[0005] 一种全自动卧式热空气与热水多用锅炉,炉体前侧开设有冷空气入口和自动加煤ロ,冷空气入口设在自动加煤口上部,自动加煤口下部的炉体内设有自动链条炉排,炉体后侧设有热空气集箱及出口和鼓风ロ,炉体两侧和后侧分别设有左炉体水层、右炉体水层和后炉体水层,自动链条炉排末端的炉体底部开设有出渣ロ,炉体内设有上炉拱,上炉拱将炉体分为下部的燃烧区和上部的冷空气换热区,燃烧区和冷空气换热区通过换热箱烟气入口连通,上炉拱和自动链条炉排之间设有后拱,冷空气换热区内设有三到七个连通的烟箱,烟箱之间设有上下交措的烟箱隔板,每个烟箱内设有传热管和烟箱通道,末端烟箱顶部开设有烟气出ロ,烟箱侧壁的耐火材料炉壁上开设有清灰检查ロ,炉体顶部安装有炉顶水箱,炉顶水箱通过连通管分别与前拱管、后拱管、上拱管、左炉体水层、右炉体水层和后炉体水层连通。
[0006] 燃料经自动加煤ロ进入进煤ロ,在自动链条炉排的作用下将煤带到干馏区进行蒸发水分后,又进入煤气发生区产生煤气,产生的煤气在引风机的作用下燃烧后进入上拱燃烧室再充分燃烧后,产生的热量通过换热箱烟气入口进入烟箱内经第一传热管吸热后,通过第一烟箱通道进入第二传热管内,又经第二烟箱通道进入第三传热管内,依次循环,进入末端传热管内,再进入末端烟箱内,经烟气出口进入脱硫设备,在引风的作用下排入大气。
[0007] 煤在自动链条炉排的作用下,首先在干馏区进行干馏,再在混合煤气发生区产生煤气,后被输送到焦炭区进行燃烧,再进入固定碳区最后进入灰渣区由排渣ロ进入自动出渣机进行清理,整个过程,无言无尘环保节能自动化操作。在通风机的作用下,冷空气由冷空气入口进入炉体,经末端传热管吸热后进入末端空气区内,依次循环,最后进入热空气集箱内,送到用热空气区,整个过程运行稳定,热效率高。
[0008] 锅炉内的水在余热的作用下加热后,通过连通管)将炉体内的水层与炉顶的余热水箱连通后,形成循环水,在外部水泵的作用下,通过出水ロ进入采暖或者洗浴系统,再 通过回水口进入炉内循环加热,整个过程常压运行,安全可靠,将锅炉内的余热巧妙的运用到生产与生活热水中,既节能又延长锅炉的使用寿命,使锅炉充分提高热效率,是能源重复利用的一大创新发明。
