本实用新型涉及一种化成设备槽体的内部循环机构,包括不锈钢槽体,在不锈钢槽体上设有循环液出口和循环液进口,在不锈钢槽体的内壁上设有环形出液管,环形出液管的出口与循环液出口相连接,在环形出液管下壁上均匀设有多个孔,以达到多点位槽液循环出液。本实用新型具有结构简单、运行流畅,避免结晶体的产生,缓冲了循环泵出液压力,提高槽体内槽液循环的均匀性与循环的交换效率的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种化成设备槽体的内部循环机构。
背景技术
化成设备的不锈钢槽体,在生产过程中槽体内需要调配、储存一定量的由纯水和各类配比的化学试剂、粉剂组成的槽液,同时在铝箔化成的过程中,槽液中还会不断的渗入被化成剥离的铝箔铝粉,为了保证生产过程中槽体内部槽液的化学介质配比均匀性,减少槽液中结晶体的产生,需要不断的对槽液进行循环处理。但是现有的化成设备槽体的内部循环机构采用的是弯管式出液口,直接与循环泵出口连接,喷射出液压力很大,容易造成铝箔的摆动、打火甚至断裂,从而对生产中铝箔的损伤。
发明内容
 本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种运行流畅,避免结晶体的产生,缓冲循环泵出液压力的化成设备槽体的内部循环机构。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种化成设备槽体的内部循环机构,包括不锈钢槽体,在不锈钢槽体上设有循环液出口和循环液进口,在不锈钢槽体的内壁上设有环形出液管,环形出液管的出口与循环液出口相连接,在环形出液管下壁上均匀设有多个孔,以达到多点位槽液循环出液。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点为:结构简单、运行流畅,避免结晶体的产生,缓冲了循环泵出液压力,提高槽体内槽液循环的均匀性与循环的交换效率。

如图1示出了本实用新型一种化成设备槽体的内部循环机构的一种实施方式:包括不锈钢槽体1,在不锈钢槽体1上设有循环液出口2和循环液进口3,在不锈钢槽体1的内壁上设有环形出液管4,环形出液管4的出口与循环液出口2相连接,在环形出液管4下壁上均匀设有多个孔5。
  本实用新型结构简单,使用方便中介质的均匀性以及避免结晶体的产生,以达到缓冲循环泵出液压力,多点位循环出液的效果,提高槽体内槽液循环的均匀性与循环的交换效率。

1.一种化成设备槽体的内部循环机构,包括不锈钢槽体(1),其特征在于:在所述不锈钢槽体(1)上设有循环液出口(2)和循环液进口(3),在所述不锈钢槽体(1)的内壁上设有环形出液管(4),所述环形出液管(4)的出口与循环液出口(2)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化成设备槽体的内部循环机构,其特征在于:在所述环形出液管(4)下壁上均匀设有多个孔(5)。
