技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种余热烟尘回收装置,尤其涉及一种燃生物质炉余热回收除尘装置,属工业炉烟气处理及热回收技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 燃生物质炉广泛应用于生产和生活中。现有的燃生物质炉尤其是中小型燃生物质炉,其烟气大多是直接排放到大气中的,烟气中的粉尘以及硫氧化物会对环境造成严重的污染。另外,在燃气、生物质燃料等为原料的火能燃生物质炉中,烟气中还携带大量的余热,其烟气余热一般在200-300°C,导致了能量流失和燃料热效率降低,既污染环境又增加了生产成本。为收集这部分能量,出现了很多烟气余热回收及除尘装置,但大多结构不合理,导致回收利用效率不高。
发明内容
[0003] 为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、使用方便、节能环保的燃生物质炉余热回收除尘装置。
[0004] 本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:燃生物质炉余热回收除尘装置,由壳体、除灰室、换热室、换热管、鼓风机、余热出风口、烟气室构成,换热室设于除灰室上方,换热管垂直贯穿换热室,换热室的上侧面有进风口,鼓风机安装在进风口,余热出风口设于与进风口对应边的换热室下侧面,余热出风口连接燃生物质炉的进气口,烟气室设于换热室上方。
[0005] 换热室内平行安装有两块导流板,换热管贯穿导流板,导流板其中的一个边与壳体间留有间隙,与鼓风机邻近的导流板与壳体的间隙在鼓风机对应边,两块导流板与壳体的间隙错位设计,导流板将换热室的空间分隔成空气通过的三级迂回通道。
[0006] 烟气室内被分隔板分隔成进气室和出气室,进气室上开设有进气口,进气口连接燃生物质炉排烟口,出气室上开设有引风口,引风口上安装弓I风机,弓I风机出口连接烟囱。
[0007] 换热管与进气室同侧的部分的一端与进气室联通,另一端与除灰室联通,与出气室同侧的换热管的一端与出气室联通,另一端与除灰室联通,除灰室侧壁上设有掏灰口。
[0008] 本实用新型的有益效果是:多级迂回通道设计,不仅能够充分回收利用烟气余热,且能对烟气进行除尘,具有结构简单、使用方便、换热效率高的特点。

具体实施方式
[0011] 在附图的实施例中,燃生物质炉余热回收除尘装置由壳体12、除灰室1、换热室2、换热管3、鼓风机4、余热出风口 5、烟气室6构成,换热室2设于除灰室I上方,换热管3垂直贯穿换热室2,换热室2的上侧面有进风口,鼓风机4安装在进风口,余热出风口 5设于与进风口对应边的换热室2下侧面,余热出风口 5连接燃生物质炉的进气端,烟气室6设于换热室2上方。

[0014] 换热管3与进气室61同侧的部分的一端与进气室61联通,另一端与除灰室I联通,与出气室62同侧的换热管3的一端与出气室62联通,另一端与除灰室I联通,除灰室I侧壁上设有掏灰口 11。
[0015] 实施例1:启动引风机10,引风机10的吸力经出气室62、处于出气室62 —侧的换热管3、除灰室I上方,再经处于进气室61 —侧的换热管3、进气室61、进气口 8将燃生物质炉排烟口的烟气吸进。因燃生物质炉排烟口排出的烟气含有大量的余热和部分烟灰,含有余热的烟气进入换热管3后加热换热管3管壁,烟灰到达除灰室I上方时落下,进入除灰室I集中。
[0016] 实施例2:启动鼓风机4,鼓风机4输出的冷风由进风口进入到换热室2上端的第一级迂回风道,冷风与被烟气加热的换热管3换热后,带走部分热经导流板7与壳体12间的间隙,进入到换热室2中端的第二级迂回风道,进入第二级迂回风道的风,与换热管3进行第二次换热。进行第二次换热的风,经导流板7与壳体12间的另一道间隙进入换热室2底端的第三级迂回风道,进入第三级迂回风道的风,与换热管3进行第三次换热后,经余热出风口 5进入燃生物质炉的进气口,回收的余热被输送到炉内利用。
[0017] 实施例3,本实用新型对换热管3吸进的烟气,经除灰室I落灰后再进入换热管3进行再换热,构成两道换热通道。每条换热管3在换热室2又被导流板7分隔成三段,构成三道迂回的换热过程,结合换热管3自身构成的两道换热通道,带有大量余热的烟气从经进气室61进入换热管3,到离开换热管3进入出气室62后,被鼓风机4输入的冷风进行了对打六次的换热。可谓设计之独到,余热回收之彻底。

1. 一种燃生物质炉余热回收除尘装置,由壳体、除灰室、换热室、换热管、鼓风机、余热出风口、烟气室构成,其特征是:换热室设于除灰室上方,换热管垂直贯穿换热室,换热室的上侧面有进风口,鼓风机安装在进风口,余热出风口设于与进风口对应边的换热室下侧面,余热出风口连接燃生物质炉的进气口,烟气室设于换热室上方。
