本实用新型属于一种使浆液固液比增大的设备,特别涉及一种增稠器。 
背景技术
传统的增稠器在产量加大时,浆液中含有的固体沉降速度慢,几乎是沿浆液进口到浓浆出口直线方向流动,失去增稠的作用,造成内部的结晶物越积越多,最终导致系统停产,影响装置产能的充分发挥。如果浓浆出口的的固态比太大也会使浆液排不出来,从而也会影响产能。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种产能高、连续工作时间长的增稠器。 
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案来实现的:一种增稠器,其包括中空锥体状的壳体,壳体顶部设有浆液进口、侧壁上部设有清液溢流口,其特点是在壳体的底部锥尖处设有搅拌器,底部侧壁设有浓浆出口,在壳体底部侧壁设有对称的浓浆出口。 
本实用新型的优点是:增稠速度快、连续工作时间长、提高产能。

如附图所示,本申请人实施了一种增稠器,其包括中空锥体状的壳体1,壳体1顶部设有浆液进口2、侧壁上部设有清液溢流口3,在壳体1的底部锥尖处 设有搅拌器5,底部侧壁设有对称浓浆出口4。搅拌器转速不能过高。

1.一种增稠器,其包括中空锥体状的壳体(1),壳体(1)顶部设有浆液进口(2)、侧壁上部设有清液溢流口(3),其特征是:在壳体(1)的底部锥尖处设有搅拌器(5),底部侧壁设有浓浆出口(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的增稠器,其特征是:在壳体(1)底部侧壁设有对称的浓浆出口(4)。
