技术领域
[0001 ]本发明涉及垃圾焚烧技术领域,尤其是涉及一种垃圾焚烧处理系统。
背景技术
[0002]随着城市化的发展,垃圾的污染已造成对生活环境的影响,因广泛缺少对垃圾统一处理的设施,带来对环境的二次污染和发生意外火灾的隐患,目前在农村及中小城镇使用的垃圾焚烧炉普遍存在难以清理,焚烧不充分,不完全,燃烧过程中对环境污染大,难以持续使用等诸多问题。
[0003] 垃圾经过现代化的焚烧处理,体积一般可减少80%〜90%,同时可以消灭各种病原体,将有害物质转化为无害物,还可以实现资源化的利用,垃圾焚烧是实现垃圾减量化、无害化和资源化处理的主要途径之一。
[0004]垃圾焚烧成为当前垃圾处理的主要途径之一,我国现有的垃圾焚烧多采用机械式垃圾焚烧炉,例如,CN104613481A公开了一种垃圾焚烧炉,提供的垃圾焚烧炉呈横向布置,在横向上由若干移动单元组合而成,所述若干移动单元由支撑装置一体支撑并且由同一驱动装置进行驱动。有效解决推料小车卡死的问题,同时使得生活垃圾在炉排上的分布更为均匀,改善了燃烧效果。
[0005]现有技术中,多数垃圾焚烧炉包括进料口、给料炉排、位于炉膛内的用于垃圾焚烧的炉排、位于焚烧炉排下部的一次风供风系统、位于炉喉部的二次风供风系统以及排渣机。焚烧炉排整体构成用于焚烧垃圾的炉床,炉床沿纵向分为干燥段、燃烧段和燃尽段,焚烧炉排整体沿纵向分为多个焚烧单元,通常为5个单元,每一焚烧单元由多个滑动炉排片、翻动炉排片和固定炉排片组成。垃圾从进料口倒入垃圾焚烧炉,通过给料炉排的往复推动作用垃圾进入焚烧炉内的炉床上进行焚烧,在干燥段垃圾被烘干、脱水,垃圾主要在燃烧段进行燃烧,经过燃尽段的垃圾已经燃烧殆尽,之后剩余的炉渣进入排渣机,由排渣机排出炉外。其中一次风从焚烧炉排底部的风室送入,二次风从垃圾焚烧炉的炉喉部送入。现有的垃圾焚烧炉(工业炉窑),在焚烧垃圾的过程中,着火点不好控制,燃烧工艺控制不够精准,燃烧不充分,不可避免地产生有害气体,例如氮氧化物和二噁英等,这些有害气体对环境和人体的危害极大。
[0006]垃圾热值较低。例如部分工程设计热值在1450kcal/kg左右。大型焚烧炉及与其它燃料混合燃烧的炉窑可以较好地将生活垃圾较充分地燃烧,运行成本尚可接收,对环境的二次污染较小。然而,因受垃圾收集和运输等因素影响,在为数众多的中小城镇和乡村,无法采用大型焚烧炉来处理生活垃圾,仅能采用简易垃圾焚烧炉来处理生活垃圾。焚烧不充分,不完全,需大量使用辅助燃料,投入和运行费用均较高,难以持续使用。针对简易焚烧炉来说,低热值的生活垃圾在燃烧过程中,极易发生不完全燃烧,大量未燃烧物质随着火焰以及燃烧气体上升,由于在未燃烧部分中存在大量的二噁英前驱物,所以在燃烧排气中生成毒性很强的二噁英,排放到大气中,此外,其它污染物的排放量也较多,生产过程中产生的废水处理较困难,生产场地内散发的臭味性气体难以除去。因而开发替代现有技术中简易垃圾焚烧炉的同类设备,具有现实意义。
发明内容
[0007]为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种垃圾焚烧处理系统,以解决现有垃圾焚烧过程中,因燃烧不充分过多地产生⑶、碳氢化合物等未燃烧物及产生二噁英;废水、臭味性气体难以处理的技术问题。
[0008]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种垃圾焚烧处理系统,包括焚烧主炉;烟道进口与所述焚烧主炉的烟道出口连接的焚烧副炉;与所述焚烧主炉的进料口连接的进料输送装置;烟道进口与所述焚烧副炉的烟道出口连接的烟气冷却能量回收装置;进气口与所述烟气冷却能量回收装置的烟气出口连接的除尘器;进气口与所述除尘器的烟气出口连接的引风机;与所述引风机的排气口连接的排气筒;所述焚烧主炉包括炉体,位于所述炉体内的炉膛,与所述炉体底部