本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,具体涉及一种采用高光效热电分离功率型发光二极体的LED球泡灯。
背景技术
随着电子技术的进步,利用LED照明灯具越来越普遍,尤其是LED球泡灯,LED球泡灯通过漂亮的外观,简单的安装方式,以及良好的照明效果,广泛应用于商业照明、家居照明等场所。
随着LED球泡灯的大量推广和应用,也逐渐暴露出它们的许多不足之处:(1)LED球泡灯散热集中,散热材料体积太大,导致成本过高,产品性价比低;小的散热材料体又不能很好的散热导致光源寿命大幅缩减;(2)LED球泡灯受自身体积的限制不能做太大功率,不能满足需求高亮的场所。
为了解决上述问题,LED球泡灯采用例如减小功率提高散热效率的方法,但是这种方法却治标不治本,不能在根本上解决其技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种LED球泡灯,采用高光效热电分离功率型发光二极体代替LED球泡灯用的灯珠,以解决现有技术存在的散热效率低、发光效率差和发光效果不好的问题。
本实用新型包括壳体和铝基板,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是铝基板上设置若干发光二极体,发光二极体主要由晶片,金线和支架组成,支架为热沉式贴片支架,支架通过荧光胶体将晶片固定在支架上,支架两侧设有支架引脚,晶片通过金线与支架引脚连接。
上述金线为99.99%高纯度金线,支架引脚为大面积焊盘。
上述壳体为磨砂灯罩,透光率在78%一85%之间。
本实用新型通过采用单晶、热电分离设计,具有高光效,独特的热电通道、结构简单、散热效果的高光效热点分离功率型发光二极体来代替LED球泡灯用的灯珠,更符合球泡灯的散热结构,提高球泡灯和筒灯的散热效果;热电分离设计,独特的热通道与电通道,整灯无需导热胶及导热硅垫就能达到很好的散热效果,高可靠性,低光衰,使用寿命更长;大量减少灯珠数量,提高贴片效率,所用光源焊盘面积较大,降低贴片不良率,提高生产效率;光源与铝基板完美结合,发光更均匀。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种LED球泡灯,包括壳体1和铝基板2,壳体1为磨砂灯罩,透光率在78%85%之间,铝基板2上设置若干发光二极体3,发光二极体3主要由晶片31,金线32和支架35组成,支架35为热沉式贴片支架,支架35通过荧光胶体33将晶片31固定在支架35上,支架35两侧设有支架引脚34,晶片31通过金线32与支架引脚34连接,金线32为99.99%高纯度金线,支架引脚34为大面积焊盘。

1.一种LED球泡灯,包括壳体和铝基板,其特征是铝基板上设置若干发光二极体,发光二极体主要由晶片,金线和支架组成,支架为热沉式贴片支架,支架通过荧光胶体将晶片固定在支架上,支架两侧设有支架引脚,晶片通过金线与支架引脚连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED球泡灯,其特征是金线为99.99%高纯度金线,支架引脚为大面积焊盘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED球泡灯,其特征是壳体为磨砂灯罩,透光率在78%~85%之间。
