Abstract
一种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,包括机架、箱体、磨轮组件、线轨组件、直线运动组件、加压组件、带有电机的减速机、直线运动组件驱动机构。箱体内加入泥浆液体;磨轮组件中主轴穿过箱体,多个磨轮固定在主轴上;且至少下部位于箱体内;线轨组件的两条线轨固定在箱体两侧且与主轴垂直;直线运动组件的基础部分运行在线轨上,基础部分上有压块限位装置,加压组件中的压块设在压块限位装置的压块安装孔中,压块底面夹持试片;每个压块通过一杠杆机构及施压滚轮加载;减速机经皮带传动机构驱动主轴转动;主轴转动通过一凸轮机构、连杆驱动直线运动组件运行。其试验数据更可取,对镀层耐磨性能研究提供更准确的数据支持。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置。
背景技术
目前的一些用于检测镀层摩擦性能的试验装置,都不能很好的模拟螺杆钻具转子的实际工况,因此,用于检测螺杆钻具转子镀层时,不能更好的反应出在钻具转子在实际工况中的摩擦状况,试验得出的数据往往跟实际工作中相差比较大,不能对转子镀层耐磨性能研究提供精确的数据支持,不利于更好研究及进一步提高螺杆钻具转子长寿命需求的性能。因此需要研发一种专用的螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置及试验方法,提高数据的精确度。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,可以很好的模拟螺杆钻具转子实际工况,试验数据更可取,对镀层耐磨性能研究提供更准确的数据支持。
本实用新型提供的一种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,包括:
机架;
箱体,固定的设置在机架上;
磨轮组件,包括主轴、磨轮;主轴的两端穿过箱体的左、右两侧,并通过轴承支撑,箱体上在主轴穿过的位置处设置有端盖,端盖与主轴之间设置有密封圈;所述磨轮设置有多个,多个个磨轮直径相等且均固定在主轴上;至少磨轮的下部位于所述箱体内;所述的磨轮的圆周面上设置有橡胶层;
线轨组件,包括两条相互平行的且水平设置的线轨,分别固定在箱体的左、右两侧的顶部;所述线轨的长度方向与所述主轴的轴向垂直;
直线运动组件,包括运行在两条所述的线轨上的基础部分,还包括固定的设置在基础部分上的压块限位装置,所述的压块限位装置设置有多个竖直方向的压块安装通孔,
加压组件,包括压块、杠杆、砝码、施压滚轮;所述压块设置有多个,与所述磨轮一一对应并位于磨轮的上方,压块的底面设置有用于夹持试片的凹槽,凹槽的外围设置有多个螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔上装配有用于压紧试片的螺钉;压块一一对应的安装在压块限位装置的压块安装通孔内,压块的高度大于压块安装通孔的高度;所述杠杆也设置有多根,与压块一一对应并位于压块的上方,每根杠杆的一端分别铰接在一固定位置,所述固定位置均与箱体相对固定,杠杆的另一端安装有砝码托盘;每根杠杆上设置一所述的施压滚轮,各施压滚轮分别对应的压紧在各压块的上端面上;施压滚轮的轴线与磨轮的轴线平行且位于磨轮的轴线正上方;
带有电机的减速机,安装在机架底部,减速机的输出端通过皮带传动机构驱动所述主轴的一端;
直线运动组件驱动机构,包括固定连接在基础部件一端的连接板,连接板的底端铰接一连杆,连杆的另一端铰接一凸轮结构,凸轮结构安装在主轴的端部。
作为该种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置的进一步的技术方案,多个所述的磨轮为一体式结构。
作为该种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置的进一步的技术方案,所述压块的外表面中部设为凹槽状。
作为该种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置的进一步的技术方案,所述的磨轮、压块分别设置有三个。