连接的旋转平台,位于所述炉膛底部与所述旋转平台连接的圆形旋转炉排,至少一台与所述炉体连接的燃烧机,与所述炉体连接将外部空气引入所述炉膛内的供风口,与所述炉体连接将氧气送入所述炉膛内的供氧系统,位于所述圆形旋转炉排的旁边与所述炉体连接的出渣机构,与所述炉体连接、将所述圆形旋转炉排上的灰渣刮到所述出渣机构内的刮灰器,与所述炉膛上部连通的焚烧主炉烟道;所述焚烧副炉包括副炉体,位于所述副炉体内与所述焚烧主炉烟道连接的第一燃烧室,与所述第一燃烧室的顶部出烟口连通的第二燃烧室,与所述第二燃烧室的底部出烟口连通的第三燃烧室,与所述副炉体的底部连接,收集所述第一燃烧室、第二燃烧室和第三燃烧室灰渣的出灰机构。
[0009]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述进料输送装置包括垃圾贮存库;与所述垃圾贮存库连接的上料带式输送机;位于所述上料带式输送机出料端下方的破碎机;进料端位于所述破碎机的出料口下方的进料输送机构;所述进料输送机构包括链条输送机,包裹在所述链条输送机外周的箱体,围在所述箱体外部的加热室,所述加热室的近焚烧主炉端与所述第三燃烧室的出烟口连通,所述加热室的远离焚烧主炉端与所述烟气冷却能量回收装置的烟道进口连接,所述链条输送机的出料端能将垃圾直接送入所述焚烧主炉内,所述箱体的近焚烧主炉端与所述供风口连接,所述箱体的远离焚烧主炉端连接有进料斗。
[0010]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述箱体的远离焚烧主炉端还设有进气口 ;所述进气口与垃圾贮存库、破碎机连通。
[0011]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述第三燃烧室的出烟口与烟气冷却能量回收装置的烟道进口之间还设有旁通烟道。
[0012]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述供氧系统包括与所述炉体连接,将氧气送入所述炉膛内的供氧管;与所述供氧管连接的供氧总管;与所述供氧总管连接的氧气源;设置在所述供氧总管上的控制阀;还具有与炉体连接,用于检测炉膛内温度的传感器,所述传感器与引风机的控制系统和控制阀控制连接。
[0013]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述焚烧主炉的炉膛下部为圆柱体,上部为半球体。
[0014]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,还具有设置在第一燃烧室的烟道进口内或第一燃烧室内的污水雾化喷嘴;与所述污水雾化喷嘴连接的污水供应系统。
[0015]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述焚烧主炉还设有与所述炉体连接的人孔门。
[0016]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述烟气冷却能量回收装置包括换热器;与所述换热器的一个流体通道连通的循环冷却水系统。
[0017]作为进一步改进技术方案,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述除尘器为滤筒除尘器。
[0018]在不冲突的情况下,前述改进方案可单独或组合实施。
[0019]本发明提供的技术方案,设置焚烧主炉和焚烧副炉,焚烧主炉的体积可设计得相对较小,有利于炉膛的保温和炉壁向燃烧层辐射热量,改善垃圾的着火和初次燃烧状况;垃圾焚烧过程中的未燃烧部分中存在大量的二噁英前驱物,易在燃烧排气中生成毒性很强的二噁英,未燃烧物质在焚烧副炉内进一步燃烧,能大幅度降低二噁英的排放量。因垃圾的热值普遍较低,且波动较大,若过多的冷空气进入焚烧主炉内,会降低炉内的温度,使燃烧状况难以达到正常,而通过供氧系统向焚烧主炉内通入氧气,可降低冷空气的进入量,又能迅速改善燃烧状况,节约燃油消耗量,同时减少污染物的外排。

