背景技术
例如,自DE21200800045U1已知上述类型的印刷胶布。在从所述文件中已知的金属背印刷胶布中,该覆盖层包含一个塑料薄膜,该塑料薄膜通过热熔性粘合剂粘接至该金属箔。该印刷胶布通过该金属箔的伸出长度以已知方式紧固在用于印刷的压印滚筒上。在印刷操作期间,为了清洁目的,使用清洗剂冲洗该印刷胶布的印刷层。这里可能发生的是,清洗剂进入该金属箔与该压印辊之间。由于在稍后印刷操作期间压印辊的旋转,该清洗剂然后被部分地压在该金属箔与该塑料薄膜之间,并在该印刷胶布的圆周方向上散布。接着可能发生的是,该热熔性粘合剂局部脱落,并且该塑料薄膜在所述区域中从该金属箔脱离。这导致该印刷胶布溶胀并导致在所述区域中印刷图像的损坏。

本实用新型是基于提供一种金属背印刷的目的,粘合层脱落的风险较低。 
根据权利要求1所述的特征如下地实现该目的:该覆盖层包含一种无纺布。本实用新型的优点在于,由于该覆盖层配置为无纺布,该液体清洗剂可在该金属箔与压印滚筒之间均匀分布。这里,由于该无纺布为开孔的,该清洗剂被该无纺布吸收。因此,该清洗剂不脱离该粘合层。此外,由于该清洗剂,不会发生该金属箔与压印辊之间局部压力增加,其中局部压力增加会导致该覆盖层从该金属箔上脱离。本实用新型的另一个优点在于,无纺布形式的覆盖层具有低抗弯刚度,从而可将该印刷胶布简单地安装在该压印滚筒上。

根据权利要求3所述的本实用新型的一个改进方案,该粘合层渗入该覆盖层厚度的50%至90%。这个改进方案的优点在于,在该类型渗入的情况下,实现了该覆盖层特别牢固地连接至该金属箔。该改进方案的另一个优点在于,由无纺布制成的覆盖层在渗入区域中没有或仅有很小的可压缩性,这使得在所述区域中该印刷胶布的稳定性增加。然而,由于该无纺布未被该粘合层完全渗入,由该无纺布制成的覆盖层能继续吸收水分。 
可选择任何期望的无纺布(例如纸)用于配置该覆盖层。然而,根据权利要求4所述的本实用新型的一个改进方案,该覆盖层优选为合成无纺布。该改进方案的优点在于,在水分吸收期间,合成无纺布不溶胀或仅轻微溶胀,从而在水分吸收期间该印刷胶布的厚度不发生变化。该改进方案的另一个优点在于,合成无纺布具有高长期耐久性。 
根据本实用新型,每种适于粘附该覆盖层至该金属箔的粘合剂可被选择用于该粘合层。物理结合和化学结合粘合剂均适用于此目的。然而,根据权利要求5所述的本实用新型的一个改进方案,该粘合层优选配置为热熔性粘合剂。该改进方案的优点在于,借助于热熔性胶黏剂,可将由无纺布制成的覆盖层特别简单地且牢固地连接至该 金属箔。当该覆盖层配置为合成无纺布时尤其如此,因为热熔性粘合剂特别适于粘接金属并适于粘接塑料。最后,该改进方案的另一个优点在于,在该印刷胶布制备期间,通过压力及热软化该热熔性粘合剂,并且该热熔性粘合剂在该过程中可特别适当地渗入至该覆盖层的无纺布中。除了粘接连接之外,可额外存在该粘合层与该覆盖层之间的强制锁定连接。 
如另一个从属权利要求6所述,该目的还通过用于制备开篇提到的类型的金属背印刷胶布的方法而实现,该方法与现有技术的区别在于 
-该金属箔在背向该印刷层的侧面上涂有该粘合层,以及 
-由无纺布制成的覆盖层被施加至该粘合层,该覆盖层是该粘合层的至少两倍厚,以及 
-该粘合层被活化,该粘合层渗入该覆盖层区域并将该覆盖层连接至该金属箔。 
由于该覆盖层是该粘合层的至少两倍厚,在该金属背印刷胶布制备期间,该粘合层仅区域性地渗入该覆盖层。该区域性渗入首先使该覆盖层可靠地连接至该金属箔。其次,部分覆盖层未被该粘合层完全渗入的情况使得在覆盖层中留有足够大的区域用于吸收水分。 
根据权利要求7所述的本实用新型的一个改进方案,在上述方法中优选使用热熔性胶黏剂。上述已提及的优点以这种方式实现。

1.一种金属背印刷胶布(2),该金属背印刷胶布包括以下各层: 
-一个印刷层(4), 
-一个金属箔(10), 
-一个覆盖层(14),该覆盖层(14)经由一个粘合层(12)连接至背向该印刷层(4)的该金属箔(10)的表面, 
其特征在于,该覆盖层(14)包含一种无纺布。 
2.如权利要求1所述的金属背印刷胶布(2),其特征在于,该粘合层(12)区域性地渗入该覆盖层(14)。 
3.如权利要求2所述的金属背印刷胶布(2),其特征在于,该粘合层(12)渗入该覆盖层(14)厚度的从50%至90%。 
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的金属背印刷胶布(2),其特征在于,该覆盖层(14)为一种合成无纺布。 
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的金属背印刷胶布(2),其特征在于,该粘合层(12)配置为一种热熔性粘合剂。
