本实用新型属于一种使浆液固液比增大的设备，特别涉及一种增稠器。 
背景技术
传统的增稠器在产量加大时，浆液中含有的固体沉降速度慢，几乎是沿浆液进口到浓浆出口直线方向流动，失去增稠的作用，造成内部的结晶物越积越多，最终导致系统停产，影响装置产能的充分发挥。如果浓浆出口的的固态比太大也会使浆液排不出来，从而也会影响产能。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种产能高、连续工作时间长的增稠器。 
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案来实现的：一种增稠器，其包括中空锥体状的壳体，壳体顶部设有浆液进口、侧壁上部设有清液溢流口，其特点是在壳体的底部锥尖处设有搅拌器，底部侧壁设有浓浆出口，在壳体底部侧壁设有对称的浓浆出口。 
本实用新型的优点是：增稠速度快、连续工作时间长、提高产能。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，本申请人实施了一种增稠器，其包括中空锥体状的壳体1，壳体1顶部设有浆液进口2、侧壁上部设有清液溢流口3，在壳体1的底部锥尖处 设有搅拌器5，底部侧壁设有对称浓浆出口4。搅拌器转速不能过高。

1.一种增稠器，其包括中空锥体状的壳体(1)，壳体(1)顶部设有浆液进口(2)、侧壁上部设有清液溢流口(3)，其特征是：在壳体(1)的底部锥尖处设有搅拌器(5)，底部侧壁设有浓浆出口(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的增稠器，其特征是：在壳体(1)底部侧壁设有对称的浓浆出口(4)。
