背景技术
现有技术的沉浸式蛇管换热器中，壳程进料接管的一端与壳体内壁基本齐平，壳程物料从壳程进料接管的轴线方向流入壳体的内腔，这会导致壳程物料在壳体内腔的径向分布很不均匀，致使设备的换热效率降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高壳程物料在壳体内腔径向分布的均匀度，以提高换热效率的沉浸式蛇管换热器。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是采用沉浸式蛇管换热器,包括壳体、蛇管、壳程进料接管、壳程出料接管、管程出料接管和管程进料接管，所述壳程进料接管的出口端安装有设置至少一个通孔的盖板，所述壳程进料接管靠近所述出口端的管壁上设置有至少两个出料的通孔。
所述壳程进料接管设置在所述壳体外部的为进口，设置在壳体内部的为出口，所述壳程进料接管的出口端伸入所述壳体内腔1cm～50cm。
所述盖板上通孔的形状为圆形或方形或椭圆形。
所述壳程进料接管的管壁靠近所述出口端设置的所述通孔的形状为圆形或方形或椭圆形。
由于采用上述方案：与现有技术的沉浸式蛇管换热器相比较，本实用新型所述沉浸式蛇管换热器的壳程进料接管的一端伸入了壳体内腔一定长度，并使用开设了至少一个孔的板子盖住壳程进料接管的出口端，在壳程进料接管伸入壳体内腔部分的管壁开设至少二个孔，可使壳程物料从壳程进料接管的轴向和径向同时流入壳体的内腔，提高壳程物料在壳体内腔径向分布的均匀度，从而提高设备的换热效率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型所述沉浸式蛇管换热器的具体实施方式进行说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的沉浸式蛇管换热器一般由壳体1、蛇管2、壳程进料接管3、壳程出料接管4、管程出料接管5、管程进料接管6组成，管程物料先从蛇管2的一端流入，换热后从另一端流出，壳程物料先经壳程进料接管3流入壳体1内，换热后经壳程出料接管4流出。壳程进料接管3的一端伸入壳体1内腔一定长度，使用开设了至少一个孔的盖板7盖住壳程进料接管3伸入壳体1内腔的出口端，在壳程进料接管3伸入壳体1内腔部分的管壁上开设至少二个通孔8，所述壳程进料接管3盖板7上的通孔和所述管壁上的通孔8使得壳程物料从壳程进料接管3的轴向和径向同时流入壳体1的内腔，开设在盖住壳程进料接管3出口端的盖板7上的通孔和出口端的管壁上的通孔8的形状为圆形或方形或椭圆形。

1.一种沉浸式蛇管换热器，包括壳体（1）、蛇管（2）、壳程进料接管（3）、壳程出料接管（4）、管程出料接管（5）和管程进料接管（6），其特征在于：所述壳程进料接管（3）的出口端安装有设置至少一个通孔的盖板（7），所述壳程进料接管（3）靠近所述出口端的管壁上设置有至少两个出料的通孔（8）。
2.如权利要求1所述的沉浸式蛇管换热器，其特征在于：所述壳程进料接管（3）设置在所述壳体外部的为进口，设置在壳体内部的为出口，所述壳程进料接管（3）的出口端伸入所述壳体（1）内腔1cm～50cm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的沉浸式蛇管换热器，其特征在于：所述盖板（7）上通孔的形状为圆形或方形或椭圆形。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的沉浸式蛇管换热器，其特征在于：所述壳程进料接管（3）的管壁靠近所述出口端设置的所述通孔（8）的形状为圆形或方形或椭圆形。
