背景技术
零售货架上的大多数包装带有防盗标签（例如AM或RF防盗标签），以防止（包装中的）物品在未付费的情况下从零售店被带走。
所述防盗标签可以被嵌入包装。可替换地，标签可以被施加到该包装使用的简单的贴纸上。
尽管这种防盗措施阻止了许多潜在的盗窃，但是越来越普遍出现的问题是通过将物品从店内的包装中取出而盗窃物品。
即使将贴纸施加到该包装的盖子上(例如，如果所述包装是盒子)，通过挤压该包装的侧面以形成可获得产品的开口，仍可以容易地打开该包装。
本实用新型通过提供一种用于三维包装的防盗贴纸来试图解决现有防盗标签及贴纸的上述问题，所述防盗贴纸带有防盗标签，所述防盗贴纸的一部分为t形，使得所述防盗贴纸在使用时延伸穿过所述包装的两个轴线。

优选地，所述防盗贴纸带有防盗标签。
优选地，在使用时，所述防盗贴纸在两端延伸穿过所述包装的相互垂直的轴线，以覆盖所述包装的所有入口点。
该部分可以为十字形。
优选地，所述防盗贴纸具有长形的主体以及至少一个横向延伸的接片。优选地，具有两个相对的横向延伸的接片。
优选地，所述防盗贴纸的所述主体的每个端部具有两个彼此相对的延伸的接片，所述接片从所述主体的侧边向外延伸。

具体实施方式
图1显示了一种贴纸10，其具有长形的主体12和侧向接片14（tab），侧向接片14从靠近所述主体的每个端部的贴纸的两侧延伸。
接片14形成贴纸10的两个t形或十字形部分。
每个接片14相对于所述主体12是可折叠的。
该贴纸10在一端带有防盗标签（tag）16，例如但非限制性地，为AM或RF防盗标签。在该实施例中，防盗标签16被显示位于主体12的一端，但是，应当理解的是，标签16可位于防盗贴纸10的任何适当的位置。
贴纸10上还带有另一个标记（label）18，显示该产品被防盗保护。同样，标记18可以被放置在任何适当的位置，在某些情况下，可能不需要标记18。
该贴纸10包括顶部涂覆的、透明的、高光泽、双轴取向聚丙烯膜，采用永久性丙烯酸类粘合剂层压到玻璃纸衬垫上。
合适的贴纸可以是由Smith&McLaurin Ltd公司提供的名称为PPTC Gloss Clear60/HT236/65WG的贴纸。
PPTC Gloss Clear60膜特别适用于很多这样的应用，其中对水、油和大多数的家用洗涤剂的抵抗性是重要的。这种膜适用于标记刚性的和半-挤压的洗漱用品和化妆品的容器。
HT236粘合剂是被设计成对极性以及非极性基底都具有高粘附性和粘合力的增强粘着性的丙烯酸水基粘结剂。当标记如聚乙烯和纸箱板等困难的基底时，应当使用这种粘合剂。HT236的成分符合美国FDA食品间接接触175.105的规定。
65WG衬垫为62克白色玻璃纸衬垫，适用于自动标签配准或分配的情况。
可以采用多种技术将图形印刷到贴纸10，包括活版印刷、柔版印刷、丝网印刷或平版印刷方法。贴纸10也适合用于具有很多打印机/色带组合的热转印。
在使用中，采用敷贴器(例如HERMA400FIXTM敷贴器)将贴纸10敷贴到包装上。
该贴纸10被用于所述包装，使贴纸10在两端延伸穿过该包装的相互垂直的轴线，以覆盖该容器可能被以其他方式打开的所有的区域。因此，该产品被完全密封在该包装内。
应当理解，所述贴纸10的尺寸是可变的，其取决于使用贴纸10的包装的大小。接片14例如可以被加长以形成臂，在使用中，所述臂绕角部有折痕的容器进一步延伸。
在可替换的实施例(未示出)中，主体的两端可以为L形。换言之，主体的端部仅具有一个从所述容器的一侧横向延伸的臂。该臂的长度足以朝向主体部分的另一侧延伸，完全围绕所述容器。
上述的贴纸10提供了使标签不受干扰的防篡改保护。贴纸10被设计成具有外观美感，以使不损害物品的包装，同时提供视觉威慑。
标签16在销售点很容易失活。
在另一个可替换实施例中(图中未示出)，贴纸不带有所述防盗标签。而是，该防盗标签位于包装本身上。标记也可以位于包装上。
在这种实施例中，所述贴纸保持如前所述的相同的形状和形式，并且在使用中，优选所述贴纸覆盖所述防盗标签和/或标记，以保护其免于被移除或以其他方式被篡改。该贴纸也将保持它的主要功能，即通过在两端延伸穿过该包装的相互垂直的轴线密封所述包装，以这种方式保护包装在被购买之前免于被破坏。
应当理解，前述内容只是实施例的例子及其使用的一些例子。本领域技术人员将容易理解在不脱离本实用新型的真实范围内可以对其进行改进。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于保护三维包装的防盗贴纸，所述防盗贴纸带有防盗标签，其特征在于，所述防盗贴纸具有至少一个t形部分，使得所述防盗贴纸在使用时延伸穿过所述包装的相互垂直的轴线。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的防盗贴纸，其特征在于，所述防盗贴纸是透明的。 
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防盗贴纸，其特征在于，所述防盗贴纸采用永久性丙烯酸粘合剂被层压到玻璃纸衬垫。 
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防盗贴纸，其特征在于，所述防盗贴纸在使用时在其两个端部都穿过所述包装的相互垂直的轴线，以便覆盖所述包装的所有入口点。 
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的防盗贴纸，其特征在于，所述防盗贴纸包括长形的主体和至少一个横向延伸的接片。 
6.根据权利要求5所述的防盗贴纸，其特征在于，包括两个相对的横向延伸的接片。 
7.根据权利要求6所述的防盗贴纸，其特征在于，所述防盗贴纸的所述主体的每个端部具有两个彼此相对延伸的接片，所述接片从所述主体的侧边向外延伸。
