本实用新型公开了一种高粘度原料出料装置，包括原料桶，所述原料桶上设有通气孔和出料口；此外还包括气体输送装置，所述气体输送装置包括气嘴接头、压缩气体进气阀和管路；所述气嘴接头连接在原料桶的通气孔上，且通过管路与压缩气体进气阀连接。本实用新型利用压缩气体进气阀向原料桶增加压力，加快了高粘度原料的出料速度，可有效缩短出料时间，提高生产效率。

本实用新型涉及原料给料技术领域，尤其涉及一种高粘度原料出料装置。
背景技术
现有技术高粘度原料的出料，如图1所示，利用原料桶1上的通气孔1a和出料口1b，使高粘度原料从原料桶1的出料口1b倒出流入配料桶5中。然而，由于高粘度原料流动性差，因此上述传统的出料方式其出料时间很长，从而影响了生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种可加快出料速度的高粘度原料出料装置，以缩短出料时间，提高生产效率。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现：
本实用新型提供的一种高粘度原料出料装置，包括原料桶，所述原料桶上设有通气孔和出料口；此外，还包括气体输送装置，所述气体输送装置包括气嘴接头、压缩气体进气阀和管路；所述气嘴接头连接在原料桶的通气孔上，且通过管路与压缩气体进气阀源连接。本实用新型利用压缩气体进气阀向原料桶增加压力，加快了高粘度原料的出料速度，结构简单，易于操作。
本实用新型所述压缩气体进气阀可以采用可调压式压缩气体进气阀，使出料更加安全可控。本实用新型具有以下有益效果：结构简单，易于操作且安全可控，加快了高粘度原料的出料速度，缩短了出料时间，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
图2所示为本实用新型一种高粘度原料出料装置的实施例，包括原料桶1和气体输送装置。如图2所示，原料桶1上设置有通气孔1a和出料口1b。气体输送装 置包括气嘴接头2、压缩气体进气阀3和管路4。气嘴接头2连接在原料桶1的通气孔1a上，且通过管路4与压缩气体进气阀3连接。压缩气体进气阀3采用可调压式压缩气体进气阀，以方便操控。
本实施例利用压缩气体进气阀3，通过气嘴接头2从通气孔1a向原料桶1加压，从而促使高粘度原料从出料口1b流出到配料桶5内，可有效缩短出料时间，提高生产效率。

1.一种高粘度原料出料装置，包括原料桶(1)，所述原料桶(1)上设有通气孔(1a)和出料口(1b)；其特征在于：还包括气体输送装置，所述气体输送装置包括气嘴接头(2)、压缩气体进气阀(3)和管路(4)；所述气嘴接头(2)连接在原料桶(1)的通气孔(1a)上，且通过管路(4)与压缩气体进气阀(3)连接。
