背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车装饰件等,该类产品的背面有较多的筋、脚及孔等,在模具设计过程中,这些筋、脚及孔等部位的型芯往往由顶针(顶杆)直接代替,即产品连在顶针上,因此,在顶针顶出和产品脱模时,产品有时会粘在顶针上,导致产品无法自动脱落,甚至造成模具卡死,注塑机停机,降低生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用翘板方式,加速单根顶针顶出,使产品脱模顺利的注塑模具单顶针加速顶出机构。
本实用新型注塑模具单顶针加速顶出机构的技术方案是:包括模具动模板,动模板中安装动模镶块,动模镶块上设置产品模腔,动模板下有顶针板,顶针板上连接顶针,顶针穿过动模板和动模镶块与产品模腔的筋孔部位相配合,其特征在于所述顶针一侧的顶针板上设置翘板,翘板的头部连接顶针,在动模板下安装挡块,顶针板上顶时,翘板的尾部与挡块相碰触使翘板翘起。
本实用新型的注塑模具单顶针加速顶出机构,主要特点是在顶针板上设置翘板,翘板的头部连接顶针,在动模板下安装挡块,当模具脱模时,顶针板由注塑机动力推动向上顶起,带动顶针和翘板同时上顶,当顶到挡块位置时,翘板的尾部与挡块相碰触,相对于挡块下压,将翘板的头部翘起,从而带动顶针加速顶出,使产品的筋孔部位与顶针先脱出,顶针板继续上顶,带动其它顶针将产品顶出模具外,产品脱模顺利。
本实用新型的注塑模具单顶针加速顶出机构,所述的顶针上制有凹口,凹口与翘板的头部相配合,翘板的头部插到凹口中,配合可靠。所述的顶针板上安装固定块,固定块经销孔销子连接翘板,由销孔销子连接方便,可活动,翘板翘起容易。所述的固定块中制有定位孔,翘板上制有定位杆,定位杆与定位孔相配合,使翘板安装可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具单顶针加速顶出机构,如图1、图2所示,包括模具动模板1,动模板中安装动模镶块2,动模镶块上设置产品模腔,动模板下有顶针板4,顶针板上连接顶针5,顶针5穿过动模板1和动模镶块2与产品模腔的筋孔部位3相配合,所述顶针一侧的顶针板4上设置翘板6,翘板6的头部7连接顶针5,在动模板1下安装挡块8,顶针板上顶时,翘板的尾部9与挡块8相碰触使翘板6翘起。本方案的主要特点是在顶针板4上设置翘板6,翘板6的头部7连接顶针5,在动模板1下安装挡块8,当模具脱模时,顶针板4由注塑机动力推动向上顶起,带动顶针5和翘板6同时上顶,当顶到挡块8位置时,翘板6的尾部9与挡块8相碰触,相对于挡块8下压,将翘板6的头部7翘起,从而带动顶针5加速顶出,使产品的筋孔部位与顶针先脱出,顶针板4继续上顶,带动其它顶针将产品顶出模具外,产品脱模顺利。所述的顶针5上制有凹口10,凹口10与翘板6的头部7相配合,翘板的头部插到凹口中,配合可靠。所述的顶针板4上安装固定块12,固定块12经销孔销子11连接翘板6,由销孔销子连接方便,可活动,翘板翘起容易。所述的固定块12中制有定位孔13,翘板6上制有定位杆14,定位杆14与定位孔13相配合,使翘板安装可靠。

1.注塑模具单顶针加速顶出机构,包括模具动模板(1),动模板中安装动模镶块(2),动模镶块上设置产品模腔,动模板下有顶针板(4),顶针板上连接顶针(5),顶针(5)穿过动模板(1)和动模镶块(2)与产品模腔的筋孔部位(3)相配合,其特征在于所述顶针一侧的顶针板(4)上设置翘板(6),翘板(6)的头部(7)连接顶针(5),在动模板(1)下安装挡块(8),顶针板上顶时,翘板的尾部(9)与挡块(8)相碰触使翘板(6)翘起。

4.如权利要求3所述的注塑模具单顶针加速顶出机构,其特征在于所述的固定块(12)中制有定位孔(13),翘板(6)上制有定位杆(14),定位杆(14)与定位孔(13)相配合。
