本实用新型涉及模具技术领域，尤其涉及吸尘器分离罩的成型模具。
背景技术
注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法，具体指将受热融化的材料由高压射入模具的模腔中，经冷却固化后得到成形品；注塑成型中的关键部件是注塑模具，注塑模具由动模和定模两部分组成，动模安装在注射成型机的移动模板上，定模安装在注射成型机的固定模板上。在注射成型时动模与定模闭合构成浇注系统和型腔，开模时动模和定模分离以便取出塑料制品。
目前，吸尘器的构造部件大多由注塑模具注塑成型，吸尘器的分离罩作为吸尘器中的安装部件，其结构如图1和图2所示：包括分离罩本体1，分离罩本体1为壳体结构，其内部设有横向弧形隔板12及纵向弧形隔板11构成的安装槽结构，两端部分别带有安装槽结构12，其背面还带有多个弧面结构13及凸面结构14。吸尘器的分离罩的结构较为复杂，目前的注塑模具在制作时效率较低，并且制作的分离罩表面不光滑、边缘带毛刺。

本申请人针对现有技术中的上述缺点，提供一种吸尘器分离罩的成型模具，其具有脱模效率高、成本低、成型质量好的特点。

见图3至图6，本实用新型包括配合装置的上模2及下模3，上模2中装置成对设置的阳模4，下模3带有成对设置的阴模结构；所述阳模4为块状结构，带有分离罩1的成型区40，成型区40带有内缩结构，包括成型凸起43及相互交错设置的横向成型槽41、纵向成型槽42，所述成型凸起43上带有所述横向成型槽41及纵向成型槽42；其中，成型凸起43用于成型分离罩1的凸面结构14，横向成型槽41及纵向成型槽42分别用于成型横向弧形隔板12及纵向弧形隔板11。
本实用新型由于采用组合成型结构，并且实现成对成型，不仅降低了模具成本，还提高了生产效率；本实用新型的合模操作简便、脱模效率高，成型的分离罩表面光滑、质量高。
