Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种高速冲床的施力机构。高速冲床的施力机构,包括主轴、偏心套、方外壳轴承、滑块,主轴通过偏心套与方外壳轴承连接,方外壳轴承置于滑块的空间中,其上由滑块压盖、下与滑块定位,左右与滑块有空隙。本实用新型的优点在于:采用偏心套与方外壳轴承连接结构,可以简化整个高速冲床的施力结构。

本实用新型涉及一种高速冲床部件,特别涉及一种高速冲床的施力机构。
背景技术
现有的高速冲床的施力机构采用曲轴连杆机构,电机通过离合器结合后飞轮带动曲轴旋转,曲轴带动连杆使滑块在机身导轨内作往复运动,为适应机床高速运行,曲轴支承均采用精密滚动轴承,曲轴两端部还装有配重块,以消除曲轴部件偏心对运动的影响,但其结构比较复杂,占用体积较大。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述缺陷而提供一种结构比较简单的高速冲床的施力机构。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
高速冲床的施力机构,包括主轴、偏心套、方外壳轴承、滑块、滑块压盖,主轴通过偏心套与方外壳轴承连接,方外壳轴承置于滑块中间,其上下由滑块边定位,左右与滑块有空隙。
上述滑块由下滑块与滑块压盖组成,滑块压盖固定在下滑块上,因此方外壳轴承上由滑块压盖、下由下滑块定位。
外界动力驱动主轴时,主轴通过偏心套带动方外壳轴承作偏心运动,由于方外壳轴承上下受滑块压盖与滑块的限制不能相对移动,因此其在偏心运动时,带动滑块在立柱导轨内作上下往复运动,从而由滑块对置于其下的物体施力。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:采用偏心套与方外壳轴承连接结构,可以简化整个高速冲床的施力结构。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,高速冲床的施力机构,主要由滑块1、主轴2、偏心套6、滑块压盖4、滚针导轨5、方外壳轴承7组成,偏心套6用键与挡圈固定在主轴2上,偏心套6与方外壳轴承7连接,方外壳轴承7置于滑块1与滑块压盖4中,滑块压盖4由螺母8固定在滑块1上,方外壳轴承7上由滑块压盖4、下由滑块1定位,左右与滑块1有空隙。
方外壳轴承7与滑块压盖4、滑块1定位处设置滚针导轨5,这样方外壳轴承7运动时可以减少摩损,也可设置其他能减少摩擦的部件。
主轴2另一侧还配有平衡块3。
当高速冲床正常工作时,电机通过离合器结合飞轮带动上述高速冲床的施力机构中的主轴1和偏心套6转动,偏心套6转动带动方外壳轴承7作偏心运动,在水平方向上,方外壳轴承7在装有滚针导轨5的滑块空间中左右运动;在竖直方向上,方外壳轴承7连同滑块1作上下运动,从而实现滑块1在立柱导轨内作上下往复运动。

1、高速冲床的施力机构,其特征在于:包括主轴、偏心套、方外壳轴承、滑块、滑块压盖,主轴通过偏心套与方外壳轴承连接,方外壳轴承置于滑块中间,其上下由滑块边定位,左右与滑块有空隙。
2、如权利要求1所述的高速冲床的施力机构,其特征在于:所述的滑块由下滑块与滑块压盖组成,滑块压盖固定在下滑块上。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的高速冲床的施力机构,其特征在于:所述的方外壳轴承上下定位处设置滚针导轨。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的高速冲床的施力机构,其特征在于:所述的主轴一侧设置平衡块。
5、如权利要求3所述的高速冲床的施力机构,其特征在于:所述的主轴一侧设置平衡块。
