背景技术
摆动辗压是一种先进的塑性加工技术,它具有省力、节材、精度高、工作噪音小、投资少的优点,特别适于锻造带长杆的法兰盘零件。但采用开式分模摆辗,会产生横向飞边,需要切边,增加生产工序;采用纵向分模,凹模型腔侧壁得放斜度,以便摆头深入凹模型腔,摆出成形件,摆头在辗压坯料的过程中,摆头与凹模侧壁间隙由大到小,常常存在沿径向的较大飞边,增加了切除成本。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种摆动辗压盘类锻件的摆辗模具结构,解决了现有技术存在的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种摆动辗压盘类锻件的摆辗模具结构,
包括下模凹模1和摆头2,凹模1型腔侧壁为直壁,摆头2顶部为直壁结构,直壁结构半径小于凹模型腔顶端半径0.3-0.5mm,直壁结构下端的摆头模芯3外沿有斜度,摆头模芯3端部为尖角。
本实用新型的有益效果是所摆辗的盘类锻件不产生飞边并且增加了摆头工作段的强度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种摆动辗压盘类锻件的摆辗模具结构,包括下模凹模1和摆头2,凹模1型腔侧壁为直壁,摆头2顶部为直壁结构,直壁结构半径小于凹模型腔顶端半径0.3-0.5mm,直壁结构下端的摆头模芯3外沿有斜度,摆头模芯3端部为尖角。
本实用新型凹模型腔侧壁为直壁,不放斜度,在摆辗摆头上做出斜度,端部为尖角,顶部为一段直壁结构(长度以机床的工作精度和摆至点为依据,与凹模间隙很小),并且增加了摆头工作段的强度,在摆头工作过程中摆头与凹模之间保持基本不变的间隙。
本实用新型摆头在深入凹模开始时摆头与凹模间隙为δ,到摆辗终止时摆头与凹模的间隙为 δ1,工作有效间隙保持不变,仍为 δ,通过精确计算坯料的体积和材料热收缩或者调整压机下至点的方式,可使坯料端部不产生飞边,锻件端部棱边为圆弧角。
