本实用新型属于铝、铝合金、锌合金锡合金等回收领域,具体涉及一种带有涡流热的熔融锅,包括熔融锅和加热炉,熔融锅位于加热炉的上方,熔融锅的侧壁上固定连接有两个对称的托柄,所述熔融锅的侧壁上缠绕有涡流线圈,涡流线圈上缠有耐高温层。本实用新型采用两种加热方式,结构简单,实施方便,加热炉加热,可以食用煤炭、天然气,或者液体燃料作为燃料,另外,如果加热温度不够,可以采用电加热,电加热避免了原先的电热丝或者电热棒加热,存在维修不方便的问题,采用涡流加热,涡流加热具有如下优点:(1)非接触式加热,热源和受热物件可以不直接接触,(2)加热效率高,速度快,可以减少表面氧化现象等优点。

本实用新型属于铝、铝合金、锌合金锡合金等回收领域,具体涉及一种带有涡流热的熔融锅。 
背景技术
随着社会的发展,金属冶炼,金属合金的使用在社会中占得比重越来越大,在金属加工领域,经常会有下脚料或者边料等废弃物,这些都能够重新回炉,重新加工利用;另外,在电解铝领域,金属铝也需要熔融后浇筑到模具中,形成铝锭,这些都需要使用熔融锅,现有熔融锅一般采用煤炭加热或者采用石油或者液化气、天然气进行加热熔融,也有采用电热丝对熔融锅进行加热的,但是电热丝容易烧断,烧断后需要冷却才能重新连接,维修不方便,也不耐用。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在采用电热丝对熔融锅进行加热维修不方便。不耐用的问题,提出一种带有涡流热的熔融锅。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种带有涡流加热的熔融锅,包括熔融锅和加热炉,熔融锅位于加热炉的上方,熔融锅的侧壁上固定连接有两个对称的托柄,所述熔融锅的侧壁上缠绕有涡流线圈,涡流线圈上缠有耐高温层。 
所述的带有涡流加热熔融锅,所述熔融锅的材料为铸铁。 
所述的带有涡流加热熔融锅,所述加热炉为固体燃料加热炉或者液化气体燃料加热炉中的一种。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型采用两种加热方式,结构简单,实施方便,加热炉加热,可以食用煤炭、天然气,或者液体燃料作为燃料,另外,如果加热温度不够,可以采用电加热,电加热避免了原先的电热丝或者电热棒加热,存在维修不方便的问题,采用涡流加热,涡流加热具有如下优点(1)非接触式加热,热源和受热物件可以不直接接触,(2)加热效率高,速度快,可以减少表面氧化现象,(3)容易控制温度,提高加工精度,(4)可实现局部加热,可实现自动化控制。

具体实施方式
实施例1,结合图1,一种带有涡流加热的熔融锅,包括熔融锅和加热炉,熔融锅位于加热炉的上方,熔融锅的侧壁上固定连接有两个对称的托柄,托柄挂在起重机勾上,能够把整个熔融锅太升起来,进行移动;在熔融锅的外侧壁上缠绕有涡流线圈,涡流线圈上缠有耐高温层。 
所述熔融锅的材料为铸铁,加热炉的燃料为煤炭料加热。 
实施例2,无图,与实施例1相同的部分不重述,不同的是加热炉为液化气体燃料加热。

1.  一种带有涡流加热的熔融锅,包括熔融锅和加热炉,熔融锅位于加热炉的上方,熔融锅的侧壁上固定连接有两个对称的托柄,其特征在于:所述熔融锅的侧壁上缠绕有涡流线圈,涡流线圈上缠有耐高温层。
