背景技术
[0002] 一般来说,对于节能减排高效燃烧生物质锅炉是由合理布局的本体部件、专用燃烧部件、进料装置等组成,需要将燃烧室设计合理,才能将生物质燃烬。
[0003] 中国实用新型专利说明书CN102679379A中公开了一种高效节能的生物质燃烧机系统,包括锅炉主体,锅炉主体的一侧安装有生物质燃烧机、余热回收装置和除尘装置,生物质燃烧机为锅炉主体提供热量,余热回收装置回收锅炉主体排出的烟气内的热量,除尘装置对经过余热回收装置回收热量后的烟气进行除尘,余热回收装置和除尘装置之间安装有引风机,采用生物质燃烧机为锅炉主体供热,生物质燃烧机的燃烧成本低的作用,但是采用将生物质燃烧机与锅炉主体分离加热,必须通过余热回收装置将热能传递到锅炉主体,上述传递过程将流失部分热能,此外烟尘必须经过除尘装置并通过除尘装置内部的水雾喷淋除尘装置才能将烟尘内的灰尘去除,其结构繁琐增加了除尘时间,浪费水资源。
[0004] 中国实用新型专利说明书CN202382405U中公开了另一种高效锅炉,它是以生物质废弃物垃圾为原料,取缔燃煤的高效节能产品的高效节能减排生物质锅炉,该锅炉包括炉外壳和锅体外壳,锅体外壳安装于炉外壳上端,锅体外壳和炉外壳内部相连通,所述炉外壳内有上下设置的上层炉排和下层炉排,上层炉排与下层炉排之间是储炭层,炉外壳上有供氧口、储炭口和加燃料口,供氧口连通下层炉排下方,储炭口连通储炭层,加燃料口连通上层炉排上方,锅体外壳内安装有与外部的水循环管路连通的加热水装置,根据上述锅炉构造可将生物质进行燃烧。
[0005] 但是,即使采用这种结构的生物质锅炉,锅炉没有用于辅助燃烧的配风管、前拱与二次配风管,致使燃烧不够充分。此外,虽燃烧层内部的生物质在燃烧过程中部分灰尘可自行沉降,但是由于燃烧室的空间低而短烟气中的灰尘没有足够的时间完全燃烬及沉降,易造成空气污染,着火后会有大量的可燃气体逸出,在原有炉膛结构中燃烧,不能满足生物质燃烧时的足够温度和足够时间,可燃气体不能完全燃烧放热,形成锅炉热效率低,排放浓度高,锅炉冒黑烟等诸多缺点。
实用新型内容
[0006] 针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种节能减排高效燃烧生物质锅炉。
[0007]为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种节能减排高效燃烧生物质锅炉,包括锅炉本体,所述锅炉本体上部安装有压力表、水位计、安全阀、主汽阀与锅筒,所述锅炉本体上设有燃烧室,并在此燃烧室下部、前部分别设有链条炉排与进料装置,燃烧室两侧还设有侧配风管。
[0008] 进一步的,所述燃烧室包括前拱、后拱与水冷壁管,所述前拱与后拱设置在水冷壁管中下部。
[0009] 优选的,所述前拱上设有二次配风管,二次配风管为三至五根。
[0010] 进一步的,所述进料装置上的出料口距链条炉排的高度为400_500mm。
[0011] 优选的,所述侧配风管为四至五根。
[0012] 本实用新型的有益效果为:燃烧室由长度延长至链条炉排第三配风室的前拱,高而短的后拱及两侧水冷壁围成,并依靠炉排下所供一次风、前拱及侧配旋涡二次风保证足够氧气。固体燃料及裂解的可燃气体在足够空间及流程的高温燃烧室内,有足够的时间和条件完全燃烧并燃烬,由于燃烧室空间高而长,烟气中碳粒、粉尘等有足够时间燃烧并沉降,烟尘排放浓度极低,达到了节能减排、高效燃烧的效果。

具体实施方式
[0015] 如图1所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种节能减排高效燃烧生物质锅炉,包括锅炉本体4,所述锅炉本体4上部安装有压力表5、水位计9、安全阀10、主汽阀11与锅筒12,所述锅炉本体4上设有燃烧室,并在此燃烧室下部、前部分别设有链条炉排I与进料装置3,燃烧室两侧还设有侧配风管7。本实用新型的有益效果为:燃烧室由长度延长至链条炉排第三配风室的前拱,高而短的后拱及两侧水冷壁围成,并依靠炉排下所供一次风、前拱及侧配旋涡二次风保证足够氧气。固体燃料及裂解的可燃气体在足够空间及流程的高温燃烧室内,有足够的时间和条件完全燃烧并燃烬,由于燃烧室空间高而长,烟气中碳粒、粉尘等有足够时间燃烧并沉降,烟尘排放浓度极低,达到了节能减排、高效燃烧的效果。

[0017] 所述前拱8上设有二次配风管2,二次配风管2为三至五根。优选上述连接方式,二次配风管的根数可随着锅炉本体大的大小增加。

[0020] 具体使用时:在锅炉燃烧室下部设有炉排,燃烧室由前拱、后拱及锅炉本体上的水冷壁管围成,在前拱上设有二次配风管及在前拱前设有生物质防回火悬浮燃烧给料进料装置,在燃烧室两侧设有锅炉侧配风管。生物质燃烧室前拱高1.1〜1.2m,长度至链条炉排第三配风室,后拱基本与前拱同高,距前拱1.2〜1.3m ;前拱二次配风管3〜5根,按一定角度安装于前拱主风管上,两侧二次旋涡侧配风管分别4〜5根,按旋涡配风角度要求安装于锅炉两侧主风管上;生物质防回火悬浮燃烧给料进料装置安装于前拱前部,支撑于链条炉排上,生物质防回火悬浮燃烧给料进料装置出料口距炉排高度400〜500mm,生物质防回火悬浮燃烧给料进料装置上有隔断,送风,吹细料口等功能装置;生物质燃料经防回火悬浮燃烧给料进料装置进入链条炉排上,料层厚度由防回火悬浮燃烧给料进料装置上的叶片电机转动速度控制,进料中的碎散生物质由生物质燃料经防回火悬浮燃烧给料进料装置出料口的吹风口吹起,悬浮于炉膛内燃烧,炉排上生物质燃料燃烧需要的一次风由炉排下部分段供入,生物质燃料在炉排上燃烧,并裂解出大量生物质可燃气体,在前拱区域内由于有利于形成高温区、前拱上配置有二次风,高长的高温燃烧空间区域和燃烧室两侧的二次旋涡配风,使生物质燃料及可燃气体得以充分、完全燃烧,燃烧形成的高温烟气进入锅炉本体进行对流换热加热介质后排出锅炉烟气出口。
