现有技术的曲轴加工过程中，原先刀具与刀座进行配合锁紧后再与机床主轴配合锁紧，采用分离式切削刀具进行加工，即中心钻加工工件中心孔，端面刀片加工端面。如此，分离式刀具调整不仅会产生的较大误差，而且操作不方便，生产效率低下。
