本实用新型涉及一种水轮机,特别是一种混流式水轮机蜗壳。
背景技术
目前,水轮机上常用的蜗壳,由于受到运输条件的限制,通常采用蜗壳环节在工厂预装,电站现场进行焊接的处理方式。而蜗壳采用金属全包角,每15度进行分节设计,整个蜗壳环焊缝近24条,纵焊缝接近50条,在电站现场进行焊接及探伤检查,同时对探伤不合格的焊缝必须进行反复处理,直至探伤合格。这会花费大量的人力及时间资源,占用电站现场行车、焊机等诸多的设备使用,同时影响电站厂房的使用空间及厂房的水工建设进度,加长了整个工程的减少周期,加大了人力、物力、财力的投入,造成了不必要的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种降低施工难度、缩短施工周期的混流式水轮机蜗壳。
本实用新型的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的,一种混流式水轮机蜗壳,包括蜗壳,所述蜗壳包括蜗壳大端和蜗壳小端,所述蜗壳大端和蜗壳小端的对应面通过法兰进行连接。
其中,在所述蜗壳大端的端面设置有与蜗壳大端焊接的分半法兰A,所述蜗壳小端的端面设置有与蜗壳小端焊接的分半法兰B,所述分半法兰A和分半法兰B通过螺栓于两端进行连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型具有结构简单、安装拆卸方便的优点,采用它降低了施工难度,减少了电站的资源占用,缩短了施工周期,节约了人力、物理,降低了成本。

实施例1:如图1、2、3所示,一种混流式水轮机蜗壳,包括蜗壳1,所述蜗壳1包括蜗壳大端2和蜗壳小端3,所述蜗壳大端2和蜗壳小端3的对应面通过法兰进行连接。
进一步描述,在所述蜗壳大端2的端面设置有与蜗壳大端2焊接的分半法兰A4,所述蜗壳小端3的端面设置有与蜗壳小端3焊接的分半法兰B5,所述分半法兰A4和分半法兰B5通过螺栓6于两端进行连接。
本实用新型中,将蜗壳1在工厂内进行焊接并探伤合格后,进行分半,分为蜗壳大端2和蜗壳小端3,然后将蜗壳大端2和蜗壳小端3分别与分半法兰A4和分半法兰B5焊接好,将螺栓6对应位置固定,在电站施工现场仅需要进行蜗壳校正及螺栓连接把合。这样,大大降低了施工难度,减少了电站的资源占用,缩短了施工周期,节约了人力、物力等资源。

1.一种混流式水轮机蜗壳,包括蜗壳(1),其特征是:所述蜗壳(1)包括蜗壳大端(2)和蜗壳小端(3),所述蜗壳大端(2)和蜗壳小端(3)的对应面通过法兰进行连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的混流式水轮机蜗壳,其特征是:在所述蜗壳大端(2)的端面设置有与蜗壳大端(2)焊接的分半法兰A(4),所述蜗壳小端(3)的端面设置有与蜗壳小端(3)焊接的分半法兰B(5),所述分半法兰A(4)和分半法兰B(5)通过螺栓(6)于两端进行连接。