具体实施方式
[0021]下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
[0022]如图1至图5所示的垃圾焚烧处理系统,包括焚烧主炉I;烟道进口与所述焚烧主炉I的烟道出口连接的焚烧副炉2;与所述焚烧主炉I的进料口连接的进料输送装置3;烟道进口与所述焚烧副炉2的烟道出口连接的烟气冷却能量回收装置4;进气口与所述烟气冷却能量回收装置的烟气出口连接的除尘器5;进气口与所述除尘器5的烟气出口连接的引风机;与所述引风机的排气口连接的排气筒。所述焚烧主炉I包括炉体101,位于所述炉体内的炉膛102,与所述炉体101底部连接的旋转平台103,位于所述炉膛102底部与所述旋转平台103连接的圆形旋转炉排104,至少一台与所述炉体101连接的燃烧机105,与所述炉体101连接将外部空气引入所述炉膛102内的供风口 106,与所述炉体101连接将氧气送入所述炉膛102内的供氧系统107,位于所述圆形旋转炉排104的旁边与所述炉体101连接的出渣机构108,与所述炉体101连接、将所述圆形旋转炉排104上的灰渣刮到所述出渣机构108内的刮灰器109,与所述炉膛102上部连通的焚烧主炉烟道;所述焚烧副炉2包括副炉体201,位于所述副炉体201内与所述焚烧主炉烟道连接的第一燃烧室202,与所述第一燃烧室201的顶部出烟口连通的第二燃烧室203,与所述第二燃烧室203的底部出烟口连通的第三燃烧室204,与所述副炉体201的底部连接,收集所述第一燃烧室202、第二燃烧室203和第三燃烧室204灰渣的出灰机构205。
[0023]垃圾经进料输送装置3输送至焚烧主炉I内,在圆形旋转炉排104上依次经过干燥、着火、燃烧、烧烬阶段,灰渣经刮灰器109刮入出渣机构108内,经出渣机构108排出炉外。燃烧后的烟气进入焚烧副炉2,在第一燃烧室202、第二燃烧室203、第三燃烧室204内继续燃烧,第一燃烧室202、第二燃烧室203和第三燃烧室204沉积的灰渣落入出灰机构205内,经出灰机构205排出。第三燃烧室204排出的烟气经烟气冷却能量回收装置4冷却、除尘器5除尘后经引风机排出。燃烧过程中,除引风机出口为正压外,炉膛102及其它烟气系统为负压,使烟气不易泄漏至外部环境中,有利于保持工作环境的清洁。
[0024]因垃圾的热值普遍较低,且波动较大,有时需通过燃烧机105的辅助燃烧助燃,此时,若过多的冷空气进入焚烧主炉I内,会降低炉内的温度,使燃烧状况难以达到正常。设置供氧系统107,当燃烧困难时,通过向焚烧主炉I内通入氧气,降低冷空气的进入量,能迅速改善燃烧状况,节约燃油消耗量,同时减少污染物的外排。
[0025]低热值的垃圾在燃烧过程中,极易发生燃烧不完全,大量未燃烧物质随着火焰以及燃烧气体上升,由于在未燃烧部分中存在大量的二噁英前驱物,所以在燃烧排气中生成毒性很强的二噁英,排放到大气中。设置焚烧副炉,烟气中的未燃烧物,在焚烧主炉I内产生的有机气体,在第一燃烧室202、第二燃烧室203和第三燃烧室204内继续燃烧,避免二噁英的产生。第一燃烧室202、第二燃烧室203和第三燃烧室204的结构,使烟气形成错流,相互之间扰动,燃烧更充分。
