Abstract

自动泵托架
技术领域
本实用新型涉及水力学领域,主要涉及一种托架,即一种将配备有卧式圆筒形液压蓄电器的自动泵固定在立面(墙壁或立柱)上的支撑结构。
背景技术
现有的一种用于安装总成的复合顶升托架,例如,侧面为梳状支承面并带有锚固和衬垫的L形托架,其承载导柱侧面为梳状支承面,其下部包括自由孔径箱式控制台和内墙板上的纵向承载平台。L形托架的梳状支承面和箱式控制台配备有同轴纵向插槽,以便安装和固定分体式元件。箱式控制台的内墙板和纵向承载平台与外部顶端带纵向插槽的H形立式围栏互相作用。立式围栏底部内装有纵向承载平台(RU专利号44705)。
现有的另一种上部和下部分别配备承载部件的托架,上部部件由垂直和水平两部分组成,而上述垂直部分配备有带孔的紧固件,上部部件的水平部分为框架结构,下部承载部件至少有两个立柱,每个立柱顶端均与上述框架结构紧紧连接在一起,其底端的紧固件使立柱与支承面的空心处互相作用。上部部件的水平部分为矩形框架结构,钢架角采用加强筋,并通过刚性支架与下部承载部件相连(RU专利号36951)。
现有的还有一种用于固定运输车液压转向助力泵的托架,这种托架包括带安装孔的支架。这种支架上部和下部的正面、背面和侧面及截短侧面均为直切矩形。另外,这种支架还包含了带有安装孔、平行运行的辅助承载平台(RU专利号98974)。
此外还有一种悬在立式支承柱上方用于控制台或其他部件的托架,其所装配的部件包括托架控制台和支撑连接件的托架。这种托架分为前后两部分,控制台或其他设备部件(例如,机架)固定在其前部,而其后部则位于穿过托架的支承柱的后面。这种托架的前后两部分通过支承柱两侧的撑杆侧部件连接在一起,其后部位于前部上方。另外,这种托架的前部、后部或前后两部分均配备紧固件,以便从上到下将托架固定在支承柱上。这些紧固件均可转向支承柱,沿支承柱布置有符合紧固件的钻孔,这些紧固件与钻孔相匹配,从而使支承柱支撑托架的前后部分,由控制台将负荷转移到支承柱上(RU专利号54296,原稿)。
上述托架的缺点为无法在墙壁或立柱上安装自动泵设备,安装困难,可维护性低,自动泵运转出现振动,使用期限短,无法进行无损拆卸,重复使用时必须进行部件更换和重组。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有广泛应用前景的高效自动泵托架。
本实用新型的技术方案产生的效果在于墙壁或立柱安装的简化、自动泵设备安装的简化、可维修性提高、使用控制台操作自动泵的期限延长、支持拆卸和重组以重复使用托架。
本实用新型的实质在于,所述托架包括带基座的横栏(rail)和用于固定在立式支架上的钻孔、两对导柱,成对导柱构成朝底部变窄的插槽以固定支承柱顶端,所有支承柱均采用加强筋及撑杆与拱形控制台连接,在切线方向至少使用一个带钻孔的法兰固定已安装好的设备。
优选的是,如果朝底部变窄的插槽为梯形,则支承柱的顶端与逐渐变窄的横栏插槽形状相匹配,支承柱的宽度大于其每一端的拱形控制台,加强筋存在坡度,每个拱形控制台均构成等宽条状,法兰具备三角支架和两个钻孔,控制台的左右两侧各一个法兰,撑杆接点处的支承柱的立式支架侧装载有挡块,拱形控制台的圆筒形截面符合已安装设备的形状,尤其是畜电器的形状,另外还有法兰孔,以便固定液压蓄电器的支承结构。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图8,该托架包括带基座(平支承面)的横栏1和固定在立式支架(例如,墙壁3)上的孔2、两对导柱4,成对导柱构成朝底部变窄的插槽以固定支承柱5顶端,所有支柱均采用加强筋6、7及撑杆8与拱形控制台9连接,在切线方向使用至少一个带钻孔11的法兰10固定已安装好的设备。
由导柱4组成并朝底部变窄的插槽为梯形(外形为梯形,横截面为梯形)。
支承柱5的顶端18与逐渐变窄的插槽(外形为梯形,横截面为梯形)相匹配,这种插槽由横栏1的导柱4组成,其形状与上述插槽形状相同为梯形,支承柱5的顶端18形状也为梯形。
支承柱5的宽度大于其每一垂直端的拱形控制台9。
加强筋6、7均向支承柱5倾斜并于撑杆8和控制台9连结。
所有拱形控制台9均为等宽条状。
法兰10的两端分别与支承柱5连接,并具备三角支架(倾斜)12和两个钻孔11。
控制台9的左右两侧各一个法兰10。支承柱5均与撑杆8、控制台9、加强筋6、7和法兰10相连结。
撑杆8接点处的支承柱5的立式支架3一侧装载有挡块20。
拱形控制台9的顶部和底部均为圆筒形截面,通过正切和车削变平(未显示)。
拱形控制台9的圆筒形截面符合已安装设备的形状,尤其是卧式液压蓄电器14的圆筒形形状。
对于法兰10的钻孔11,采用螺丝15和螺母13,通过液压蓄电器14的弹性阻尼器16将自动泵17固定和连接到上文所述已安装的电动机上。配件19用于将横栏1固定到墙壁3上。
图3~图8中显示的所有托架部件均由塑料冲压或压力注塑(耐用塑料)而成。
本实用新型的详细说明
优选的实施方式
本实用新型自动泵托架的操作方法如下。
采用配件19,通过钻孔2将横栏1固定到墙壁3上。支承柱5的两端18紧紧插入逐渐变窄的插槽中,插槽由横栏的导柱4构成。支承柱5的挡块20依靠在墙壁3上。控制台9向前伸出,并与法兰10连接在一起。撑杆8处于工作状态。
通过钻孔11,采用螺丝15和弹性阻尼器(垫片)16将自动泵17及(装配的)液压蓄电器14固定到法兰10上。将自动泵17的总线连接到流体源和客户端之后,准备运行自动泵。
在自动泵17运行期间,托架运作,其依据为耐断裂和切变材料的机械运行原理。撑杆8挤进和支撑控制台9的结构部件,由于其外形为拱形以及撑杆8的作用,保证了自动泵旋转时的稳定性。加强筋6、7确保了结构所需刚性,并且弹性阻尼器16防止振动从自动泵传递到横栏1。
所设计的液压蓄电器(卧式)14可以使自动泵避免频繁启动,从而延长自动泵17的使用期限。
如果必须更改自动泵17的运行场所,则可以拆除螺丝15,拆卸掉液压蓄电器14和自动泵17。将支承柱5从横栏1的插槽中拔出,并将插槽从墙壁3中拆除,以便拆卸配件19。上述拆卸之后,应完全保持所有托架部件的有效性和可置换性,如有必要,应使所有部件容易更换并进行紧密包装以便运输。在新的运行场所,应执行同样的托架安装程序。
