[0002]生物质锅炉是以生物质能源为燃料的锅炉,生物质能源是绿色、环保、可再生能源,获得较为容易,且在一个循环周期内可以做到“零”碳排放,利用不受时间、气候和地域限制,污染物排放低。现有技术的生物质锅炉,生物质燃料在燃烧室内燃烧后,产生的高温烟气冲刷锅炉的主要受热面后,进入锅炉尾部受热面省煤器和空气预热器,再进除尘器,最后经烟囱排入大气。这种结构的生物质锅炉存在以下缺陷:
[0003] (I)生物质燃料的含水量较大,可以达到10-20%,现有的生物质锅炉燃烧不充分,燃料在燃烧室内的停留时间短,燃料使用率低,造成浪费;
[0004] (2)烟气余热利用不充分,热能利用率低。
实用新型内容
[0005]本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种高效节能生物质锅炉,提高生物质燃料在燃烧室内停留时间和燃烧效率以及烟气余热的利用率。
[0006]本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高效节能生物质锅炉,沿烟气运动方向依次设有进料装置、锅炉本体、第一换热器、第二换热器及除尘室;
[0007]所述锅炉本体包括通过换热管相连通的锅筒和燃烧室,所述锅筒设置于燃烧室上方,所述锅筒上部设有第一出水口和第一进水口,所述燃烧室内设有第一链条炉排和第二链条炉排,所述第一链条炉排的尾端位于第二链条炉排的上方,且运动方向相反,所述第二链条炉排底部设有第一进风口和第二进风口 ;
[0008] 所述第一换热器包括通过隔板相隔的空气-水换热区和空气-空气换热区,所述空气-水换热区设有第二进水口和第二出水口,所述空气-空气换热区设有空气进口和空气出口,所述空气进口与鼓风机相连,所述空气出口通过管道分别与第一进风口和第二进风口相连;
[0009] 所述第二换热器上设有第三进水口和第三出水口。
[0010]进一步的,所述第一进风口和第二进风口为漏斗形状。

[0014]进一步的,还设有引风机,所述引风机位于除尘室后方,且通过管道与除尘室的出风管相连通。

[0016]与现有技术相比,本实用新型产生的有益效果是:本实用新型所述的高效节能生物质锅炉,通过增加链条炉排的数量,能够增加生物质燃料在燃烧室内的停留时间,引入由烟气余热预热的热空气对燃烧室进行配风,保证了燃料的充分燃烧,提高燃料的燃尽率;通过设置第一换热器和第二换热器,实现对余热的充分利用。

[0022]所述锅炉本体2包括通过换热管213相连通的锅筒21和燃烧室22,所述锅筒21设置于燃烧室22上方,所述锅筒21上部设有第一出水口 211和第一进水口 212,所述燃烧室22内设有第一链条炉排221和第二链条炉排222,所述第一链条炉排221的尾端位于第二链条炉排222的上方,且运动方向相反,所述第二链条炉排222底部设有第一进风口 23和第二进风口 24,所述第一进风口 23和第二进风口 24为漏斗形状,所述第二链条炉排222尾部下方设有炉渣收集装置25。
[0023] 所述第一换热器3包括通过隔板34相隔的空气-水换热区31和空气-空气换热区32,所述空气-水换热区31设有第二进水口 311和第二出水口 312,所述空气-空气换热区32设有空气进口 321和空气出口 322,所述空气进口 321与鼓风机相连,所述空气出口 322通过管道分别与第一进风口 23和第二进风口 24相连。
[0024] 所述第二换热器4上设有第三进水口 41和第三出水口 42,所述第一换热器3和第二换热器4为管式换热器,所述管式换热器内设有折流板33,所述第三出水口 42通过管道与第一进水口 212相连,所述第二出水口 312通过管道与第一进水口 212相连。

[0026]高效节能生物质锅炉通过进料装置I实现对锅炉本体2的自动进料,生物质燃料在燃烧室22中燃烧后,通过第一链条炉排221自动向后运行并落入第二链条炉排222上继续进行燃烧,以增加燃料在燃烧室的停留时间,并通过第一进风口 23和第二进风口的热空气进行配风,以使生物质燃料燃烧更充分,燃尽后的炉渣通过第二链条炉排222向后移动并落入炉渣收集装置25中,燃烧过程产生的热量被位于燃烧室22中的换热管213吸收并传递给锅筒21,燃烧产生的高温烟气通过锅炉本体2的烟气出口进入第一换热器3;
[0027]高温烟气进入第一换热器3的管程,通过传热对空气-水换热区31壳程中的水和空气-空气换热区32的壳程中的空气进行加热,加热后的水通过第二出水口 312和第一进水口212进入炉筒,加热后的空气从空气出口 322通过管道进入第一进风口 23和第二进风口 24,对位于燃烧室22内的生物质燃料进行配风,高温烟气经过管程后从第一换热器3的出气口进入第二换热器4;
[0028]第二换热器4中,烟气进入换热器的管程,对位于换热器壳程中的水进行加热,实现烟气余热的再次回收,加热后的水通过第三出水口 42和第一进水口 212进入炉筒;
[0029]经过两次烟气余热回收后,烟气进入除尘室5进行除尘,经除尘后的烟气排入大气。
[0030]本实用新型所述的高效节能生物质锅炉,通过增加链条炉排的数量,能够增加生物质燃料在燃烧室2内的停留时间,引入由烟气余热预热的热空气对燃烧室2进行配风,保证了燃料的充分燃烧,提高燃料的燃尽率;通过设置第一换热器3和第二换热器4,实现对余热的充分利用。
