   本实用新型涉及轧钢设备,尤其涉及轧钢加热炉用悬臂辊辊子防脱落结构。 
背景技术
悬臂辊主要用于棒材及高速线材轧钢生产线加热炉中,长时间使用在高温的工作环境下,悬臂辊辊子与辊轴的材质不一样,辊子的材质为Cr25Ni20和Cr28Ni48W5,辊轴材质为20CrMo,Cr25Ni20在20~1000℃的热膨胀系数为19.5x10-6/℃,Cr28Ni48W5在20~1000℃的热膨胀系数为18.2x10-6/℃,辊轴20CrMo在20~1000℃的热膨胀系数为13x10-6/℃。辊子与辊轴之间的固定方式采用固位块焊接,辊子长期在高温下使用时由于各种材质的热膨胀系数不一致,使得固定块与辊轴之间的焊缝慢慢裂开,辊子与辊轴间间隙也越来越大,导致辊子与辊轴无法固定,从而导致辊子脱落。 
发明内容
    本实用新型的目的是提供一种轧钢加热炉用悬臂辊辊子防脱落结构,该结构简单合理,避免了因辊子脱落而造成停炉检修的问题,能大幅度的节约能源,稳定轧钢产量,节约成本,提高效益。 
    本实用新型是这样实现的:悬臂辊辊子防脱落结构,包括辊轴,辊轴上套有辊子,辊子外端焊接有固定块,其特征在于:所述的辊子内端与辊轴通过螺纹连接,所述的螺纹旋向与辊子转向相反。 
   本实用新型结构简单合理,避免了因辊子脱落而造成停炉检修的问题,能大幅度的节约能源,稳定轧钢产量,节约成本,提高效益。

   下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明: 
参照附图,悬臂辊辊子防脱落结构,包括辊轴3,辊轴3上套有辊子2,辊子2外端焊接有固定块1,其特征在于:所述的辊子2内端与辊轴3通过螺纹连接,所述的螺纹旋向与辊子转向相反。具体实施时,将辊子2旋合到辊轴3上正确位置上后,在辊轴3悬臂端套上固定块卡住辊子,然后在固定块外圆与辊子焊接,固定块内孔与辊轴焊接。本实用新型彻底解决了悬臂辊辊子向外侧脱落的问题,避免了因辊子脱落而造成停炉检修的问题,大大地节约了能源,稳定了轧钢产量,降低了轧钢吨产量能源消耗,节约了成本,提高了效益。
