器200贯通转向节100而被安装到向安装空间部121开口的贯通口上。
优选地,速度传感器200以0.5mm邻接轴承110。
磁敏编码器300形成于能够粘贴到轴承110的一侧面的环形,粘贴到轴承110的两面中与挂钩部120相接的一面。
磁敏编码器300被制作成N极与S极反复,比以往的音轮,能够更准确地测定车辆的车轮旋转速度。
磁敏编码器300与速度传感器200通过轴承110及转向节100内侧面而被密封,由此防止外部污染物质的流入,防止速度传感器200受到污染。
本实用新型的一实施例,包括:主动轴400,与轴承110结合而被固定到车辆;轮毂500,与主动轴结合;车轮,结合到轮毂500。
磁敏编码器300在i-TPMS中使用,相比TPMS,能够节减将其安装到车辆所需的费用。
但是,若想在小型车上使用磁敏编码器300,为了提高感应能力,需增大轴承110的尺寸。
因为,需通过增大套在轴承110上的磁敏编码器300的面积而加强磁化力。
因此,若按照本实用新型制作车轴总成,即能够将速度传感器200比以往方法更靠近具备于轴承110的磁敏编码器300,即使不增大轴承110的尺寸,也能在小型车上使用磁敏编码器300。
Claims (6)
1.一种更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,其特征在于,包括:
转向节(100),内周面中与车辆邻接的位置形成轴承挂钩部(120),从而能够从车辆的外侧向内侧插入轴承(110);
速度传感器(200),具备于挂钩部(120);
磁敏编码器(300),具备于轴承(110)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,其特征在于,
所述挂钩部(120)从所述转向节(100)的内周向中心形成为环形;
所述挂钩部(120)上可形成能够安置所述速度传感器(200)的安装空间部(121)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,其特征在于,
所述安装空间部(121)从所述挂钩部(120)的内周向所述转向节(100)的内周被切削而形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,其特征在于,
所述挂钩部(120)的高度大于所述速度传感器(200)的高度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,其特征在于,
所述磁敏编码器(300)形成为能够粘贴到所述轴承(110)的一侧面的环形,可粘贴到所述轴承(110)的两面中与所述挂钩部(120)相接的一面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的更加精确地测定车轮速度的车轴总成,其特征在于,还包括:
主动轴(400),与所述轴承(110)结合而被固定到所述车辆;
轮毂(500),与所述主动轴(400)结合;
车轮,结合到所述轮毂(500)。
