本实用新型涉及一种热交换器水室铣槽夹具。
背景技术
目前,市场上提供的热交换器水室铣槽夹具一般包括水室座和设于水室座上的多个水室槽,每个水室座上两侧均固定有多个压块,工作时将水室放入水室座中,通过转动螺栓使压块将水室压紧在水室座中以便进行水室的铣槽作业,每换铣一次槽就要移动多个压块,直至铣出水室上所有的槽位,上述工作过程均由人工操作,劳动强度大,而且铣槽精度欠佳,不仅工作效率低而且产品合格率也低。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动化程度高且效率高的热交换器水室铣槽夹具。
为此,本实用新型是采用如下方案来实现的:
一种热交换器水室铣槽夹具,包括水室座和设于水室座上的多个水室槽,其特征是所述水室座上还设有定位杆和压轴,所述定位杆设于定位座上,且所述定位杆可在定位座上上下移动,所述定位杆上设有朝向水室座的定位块,所述定位座固定在水室座侧部,所述压轴设于滑动架上且所述压轴可在滑动架上上下移动,所述滑动架与工作台滑动连接。
所述每个定位块具有两个定位卡板。
所述定位座上设有第一气缸,所述定位杆由第一气缸驱动,所述滑动架上设有第二气缸,所述压轴由第二气缸驱动.
本实用新型对比现有技术的优点是:压轴的上下移动便于安装和取下水室,当压轴压入水室时,压轴的左右移动可带动水室左右移动,便于铣出水室上所需开槽的部位,而定位块上的两个定位卡板插入水室内,使水室铣槽时定位更加准确且更加牢固,上述过程除安装和取下水室外均由机械结构代替,自动化程度高,降低了劳动强度且提高了工作效率,提高了质量稳定性及合格率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型提供的热交换器水室铣槽夹具,包括水室座2和设于水室座2上的多个水室槽9,水室座2上还设有定位杆3和压轴4,定位杆3设于定位座5上,且定位杆3可在定位座5上上下移动,定位杆3上设有朝向水室座2的定位块6,定位座5固定在水室座5侧部,压轴4设于滑动架7上且压轴4可在滑动架7上下移动,便于安装和取下水室8,滑动架7与水室座2滑动连接,便于移动滑动架7,每个定位块6具有两个定位卡板10,定位卡板10可和插入水室8中,使水室8定位更加精确且牢固,定位座5上设有第一气缸11,定位杆3由第一气缸11驱动,滑动架7上设有第二气缸12,压轴4由第二气缸12驱动。
本实施例工作过程如下:
1、将水室8放入水室座2上的水室槽9中,驱动第一气缸11使定位杆3与定位块6向下移动,并使定位卡板10插入水室8中且使定位杆压3压在水室8上。
2、驱动第二气缸12使压轴4向下移动,并使压轴4压在水室8上,此时即可进行铣槽工作;
3、铣槽完毕后定位块6向上复位,再使压轴4向上复位;
4、铣完后取出水室8,换行时要调节滑动架7让开铣槽位置。

1.一种热交换器水室铣槽夹具,包括水室座和设于水室座上的多个水室槽,其特征是所述水室座上还设有定位杆和压轴,所述定位杆设于定位座上,且所述定位杆可在定位座上上下移动,所述定位杆上设有朝向水室座的定位块,所述定位座固定在水室座侧部,所述压轴设于滑动架上,利用气缸实现上下移动,所述滑动架与工作台滑动连接,实现滑块在水室座槽中左右移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器水室铣槽夹具,其特征是所述每个定位块具有两个定位卡板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热交换器水室铣槽夹具,其特征是所述定位座上设有第一气缸,所述定位杆由第一气缸驱动,所述滑动架上设有第二气缸,所述压轴由第二气缸驱动。
