本实用新型涉及一种密封圈,尤其涉及一种双向组合密封圈的应用。 
背景技术
目前国内农装油缸活塞密封多采用KG双向矩形封,此种矩形封是由填充聚四氟乙烯密封圈和丁腈橡胶0形圈作弹性体配合使用的组合密封。此结构矩形封安装困难,还需与导向环配合使用,孔径小于40的规格,还需采用分式活塞,给加工装配造成不便,浪费了劳动成本和时间,不能很好的提高劳动效率,我公司设计人员选用的这种双向组合密封圈是由一个橡胶密封元件、两个高压挡圈和两个导向环组成,与常用的双向矩型封相比具有导向和密封设计紧凑,便于安装,节省空间,提高工作效率,降低成品等优点 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双向组合密封圈,以解决现有KG双向矩形封安装困难的问题,该双向组合密封圈是由一个NBR橡胶密封元件、两个高压挡圈和两个导向环组成。 
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的。研制了一种双向组合密封圈,由NBR橡胶密封元件1、高压挡圈2、导向环3组成,其特征在于:NBR橡胶密封元件1上设置导向环3,高压挡圈2设置在导向环3与NBR橡胶密封元件1上。 
所述的双向组合密封圈,其特征在于所述的NBR橡胶密封元件1材料是丁腈橡胶,高压挡圈2材料是树脂,导向环3材料是填充聚甲醛。 
本实用新型优点密封设计紧凑,便于安装,节省空间,NBR橡胶密封元件及高压挡圈的特殊几何形状即使在高压往复冲击下也不会出现密封元件翻转和挤咬现象,在静态和动态都能起到良好的密封作用。

如图所示为双向组合密封圈的应用,其可以应用在直径较小的活塞上,活塞加工简单,导向和密封紧凑,便于安装,节省空间,NBR橡胶密封元件及高压挡圈的特殊几何形状即使在高压往复冲击下也不会出现密封元件翻转和挤咬现象。其在静态和动态都能起到良好的密封作用。

1.双向组合密封圈,由NBR橡胶密封元件(1)、高压挡圈(2)、导向环(3)组成,其特征在于:NBR橡胶密封元件(1)上设置导向环(3),高压挡圈(2)设置在导向环(3)与NBR橡胶密封元件(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向组合密封圈,其特征在于所述的NBR橡胶密封元件(1)材料是丁腈橡胶,高压挡圈(2)材料是树脂,导向环(3)材料是填充聚甲醛。
