背景技术：
在液压齿轮齿条转向器中为了防止油封挡块从液压缸中脱出，采用卡簧结构，卡簧置于液压缸壁上弧形槽中，这种防油封挡块滑脱结构，在使用过程中出现挡块滑脱而导致转向器无法工作的现象。
发明内容：
本实用新型目的是提供一种防脱效果好的一种转向器油封挡块与液压缸的固定结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种转向器油封挡块与液压缸的固定结构，包括液压缸、卡簧、油封和油封挡块，其特征在于：所述卡簧的圆形体的一侧为平面与液压缸孔壁上的由左侧的平面和弧形面组成的环形槽相配。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有防油封挡块滑脱可靠的显著优点。

具体实施方式： 
本实用新型对现有技术进行了分析，导致油封挡块从油缸1中脱出的原因是，所用的卡簧2为圆形弹簧钢丝制成的开口卡簧，卡簧过盈配合在液压缸内侧壁上的环形槽内，依靠露出液压缸内侧壁外的部分阻挡套设在齿条3上的油封挡块4脱出，由于某种原因，液压缸中的轴向油压增大，卡簧就从油缸壁的弧形槽滑脱，导致油封5失效。针对上述油封挡块从液压缸中滑脱的原因，采用下述技术方案，一是将卡簧2的圆形体的左侧弧形面通过磨削制成平面，二是将液压缸1孔壁中的弧形槽的左侧弧形面变为平面，使开口卡簧过盈配合在液压缸孔壁上的槽中，使卡簧的左侧平面与液压缸孔壁上的环形槽的左侧平面贴合，当油压增大时，设有平面的卡簧就不会从环形槽中脱出来，从而防止卡簧滑脱导致油封5失效的发生，油封5、油封挡块4和齿条3不改变。
