技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,尤其是涉及一种用于生活垃圾无害化焚烧处理装置,属于生活垃圾处理设备的技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 在环境污染治理、垃圾处理的技术领域中,面对庞大的生活垃圾污染源,目前最实用可靠的方法是先焚烧后填埋,因为垃圾经过焚烧后的体积只有原来的1/5、重量是原来的1/15,可以有效的减容。焚烧垃圾的前提是做好垃圾减量和垃圾分类。
[0003] 对生活垃圾进行焚烧处理,同时对垃圾焚烧后的烟气进行有效调质后在向高空排放,也就是说,是目前环境治理的重要手段之一,环境因子和技术手段相互协调,垃圾焚烧炉成了焚烧生活垃圾的主要设备,目前市场应用推广的焚烧炉产品大小各异,不计其数,焚烧结果不尽一致,所配备的焚烧烟气处理流程装置更是配备各异。
[0004]目前主流的垃圾无害化处理装置的方案为:包括焚烧炉,烟气控制闸门,烟气紊流道,水雾除尘池,烟气环绕道,引风机,排烟道,储水池等组成,其投料口设在炉膛顶部,上下烟道是环绕炉膛外壁的腔室,根据其专利技术的物理构件的特性,对于开启清渣门后两个等速度但不等温的平行流场在燃烧室接触,炉膛温度会迅速从较高的值降至较低的值,炉膛中心温度稳态问题难以解决,根本无法促使垃圾在燃烧室达到充分燃烧的目的,另外高压喷淋室的烟气是横向导突形流动方式,而且烟气与高压喷淋水是顺势接触,其处理方式与理化特性不相适应,其除尘脱硫的效果是很不明显的。
[0005] 中国专利号为200810024382.6的专利技术公开了一种“垃圾焚烧处理装置及其处理方法”的专利技术,其技术方案为,所提供的这种垃圾焚烧处理装置,包括焚烧炉体,烟气处理设施,对垃圾进行无害化处理,烟气处理系统由,流量流速控制构件,紊流烟气道,高压喷淋除尘池,活性炭吸附室,引风机和烟气干燥室,本专利技术的炉子,在炉膛中央所设的增氧管,只有在瞬时增氧有作用,因送入炉膛的常温空气由于传导速度的过快而缺少产热过程,在燃烧过程中,炉膛中央会出现大量结焦现象,垃圾焚烧时所需空气不能正常供给,影响焚烧质量和炉膛中心温度的提升和稳态,另外烟气处理系统之高压喷淋除尘,同样采取的是顺势喷淋方式,而接受高压喷淋的烟气温度高达800°C以上,与高压喷淋水接触产生的气体膨胀系数达3倍之多,除尘和脱硫的效果同样不能满足于理想化条件,在整个烟气处理的单元构件中没有设置配套对于< 0.5 μ m的颗粒物的截获构件,也就是说设有为排放的烟气进一步调质,提供必要的物质基础。
[0006] 综合上述两项专利技术的分析,除了上述的不合理措施以外,还有炉体散发和高温烟气的热能的有效利用,由于空气不是和空气多余导致的垃圾完全燃烧和不全燃烧现象在整个操作过程中轮番产生,不能保证燃烧室热均衡,以致易产生有害气体等。从整个处理系统来认真分析,在技术上还是存在缺陷,不是很完善的。

一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,包括焚烧炉、急冷式高压喷淋除尘装置、引风机、烟气融水交换处理装置、烟气处理冷凝器、绕向板组合黏灰除尘器、活性炭吸附室,这些部件按上述顺序--依次连接;