作为该种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置的进一步的技术方案,所述的杠杆分为三段,三段依次连接在一起;按照顺序分别为第一段、第二段、第三段;第一段的一端铰接在所述固定位置,第二段位于第一段、第三段之间,第二段与第三段之间为螺纹连接,所述施压滚轮设置在第二段。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)可以很好的模拟螺杆钻具转子实际工况,试验数据更可取,对镀层耐磨性能研究提供更准确的数据支持;
(2)本实用新型的装置中设有多个磨轮、压块,可同时用于多种镀层的对比;而且可以在相同的载荷条件下进行,对比数据更精确,此外也可节省时间,提高效率,
(3)加压组件可以根据不同的需求进行加载重量调节。
(4)该实用新型中试验装置体积小、占地面积小。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,该螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,主要包括机架、箱体、磨轮组件、线轨组件、直线运动组件、加压组件、带有电机的减速机、直线运动组件驱动机构。
箱体2固定的设置在机架1上。箱体内用于盛放泥浆液体。
磨轮组件包括主轴3、磨轮4。主轴3的两端穿过箱体2的左、右两侧,并通过轴承5支撑。箱体2上在主轴3穿过的位置处设置有端盖6,端盖6与主轴3之间设置有密封圈7,防止泥浆液体泄漏及进入轴承、导致轴承的损坏。所述磨轮设置有多个,多个磨轮4直径相等且均固定在主轴3上。至少磨轮的下部位于箱体2内,这样当箱体内盛放泥浆液体后,磨轮转动会带动泥浆飞溅,很好的模拟了实际工况中泥浆飞溅的工况。所述的磨轮4的圆周面上设置有橡胶层41;橡胶层41模拟了定子的材质,更符合实际工况。
线轨组件包括两条相互平行的且水平设置的线轨8,分别固定在箱体2的左、右两侧的顶部。线轨8的长度方向与主轴3的轴向垂直。
直线运动组件包括运行在两条线轨8上的基础部分9,还包括固定的设置在基础部分9上的压块限位装置10,所述的压块限位装置10设置有多个竖直方向的压块安装通孔。其中的基础部分9可以是一个整体型部件,也可采用多个部件固定连接为一体而实现。
加压组件包括压块11、杠杆12、砝码13、施压滚轮14。压块11设置有多个,与磨轮4一一对应并位于磨轮4的上方。压块11的底面设置有用于夹持试片12的凹槽,凹槽的外围设置有多个螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔上装配有用于压紧试片的螺钉13。
压块11一一对应的安装在压块限位装置10的压块安装通孔内,压块11的高度大于压块安装通孔的高度。
所述杠杆14也设置有多根,与压块11一一对应并位于压块11的上方,每根杠杆14的一端分别铰接在一固定位置,所述固定位置均与箱体2相对固定,该实施例中的固定位置为杠杆支座15;杠杆14的另一端安装有砝码托盘16。每根杠杆14上设置一施压滚轮17,各施压滚轮17分别对应的压紧在各压块11的上端面上;施压滚轮17的轴线与磨轮4的轴线平行且位于磨轮4的轴线正上方。
带有电机的减速机18安装在机架1底部,减速机18的输出端通过皮带传动机构19驱动主轴3的一端。
直线运动组件驱动机构包括固定连接在基础部件9一端的连接板20,连接板20的底端铰接一连杆21,连杆21的另一端铰接一凸轮结构22,凸轮结构22安装在主轴3的端部。该实施例中的凸轮结构22主要由与主轴3端部通过螺钉固接为一体的固定轮221,固定轮221随主轴做转动,固定轮221的一侧沿主轴3的轴向伸出有附加轴222,该附加轴222的轴线与主轴3的轴线平行,附加轴222上套装有轴承223,轴承223外套装转动轮224,所述的连杆21连接在转动轮224上。这种结构只是优选的一种实现方式,并不代表仅仅局限于该种结构。
该实施例中,磨轮4、压块11分别设置有三个。更进一步的,多个磨轮4为一体式结构。
此外,进一步的,所述压块11的外表面中部设为凹槽状,凹槽111如图3所示,这样可以使压块11在压块安装通孔内下滑时更顺利,不容易发生卡死。
还有,该实施例中的杠杆14分为三段,三段依次连接在一起;按照顺序分别为第一段141、第二段142、第三段143;第一段141的一端铰接在杠杆支座15上,第二段142位于第一段141、第三段143之间,第二段142与第三段143之间为螺纹连接,所述施压滚轮17设置在第二段142。
基于上述试验装置的试验方法,包括如下步骤:
1)试片12放置在压块11底面的凹槽111内,并用螺钉13压紧;并向箱体2内加入泥浆液体;
2)将压块11放入压块限位装置10的压块安装通孔内,使试片12带有涂层的一面与磨轮4顶部接触;
