背景技术：
汽车转向器一般设在汽车的底部，汽车在行驶过程中路面上的水泥等杂质极易进到转向器中，导致转向故障，因而，转向器均要采取密封措施，现有的密封结构为，波纹状的防护套小端有一个内突的环形体与横拉杆体上的环形槽过盈配合，防护套在工作中频繁地受拉伸和压缩运动，其小端的内突环形体在反复挤压状态，容易发生磨损变形，导致防护套拉脱，失去密封性能，最终造成转向器失效；横拉杆松旷，影响手感；若水泥进入油封内部，则导致转向器漏油。
发明内容：
本实用新型目的是提供一种密封性能好寿命长的一种汽车转向器密封结构。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是, 一种汽车转向器密封结构，包括转向拉杆，其特征在于：在与小卡箍相对的转向横拉杆柱体的左端设有台阶柱体，此台阶柱体右端的环形端面与波纹防护套台阶孔左端环形面相贴。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有密封性能好和寿命长的显著优点。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型有下述实施例，在转向横拉杆4与波纹防护套3右端孔相配的柱体的左侧增设一台阶柱体6，此台阶柱体6的环形端面与波形防护套台阶孔左侧的环形端面紧贴合。由于在转向横拉杆体上增设了台阶柱体，在波纹防护套拉伸和挤压状态下增加一个抗变形的作用点，因而提高了密封性能和抗磨损性能，从而提高了使用寿命。而阀套1、波纹防护套3和大、小卡箍5、不改变。