焚烧炉包括炉体、炉膛燃烧室、二燃室、炉体底座,炉膛燃烧室设置在炉体内部的中下部,二燃室设置在炉体内部的中上部,二燃室并且与炉膛燃烧室的上端连接,炉体底座设置在炉体的底面,炉体底座并且与炉膛燃烧室相连;炉膛燃烧室包括炉膛、垃圾进料口、清渣门、炉条,炉膛为上端面敞口的部件,其下端面固定设置在炉体的内部下端,其下端面设有炉条,垃圾进料口设置在炉膛的中上部,并且其一端穿过炉体连接到外界,清渣门设置在炉膛的下部,其一端穿过炉体连接到外界;二燃室包括二燃室外框、烟气传导管、烟道隔板、余热汇聚总道隔板、聚烟斗、烟气进出口连接弯管,二燃室外框为水平方向两端敞口的部件,其水平方向敞口的两端延伸至炉体的内壁,从而与炉体组成一个密闭的空间,二燃室外框的底面设置在炉膛的上端面,并且与炉膛的上端面相贯通,二燃室外框的内部设有水平方向的数根烟气传导管,烟气传导管的方向与二燃室外框的敞口方向相垂直,并且贯通二燃室外框的两个侧面,在垂直于二燃室外框设有烟气传导管的一侧面上设有烟道隔板,烟道隔板与炉体的内壁、二燃室外框组成一个空间为二燃室烟气进口间,在烟气传导管的另一端的二燃室外框的侧面上设有余热汇聚总道隔板,余热汇聚总道隔板与炉体的内壁、二燃室外框组成一个空间为余热回收侧道,二燃室外框的顶面连通设有一个聚烟斗,聚烟斗通过一个烟气进出口连接弯管与二燃室烟气进口间相连;炉体的下部设有总出烟口管接,炉体底座的侧面设有出渣口;
急冷式高压喷淋除尘装置包括喷淋外壳、设置在喷淋外壳下部的进烟口管接、设置在喷淋外壳底面的喷淋水聚斗、设置在喷淋外壳顶端的烟气出口管接,喷淋外壳的内部从下至上依次设有相互贯通的集烟室、烟气冷却室、高压喷淋室,烟气冷却室设有冷却管,冷却管沿垂直方向布置,冷却管的进水口设置在喷淋外壳的中上部,冷却管的流动排水口设置在喷淋外壳的下部,冷却管的溢水口设置在喷淋外壳的中上部,冷却管之间设有距离为导烟管路,高压喷淋室设有喷淋管,喷淋管设置在喷淋外壳的顶端,其喷淋管入口设置在喷淋外壳的顶端与外界相连,喷淋水聚斗的下部设有喷淋水出口 ;
烟气融水交换处理装置包括烟气融水交换处理作用箱、过水过烟箱、溢水口水位线控制拦板,烟气融水交换处理作用箱与过水过烟箱相贯通,并通过一块溢水口水位线控制拦板相隔开,隔开处设有溢水过烟口 ;烟气融水交换处理作用箱的顶端设有烟气进口管接,烟气融水交换处理作用箱的上部设有补充水进口,烟气融水交换处理作用箱的底面设有绿豆砂子容器,绿豆砂子容器的底端设有底阀;过水过烟箱的顶端设有烟气出口管接二,过水过烟箱的下部设有排水口;
烟气处理冷凝器包括冷凝器壳体、设置在冷凝器壳体上端的出烟口管接、设置在冷凝器壳体下端侧面的烟气进口管接二、设置在冷凝器壳体下端的冷凝水聚斗;冷凝器壳体内部从下至上依次贯通设有集烟室二、冷凝室、排烟室,冷凝室包括冷凝室壳体、数根冷凝管、冷风缠绕道、冷风热口管接,冷凝室壳体的顶端设有数个排风孔,数根冷凝管垂直方向设置在冷凝室壳体内,数根冷凝管之间的距离构成冷风缠绕道,在冷凝器壳体的中部设有冷风热口管接,集烟室二只与冷凝室相贯通,冷凝器壳体与冷凝室壳体之间设有距离构成排烟室;冷凝水聚斗的下端设有冷凝水出口;
绕向板组合黏灰除尘器包括上除尘器、和上除尘器完全相同的下除尘器;上除尘器包括除尘器壳体、数块绕向挡板、烟气接管、清灰门、绕向挡板侧示、出灰口 ;数块绕向挡板相互平行的设置在除尘器壳体的内部,烟气接管垂直于绕向挡板并且连通除尘器壳体的两个侧面,绕向挡板侧示设置在垂直于绕向挡板的除尘器壳体的侧面,在绕向挡板侧示的上端设有清灰门,在绕向挡板侧示的下方的除尘器壳体的侧面设有出灰口 ;上除尘器与下除尘器上下组合在一起,其同一侧的烟气接管通过上下烟气连接弯管相连;
活性炭吸附室包括吸附室壳体、设置在吸附室壳体上端的烟气出口管接三、设置在吸附室壳体下部侧面的烟气进口管接三,吸附室壳体的内部从下至上依次设有过烟室、下吸附室、烟气缓冲间、上吸附室,下吸附室和上吸附室内均设有活性炭;