[0026]如图6和图7所示,可选地,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述进料输送装置3包括垃圾贮存库301;与所述垃圾贮存库301连接的上料带式输送机302;位于所述上料带式输送机302出料端下方的破碎机303;进料端位于所述破碎机303的出料口下方的进料输送机构304;所述进料输送机构304包括链条输送机305,包裹在所述链条输送机305外周的箱体306,围在所述箱体306外部的加热室307,所述加热室的近焚烧主炉I端与所述第三燃烧室204的出烟口连通,所述加热室的远离焚烧主炉I端与所述烟气冷却能量回收装置4的烟道进口连接,所述链条输送机305的出料端能将垃圾直接送入所述焚烧主炉I内,所述箱体306的近焚烧主炉I端与所述供风口 106连接,所述箱体306的远离焚烧主炉I端连接有进料斗 308。
[0027]因垃圾的热值普遍较低,水份含量波动大,进料输送机构304设有加热室307,可利用烟气余热对拟进入焚烧主炉I的垃圾加热,蒸发水份,降低含水率,从而更有利于燃烧。加热室307还可将热能传递给箱体306内的空气,箱体306内的空气进入焚烧主炉I内,使得进入焚烧主炉I内的空气得到预热,从而改善焚烧主炉I内的燃烧状况。
[0028]可选地,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述箱体306的远离焚烧主炉I端还设有进气口 ;所述进气口与垃圾贮存库、破碎机连通。箱体306的进气口与垃圾贮存库301、破碎机303连通,燃烧过程中,从垃圾贮存库301、破碎303处引入空气,送入焚烧主炉I内,使垃圾贮存库301、破碎机303内处于负压,使垃圾散发的臭味性气体不排放到环境中去。
[0029]可选地,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述第三燃烧室204的出烟口与烟气冷却能量回收装置4的烟道进口之间还设有旁通烟道。设有旁通烟道,可调节进入加热室307
的烟气量。
[0030]可选地,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述供氧系统107包括与所述炉体1I连接,将氧气送入所述炉膛102内的供氧管;与所述供氧管连接的供氧总管;与所述供氧总管连接的氧气源;设置在所述供氧总管上的控制阀;所述垃圾焚烧处理系统还具有与炉体101连接,用于检测炉膛102内温度的传感器,所述传感器与引风机的控制系统和所述控制阀控制连接。传感器检测的温度信号传递给引风机的控制系统和控制阀,按照温度的设定值分别控制引风机的转速,或控制控制阀的启闭及流量,通过控制进入炉膛102内的空气量或氧气量,来控制焚烧主炉I内垃圾燃烧的温度,使垃圾能充分燃烧,降低有害物质的排放量。
[0031]可选地,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述焚烧主炉I的炉膛102下部为圆柱体,上部为半球体。此种结构的炉子,有利于改善焚烧主炉的保温效果,上部为半球体,可向圆形旋转炉排104方向辐射热量,有利于低热值的垃圾燃烧。
[0032]可选地,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,还具有设置在第一燃烧室202的烟道进口内或第一燃烧室202内的污水雾化喷嘴206;与所述污水雾化喷嘴206连接的污水供应系统。垃圾堆放贮存等过程中,有少量的高浓污水,处理难度很大,对环境的危害也大,通过污水供应系统经污水雾化喷嘴送往第一燃烧室202内,污水中的水分在高温烟气中被蒸发,而其中的有机物,经浓缩后燃烧,可减少污水的排放量。
[0033]可选地,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述焚烧主炉I还设有与所述炉体1I连接的人孔门110。燃烧过程中,人孔门可以用于观察炉内情况,翻动燃烧层上的垃圾等,检修时作为检修出入口。
[0034]可选地,本发明提供的垃圾焚烧处理系统,所述烟气冷却能量回收装置4包括换热器;与所述换热器的一个流体通道连通的循环冷却水系统401。
