本实用新型涉及一种金属成型加工装置,尤其涉及一种冲压装置。
背景技术
  现有的铁壳指的是USB后铁壳(如一种USB连接器中的后铁壳3)或MICROUSB后铁壳及其他类似的带有线夹(线夹一般呈U型)等,线夹为了方便组装,对U型的高度和宽度都有做一定的要求,必须达到一个范围,才能进行铆压;但有的时候因为运输的距离较长,为保证产品在运输过程中品质不会损失,以及让产品所占体积更消;会让高度和宽度更适合于运输(卷装时,两个铁壳的间距是固定的,其间距刚好是铁壳尾夹片的长度;夹片宽度加宽后,夹片高度变低,因此可以叠加更多的产品,以降低运输费用,但不利于组装);在组装时,必须将铁壳的宽度扳到符合铆压刀片的可铆压宽度。因此采用盘装,且尾部铁夹弯曲半径未能达到工艺要求,在生产时需要依靠人力将尾部铁夹整型后再扳下铁壳,效率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动冲压铁壳装置以对铁壳进行切料、整形。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括铆压机、电源控制装置、送料装置、冲压模具和收料装置,电源控制装置连接铆压机、送料装置和收料装置,铆压机设有铆压冲头,铆压冲头下方设置冲压模具,冲压模具旁设置送料装置和收料装置,冲压模具设有冲压口,其特征是冲压口附近设置感应器,感应器连接电源控制装置。
进一步改进,电源控制装置连接报警装置。
本实用新型的技术效果是:自动完成铁壳整形、扳料和切料,无需人工操作,只需照看物料状况。

如图1所示, 本实用新型包括铆压机、电源控制装置1、感应器2、送料装置4、冲压模具5和收料装置6,电源控制装置1连接铆压机、送料装置4和收料装置6,铆压机1设有铆压冲头3,铆压冲头3下方设置冲压模具5,冲压模具5旁设置送料装置4和收料装置6,冲压模具5设有冲压口,冲压口附近设置感应器2,感应器2连接电源控制装置1,电源控制装置1连接报警装置7。所述送料装置4和收料装置6采用现有技术的机械输送方式,可以是传送辊轮,电磁机械手。
当电源控制装置1打开时,感应器2检测冲压口内是否有物料,感应器2未检测到物料时,送料装置4自动进行送料,感应器2检测到物料到位时,控制铆压机的铆压电路接通,进行整形并将铁壳板下,然后收料装置6取走加工完毕的物料。做到整形扳料一起自动化完成,当感应器2超过一定时间未感应到物料或感应器2一直感应到物料时,报警装置7进行报警。

1.一种自动冲压铁壳装置,包括铆压机、电源控制装置、送料装置、冲压模具和收料装置,电源控制装置连接铆压机、送料装置和收料装置,铆压机设有铆压冲头,铆压冲头下方设置冲压模具,冲压模具旁设置送料装置和收料装置,冲压模具设有冲压口,其特征是冲压口附近设置感应器,感应器连接电源控制装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动冲压铁壳装置,其特征是电源控制装置连接报警装置。
