本实用新型的目的就是针对上述情况，提供一种带循环加速冲洗装置的化料槽，该循环加速冲洗装置能对槽罐里面的液体进行循环对流，从而加快反应速度，提高生产效率。本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现：一种化料槽，包括槽罐，其特征是在槽罐上设有循环加速冲洗装置，所述循环加速冲洗装置包括泵、进水管和出水管，所述进水管的一端插入槽罐里，另一端与泵连接，所述出水管一端与泵连接，另一端插入槽罐，插入槽罐里面的出水管的端口密封，其管身处设若干个出水孔。本实用新型具有结构简单，使效果好等特点，可有效控制温度，稳定操作，加快化料时间，提高生产效益。