焚烧炉的总出烟口管接与急冷式高压喷淋除尘装置的进烟口管接连接,急冷式高压喷淋除尘装置的烟气出烟口管接与引风机连接,烟气融水交换处理装置的烟气进口管接与引风机相连,烟气融水交换处理装置的烟气出口管接二与烟气处理冷凝器的烟气进口管接二连接,烟气处理冷凝器的出烟口管接与绕向板组合黏灰除尘器的上除尘器的烟气接管连接,绕向板组合黏灰除尘器的下除尘器的烟气接管与活性炭吸附室的烟气进口管接三连接。

Claims (10)
1.一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:包括焚烧炉、急冷式高压喷淋除尘装置、弓丨风机、烟气融水交换处理装置、烟气处理冷凝器、绕向板组合黏灰除尘器、活性炭吸附室,这些部件按上述顺序--依次连接; 所述焚烧炉包括炉体、炉膛燃烧室、二燃室、炉体底座,所述炉膛燃烧室设置在炉体内部的中下部,所述二燃室设置在炉体内部的中上部,二燃室并且与炉膛燃烧室的上端连接,所述炉体底座设置在炉体的底面,炉体底座并且与炉膛燃烧室相连;所述炉膛燃烧室包括炉膛、垃圾进料口、清渣门、炉条,所述炉膛为上端面敞口的部件,其下端面固定设置在炉体的内部下端,其下端面设有炉条,所述垃圾进料口设置在炉膛的中上部,并且其一端穿过炉体连接到外界,所述清渣门设置在炉膛的下部,其一端穿过炉体连接到外界;所述二燃室包括二燃室外框、烟气传导管、烟道隔板、余热汇聚总道隔板、聚烟斗、烟气进出口连接弯管,所述二燃室外框为水平方向两端敞口的部件,其水平方向敞口的两端延伸至炉体的内壁,从而与炉体组成一个密闭的空间,二燃室外框的底面设置在炉膛的上端面,并且与炉膛的上端面相贯通,所述二燃室外框的内部设有水平方向的数根烟气传导管,所述烟气传导管的方向与二燃室外框的敞口方向相垂直,并且贯通二燃室外框的两个侧面,在垂直于二燃室外框设有烟气传导管的一侧面上设有烟道隔板,所述烟道隔板与炉体的内壁、二燃室外框组成一个空间为二燃室烟气进口间,在烟气传导管的另一端的二燃室外框的侧面上设有余热汇聚总道隔板,余热汇聚总道隔板与炉体的内壁、二燃室外框组成一个空间为余热回收侧道,所述二燃室外框的顶面连通设有一个聚烟斗,聚烟斗通过一个烟气进出口连接弯管与二燃室烟气进口间相连;所述炉体的下部设有总出烟口管接,所述炉体底座的侧面设有出渣口 ;在所述炉条的上部设有一个支架,所述支架为数根铸件棒料组合而成,所述数根铸件棒料的一端都连接在一起,另一端固定在炉膛的底面上;所述炉体的壁厚内设有保温材料; 所述急冷式高压喷淋除尘装置包括喷淋外壳、设置在喷淋外壳下部的进烟口管接、设置在喷淋外壳底面的喷淋水聚斗、设置在喷淋外壳顶端的烟气出口管接,所述喷淋外壳的内部从下至上依次设有相互贯通的集烟室、烟气冷却室、高压喷淋室,所述烟气冷却室设有冷却管,所述冷却管沿垂直方向布置,所述冷却管的进水口设置在喷淋外壳的中上部,所述冷却管的流动排水口设置在喷淋外壳的下部,所述冷却管的溢水口设置在喷淋外壳的中上部,冷却管之间设有距离为导烟管路,所述高压喷淋室设有喷淋管,所述喷淋管设置在喷淋外壳的顶端,其喷淋管入口设置在喷淋外壳的顶端与外界相连,所述喷淋水聚斗的下部设有喷淋水出口; 所述烟气融水交换处理装置包括烟气融水交换处理作用箱、过水过烟箱、溢水口水位线控制拦板,所述烟气融水交换处理作用箱与过水过烟箱相贯通,并通过一块溢水口水位线控制拦板相隔开,隔开处设有溢水过烟口 ;所述烟气融水交换处理作用箱的顶端设有烟气进口管接,所述烟气融水交换处理作用箱的上部设有补充水进口,所述烟气融水交换处理作用箱的底面设有垫砂层,所述垫砂层的底端设有底阀;所述过水过烟箱的顶端设有烟气出口管接二,所述过水过烟箱的下部设有排水口 ; 所述烟气处理冷凝器包括冷凝器壳体、设置在冷凝器壳体上端的出烟口管接、设置在冷凝器壳体下端侧面的烟气进口管接二、设置在冷凝器壳体下端的冷凝水聚斗;所述冷凝器壳体内部从下至上依次贯通设有集烟室二、冷凝室、排烟室,所述冷凝室包括冷凝室壳体、数根冷凝管、冷风缠绕道、冷风热口管接,所述冷凝室壳体的顶端设有数个排风孔,所述数根冷凝管垂直方向设置在冷凝室壳体内,数根冷凝管之间的距离构成冷风缠绕道,在冷凝器壳体的中部设有冷风热口管接,所述集烟室二只与冷凝室相贯通,所述冷凝器壳体与冷凝室壳体之间设有距离构成排烟室;所述冷凝水聚斗的下端设有冷凝水出口 ; 所述绕向板组合黏灰除尘器包括上除尘器、和上除尘器完全相同的下除尘器;所述上除尘器包括除尘器壳体、数块绕向挡板、烟气接管、清灰门、绕向挡板侧示、出灰口 ;所述数块绕向挡板相互平行的设置在除尘器壳体的内部,所述烟气接管垂直于绕向挡板并且连通除尘器壳体的两个侧面,所述绕向挡板侧示设置在垂直于绕向挡板的除尘器壳体的侧面,在绕向挡板侧示的上端设有清灰门,在绕向挡板侧示的下方的除尘器壳体的侧面设有出灰口 ;所述上除尘器与下除尘器上下组合在一起,其同一侧的烟气接管通过上下烟气连接弯管相连; 所述活性炭吸附室包括吸附室壳体、设置在吸附室壳体上端的烟气出口管接三、设置在吸附室壳体下部侧面的烟气进口管接三,所述吸附室壳体的内部从下至上依次设有过烟室、下吸附室、烟气缓冲间、上吸附室,所述下吸附室和上吸附室内均设有活性炭; 焚烧炉的总出烟口管接与急冷式高压喷淋除尘装置的进烟口管接连接,急冷式高压喷淋除尘装置的烟气出烟口管接与引风机连接,烟气融水交换处理装置的烟气进口管接与引风机相连,烟气融水交换处理装置的烟气出口管接二与烟气处理冷凝器的烟气进口管接二连接,烟气处理冷凝器的出烟口管接与绕向板组合黏灰除尘器的上除尘器的烟气接管连接,绕向板组合黏灰除尘器的下除尘器的烟气接管与活性炭吸附室的烟气进口管接三连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述炉体上设有一个温度传感器,所述温度传感器的一端与二燃室烟气进口间连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述炉体上设有一个辅助燃料进口,所述辅助燃料进口与余热回收侧道连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述余热汇聚总道隔板上设有数个通风孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述冷却管的下端设有紊乱钩。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述喷淋外壳顶端的烟气出口管接的下端设有弧形烟气导向转板。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述过水过烟箱的内部的顶端设有数个碰撞钩。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述烟气融水交换处理作用箱的烟气进口管接设有偏转狭孔固定通道。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述二燃室烟气进口间内至少有一个烟气传导管与其相通。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾的焚烧处理装置,其特征在于:所述余热回收侧道内至少有一个烟气传导管与其相通。
