技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双壁波纹管生产设备。
背景技术
现有的PVC或PE双壁波纹管生产设备,包括按照流程工艺顺序依次设置的挤出机、挤出模具、管材成型机、冷却机、管材切割机和管材堆放机;所用挤出机为单螺杆挤出机,由于单螺杆挤出机输送能力较小,比流量较小,导致生产设备的产量低,相应的导致了产品的成本居高不下,没有市场竞争力。要想提高产量必须提高螺杆转速,转速的提高不但使耗能大大增加,同时也使得机筒内的剪切热上升,对物料的剪切大,容易造成PVC材料分解,致使管材的性能降低。同时,现有的挤出机直接将原料挤近机头或模具,其材料中杂质较多容易引发管材生产出来后质量不合格。管材成型后基本使用风机进行冷却,其冷却效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种双壁波纹管生产设备,能够对挤出机中的原料进行过滤且有着较高的冷却效果。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种双壁波纹管生产设备,包括按照工艺流程顺序依次设置的挤出机、挤出模具、管材成型机、冷却机、干燥机、切割机和管材堆放机,其特征在于:所述挤出机为双螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机内设有用于对原料中的杂质进行过滤的过滤网;所述管材成型机外设有对准管材成型机出料口扇风的风机;所述管材成型机上的成型模具在运动时经过用于将该成型模具冷却的水冷设备。
进一步的,所述双螺杆挤出机为平行双螺杆挤出机。
进一步的,所述双螺杆挤出机为锥形双螺杆挤出机。
进一步的,所述风机设有左右对称的两个。
进一步的,所述水冷设备设在管材成型机的成型模具的外侧。
进一步的,所述过滤网设在挤出机的料斗的末端。
进一步的,所述挤出机的出口处还设有可动滤网,用于对原料进行二次过滤。
本实用新型采用双螺杆挤出机,挤出机的两根螺杆相对旋转,在物料输送过程中,物料不产生倒流或滞留,具有强制输送的特点,不易产生局部积料、堵塞排气孔,螺杆啮合处对物料的剪切使物料的表层得到不断的更新,增进了排气效果;在挤压机的料斗出料口末端设置过滤网,将原料中的杂质过滤出去,更有利于提高成品的合格率。通过增加两台风机正对成型机的出料口,加快出料口处物料的冷却,同时利用水冷装置对未进行工作的模具部分进行冷却,改进了管材成型后的冷却速度,从而提高了产能。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:结构简单,产出高,耗能低,生产效率高,成品合格率高,所产出的双壁波纹管性能更好。

如图1所示,一种双壁波纹管生产设备,包括按照工艺流程顺序依次设置的挤出机、挤出模具、管材成型机、冷却机、干燥机、切割机和管材堆放机,其特征在于:所述挤出机为双螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机内设有用于对原料中的杂质进行过滤的过滤网;所述管材成型机外设有对准管材成型机出料口扇风的 风机;所述管材成型机上的成型模具在运动时经过用于将该成型模具冷却的水冷设备。
所述双螺杆挤出机为平行双螺杆挤出机或锥形双螺杆挤出机。
所述风机设有左右对称的两个。
所述水冷设备设在管材成型机的成型模具的外侧。
所述过滤网设在挤出机的料斗的末端。
所述挤出机的出口处还设有可动滤网,用于对原料进行二次过滤。
本实用新型的生产过程如下:将配好的物料送入双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经过料斗末端的过滤网过滤后进入双螺杆挤出机中,经过塑化、混炼后进入挤压模具,通过挤压模具挤出内外两层料坯,进入管材成型机后,内层料坯紧贴在定径套外壁上,外层在负压下被吸附在成型模具的内壁上,在成型机的成型和牵引作用下被送到冷却机;管材成型机的出料口处设有两个风扇用于快速将出料口处物料进行冷却;管材进入冷却机中后经过喷头冷却后进入切割机中,经过切割后放入管材堆放机中。

1.一种双壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于:包括按照工艺流程顺序依次设置的挤出机、挤出模具、管材成型机、冷却机、干燥机、切割机和管材堆放机,其特征在于:所述挤出机为双螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机内设有用于对原料中的杂质进行过滤的过滤网;所述管材成型机外设有对准管材成型机出料口扇风的风机;所述管材成型机上的成型模具在运动时经过用于将该成型模具冷却的水冷设备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于:所述双螺杆挤出机为平行双螺杆挤出机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于:所述双螺杆挤出机为锥形双螺杆挤出机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于:所述风机设有左右对称的两个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于:所述水冷设备设在管材成型机的成型模具的外侧。
