国内很多单面压机采用无浮动的方法压制陶瓷产品，采用此方法压制出来的陶瓷产品最大的缺陷是上下压密不够均匀，产品经过高温烧结后，造成尺寸误差比较大而且容易变形，影响了产品的外观质量，从而不能够满足客户的要求。
实用新型内容
针对上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，能够使压制出来的产品上下压密一致的一种浮动模。
为此本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
包括底座、下模、模腔和上模，所述下模固定安装在底座中间，下模上端套在模腔内，底座周边设有四根立柱，模腔周边设有四个通孔分别套在立柱上，模腔下端与底座上端之间设有弹簧套在立柱上，上模下端套在模腔内。
所述四根立柱上端设有螺纹，模腔周边上端设有螺母与螺纹连接。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型结构简单，上模压下时能够使得模腔一起下行，使得下模对模腔内的下部粉末压实，从而保证了压制出来的陶瓷产品上下压密一致。