3)在砝码托盘16上放置砝码23,杠杆14带动施压滚轮17压紧在压块11的上表面上;压块11带动试片12压在磨轮4上,即压片4带有涂层的一面受到磨轮4的一定的压力;
4)启动带电机的减速机18,减速机18通过皮带传动机构19带动主轴3转动;磨轮4被主轴3带动做定轴转动;因为磨轮4的下部浸入箱体2内的泥浆液体内,因此磨轮4转动的同时带起箱体2内的泥浆液体飞溅;
同时,主轴3带动凸轮结构22转动,凸轮结构22的转动通过连杆21、连接板20转化为直线运动组件的基础部分9沿线轨8的直线运动;基础部分9带动直线运动组件中的压块限位装置10并进一步带动压块11、试件12做直线运动;压块11运动时,施压滚轮17滚动,不会干涉压块的直线运动;
在磨轮4转动、泥浆液体飞溅、试件12直线运动时,磨轮4与试片11摩擦,实现了转子与定子橡胶在泥浆中的磨损的模拟。
作为上述试验方法的进一步的技术:步骤1)中,多个压块11上分别安装一个试片12,每个试片12的涂层均不同。可同时用于多种镀层的对比;而且可以在相同的载荷条件下进行,对比数据更精确,此外也可节省时间,提高效率。
作为上述试验方法的进一步的技术:多个磨轮4为一体式结构。
作为上述试验方法的进一步的技术:杠杆14分为三段,三段依次连接在一起;按照顺序分别为第一段141、第二段142、第三段143;第一段141的一端铰接在杠杆支座15上,第二段142位于第一段141、第三段143之间,第二段142与第三段143之间为螺纹连接,所述施压滚轮17设置在第二段142。可通过设计不同长度的143段满足不同的加载要求,不但节省原材料定额,还更利于后继加工。
Claims (5)
1.一种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,其特征是,包括:
机架;
箱体,固定的设置在机架上;
磨轮组件,包括主轴、磨轮;主轴的两端穿过箱体的左、右两侧,并通过轴承支撑,箱体上在主轴穿过的位置处设置有端盖,端盖与主轴之间设置有密封圈;所述磨轮设置有多个,多个磨轮直径相等且均固定在主轴上;至少磨轮的下部位于所述箱体内;所述的磨轮的圆周面上设置有橡胶层;
线轨组件,包括两条相互平行的且水平设置的线轨,分别固定在箱体的左、右两侧的顶部;所述线轨的长度方向与所述主轴的轴向垂直;
直线运动组件,包括运行在两条所述的线轨上的基础部分,还包括固定的设置在基础部分上的压块限位装置,所述的压块限位装置设置有多个竖直方向的压块安装通孔,
加压组件,包括压块、杠杆、砝码、施压滚轮;所述压块设置有多个,与所述磨轮一一对应并位于磨轮的上方,压块的底面设置有用于夹持试片的凹槽,凹槽的外围设置有多个螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔上装配有用于压紧试片的螺钉;压块一一对应的安装在压块限位装置的压块安装通孔内,压块的高度大于压块安装通孔的高度;所述杠杆也设置有多根,与压块一一对应并位于压块的上方,每根杠杆的一端分别铰接在一固定位置,所述固定位置均与箱体相对固定,杠杆的另一端安装有砝码托盘;每根杠杆上设置一所述的施压滚轮,各施压滚轮分别对应的压紧在各压块的上端面上;施压滚轮的轴线与磨轮的轴线平行且位于磨轮的轴线正上方;
带有电机的减速机,安装在机架底部,减速机的输出端通过皮带传动机构驱动所述主轴的一端;
直线运动组件驱动机构,包括固定连接在基础部件一端的连接板,连接板的底端铰接一连杆,连杆的另一端铰接一凸轮结构,凸轮结构安装在主轴的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,其特征是:多个所述的磨轮为一体式结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,其特征是:所述压块的外表面中部设为凹槽状。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,其特征是:所述的磨轮、压块分别设置有三个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺杆钻具转子镀层摩擦试验装置,其特征是:所述的杠杆分为三段,三段依次连接在一起;按照顺序分别为第一段、第二段、第三段;第一段的一端铰接在所述固定位置,第二段位于第一段、第三段之间,第二段与第三段之间为螺纹连接,所述施压滚轮设置在第二段。
