本实用新型公开了一种沉梁设备，包括沉梁支架，所述的沉梁支架由三根槽钢焊接组成三角形结构，在沉梁支架的顶部设置有工字钢，在工字钢上设置有挂环，在挂环上设置有手动葫芦，本实用新型不仅具有结构简单，实用可靠的优点，而且设计巧妙，一方面利用手动葫芦将梁吊起，使梁绑扎过程中箍筋一步绑扎到位，减少因绑扎不到位而返工以及人员投入；另一方面在梁整改过程中可以将梁吊起，整改到位后放下，极大减少劳动力投入以及保证工程质量要求等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种沉梁设备，属于建筑施工工具领域。
背景技术
目前，前建筑工程体量越来越大，结合国家绿色施工的要求，考虑到绿色施工技术的应用，应认真落实降本增效技术的实施。对大多数的梁在绑扎过程中，由于梁钢筋密实以及自重大，不能很好做到控制保护层厚度、底部一二排钢筋间距、弯起钢筋绑扎以及梁底杂物的清理，尤其在梁绑扎过程中及整改过程中非常不方便，既耗人工又耗材料，难以保证梁钢筋绑扎质量，混凝土浇筑前耗费大量人工进行整改，难以保证后期实体检测的合格率，所以现有的绑扎方法还是不够完善。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种结构简单、使用灵活、方便，制造成本低，维护成本小，运输方便，回收利用性能高的一种沉梁设备，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型构成如下：一种沉梁设备，包括沉梁支架，所述的沉梁支架由三根槽钢焊接组成三角形结构，在沉梁支架的顶部设置有工字钢，在工字钢上设置有挂环，在挂环上设置有手动葫芦。
在工字钢上焊接有吊环。
所述的槽钢之间连接部分通过圆钢进行满焊。
由于采用了上述技术方案，沉梁支架与工字钢采用满焊连接，手动葫芦通过挂环挂在工字钢上，利用手动葫芦将梁吊起，使梁绑扎过程中箍筋一步绑扎到位，为方便吊运沉梁设备，在工字钢上焊接吊环，与现有技术相比，本实用新型不仅具有结构简单，实用可靠的优点，而且设计巧妙，一方面利用手动葫芦将梁吊起，使梁绑扎过程中箍筋一步绑扎到位，减少因绑扎不到位而返工以及人员投入；另一方面在梁整改过程中可以将梁吊起，整改到位后放下，极大减少劳动力投入以及保证工程质量要求等优点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
本实用新型的实施：一种沉梁设备，包括沉梁支架6，所述的沉梁支架6由三根槽钢1焊接组成三角形结构，在沉梁支架6的顶部设置有工字钢2，在工字钢2上设置有挂环5，在挂环5上设置有手动葫芦3。
在工字钢2上焊接有吊环4。
所述的槽钢1之间连接部分通过圆钢进行满焊。
槽钢1采用14#槽钢，槽钢之间连接部分通过采用直径20mm的圆钢进行满焊，以确保其安全性。
沉梁支架与工字钢采用满焊连接，手动葫芦通过挂环挂在工字钢上，利用手动葫芦将梁吊起，使梁绑扎过程中箍筋一步绑扎到位，为方便吊运沉梁设备，在工字钢上焊接吊环，沉梁设备制作工艺简单，使用灵活、方便，制造成本低，维护成本小，运输方便，回收利用性能高，在工程现场应用前景广阔。它将及大节省人工在梁绑扎及后期整改过程中时间，并且可以循环利用，符合绿色施工中“节材”措施。

1.一种沉梁设备，包括沉梁支架（6），其特征在于：所述的沉梁支架（6）由三根槽钢（1）焊接组成三角形结构，在沉梁支架（6）的顶部设置有工字钢（2），在工字钢（2）上设置有挂环（5），在挂环（5）上设置有手动葫芦（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沉梁设备，其特征在于：在工字钢（2）上焊接有吊环（4）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沉梁设备，其特征在于：所述的槽钢（1）之间连接部分通过圆钢进行满焊。
