本实用新型涉及模具技术领域，尤其涉及吸尘器连接块的成型模具。
背景技术
注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法，具体指将受热融化的材料由高压射入模具的模腔中，经冷却固化后得到成形品；注塑成型中的关键部件是注塑模具，注塑模具由动模和定模两部分组成，动模安装在注射成型机的移动模板上，定模安装在注射成型机的固定模板上。在注射成型时动模与定模闭合构成浇注系统和型腔，开模时动模和定模分离以便取出塑料制品。
目前，吸尘器的构造部件大多由注塑模具注塑成型，吸尘器的连接块作为吸尘器中的连接部件及支撑部件，其结构如图1所示，包括连接块本体1，连接块本体1为三角形块状结构，其两侧部对称设置有凹槽11，凹槽11中带有通孔；底面中部带有空腔12，空腔12的两侧对称设有带通孔的圆柱台13。其为异型结构、较为复杂，传统的注塑模具在制作过程中存在脱模效率低、模具成本高的缺点，并且制作的吸尘器连接块表面不光滑、质量较差。

本申请人针对现有技术中的上述缺点，提供一种吸尘器连接块的成型模具，其具有脱模效率高、成本低、质量好的特点。

一种吸尘器连接块的成型模具，包括相互配合的上模组件及下模组件，其特征在于：所述上模组件包括上模座，上模座包括由第一螺钉及第二螺钉连接的顶板、侧板、上连接板及下连接板，下连接板的下表面安装有上模；所述上模的下表面中部带有多个上成型结构，其下表面两侧对称设有上安装槽；所述下模组件包括下模座，下模座上安装下模；所述下模的上表面中部设有多个下成型结构，其上表面两侧对称设有下安装槽；
还包括装置于上模与下模间的侧模组件，所述侧模组件包括装置于上安装槽的上侧模及装置于下安装槽中的下侧模。
本实用新型的有益效果如下：
本实用新型结构简单、结构紧凑，成型模具由上模组件、下模组件及侧模组件构成，其合模操作简便、脱模效率高、成本低；成型的吸尘器连接块表面光滑、质量高。

见图3至图6，本实用新型包括相互配合的上模组件及下模组件，上模组件包括上模座4，上模座4包括由第一螺钉8及第二螺钉45连接的顶板41、侧板42、上连接板43及下连接板44，下连接板44的下表面安装有上模2；上模2的下表面中部带有多个上成型结构22，其下表面两侧对称设有上安装槽21；下模组件包括下模座5，下模座5上安装下模3；下模3的上表面中部设有多个下成型结构32，其上表面两侧对称设有下安装槽31；
还包括装置于上模2与下模3间的侧模组件，侧模组件包括装置于上安装槽21的上侧模6及装置于下安装槽31中的下侧模7。
本实用新型结构简单、结构紧凑，成型模具由上模组件、下模组件及侧模组件构成，其合模操作简便、脱模效率高、成本低；成型的吸尘器连接块表面光滑、质量高。

还包括装置于上模（2）与下模（3）间的侧模组件，所述侧模组件包括装置于上安装槽（21）的上侧模（6）及装置于下安装槽（31）中的下侧模（7）。
