Abstract

一种电连接器,其包括屏蔽壳体、收容于屏蔽壳体内的绝缘本体及安装于绝缘本体内的端子模块,所述端子模块包括内电路板及安装于内电路板上的若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括对接面,所述对接面上至少设有两个对接端口,所述两对接端口间的对接面上设有一收容槽,所述电连接器还包括用以屏蔽两对接端口间信号干扰的导电泡棉,所述导电泡棉收容于收容槽内且与端子模块的内电路板和屏蔽壳体导电相连,减小了端口间的信号干扰。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及其屏蔽材料。
【背景技术】
与实用新型相关的现有技术,参阅公开号为US7033210的美国公告专利。该公告专利揭示了一种电连接器,其包括屏蔽壳体、收容于屏蔽壳体内的绝缘本体及安装于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述端子模组包括内电路板及安装于内电路板正反两侧的导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括上下两个端口,所述两端口之间设有开槽,所述电连接器还包括收容于开槽内并向后延伸的金属屏蔽片,来屏蔽上下两端口间的信号干扰,然而,这样的金属屏蔽片的材料的价格较高且还需要开模冲压,从而导致整个电连接器的成本增加。
所以,有必要设计出一种新型的电连接器以解决上述技术问题。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电连接器,该电连接器将两端口之间的屏蔽结构设计成具有弹性的导电泡棉,降低了电连接器的成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 一种电连接器,其包括屏蔽壳体、收容于屏蔽壳体内的绝缘本体及安装于绝缘本体内的端子模块,所述端子模块包括内电路板及安装于内电路板上的若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括对接面,所述对接面上至少设有两个对接端口,所述两对接端口间的对接面上设有一收容槽,所述电连接器还包括用以屏蔽两对接端口间信号干扰的导电泡棉,所述导电泡棉收容于收容槽内且与端子模块的内电路板和屏蔽壳体导电相连。 
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器两端口之间的屏蔽材料是导电泡棉,导电泡棉价格低,且无需开模冲压,从而降低了电连接器的成本。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,一种符合本实用新型的电连接器100,可以安装在外部电路板(未图示)上,所述电连接器100包括屏蔽壳体10、收容于屏蔽壳体10内的绝缘本体20,所述屏蔽壳体10和绝缘本体20上都设有上下两排收容对接连接器(未图示)的对接端口30,所述屏蔽壳体10的上下两排对接端口30之间设有接触部11。
如图2至图3所示,电连接器100还包括收容于绝缘本体20内的若干端子模块40,所述绝缘本体20包括对接面21,所述对接面21上设有一收容槽22。为了减小电连接器100的上下对接端口30之间的信号干扰,电连接器100在收容槽22内设置了导电泡棉50来屏蔽上下两对接端口30之间的信号干,所述导电泡棉50柔软性好,可弹性挤压。所述当导电泡棉50收容于收容槽22内不受挤压时,导电泡棉50突出绝缘本体20的对接面21。所述屏蔽壳体10由壳身12和后盖13组装而成,所述屏蔽壳体10的底部边缘设有若干安装到外部电路板上的安装脚14。所述屏蔽壳体10和绝缘本体20的上排对接端口30的顶部两侧设有小孔15,所述电连接器100还包括自电连接器100后端向前延伸的导光管31,所述导光管31延伸入小孔15内,通过导光管31来判断电连接器100的工作状态。 
如图4至图5所示,端子模块40包括第一基座411、第二基座412、固持于第一基座411和第二基座412内的若干转接端子42及安装于第一、第二基座411、412上的内电路板43。所述第一基座411和第二基座412之间还设有金属片413。所述内电路板43上设有若干供转接端子42穿过的转接孔430,从而实现与外部电路板电性连接。所述内电路板43还包括上表面431、位于上表面431相反侧的下表面432及向绝缘本体20的对接面21方向延伸的前端面,所述前端面上设有导电区域22,所述导电区域22与导电泡棉50电性接触。所述导电区域22沿内电路板43的前端面向后延伸至内电路板43的上表面431和下表面432,以保证与导电泡棉50的接触更充分。 
所述端子模块40还包括若干安装于内电路板43上的导电端子44、安装于内电路板43上表面431的第一固持块441及安装于内电路板43下表面432的第二固持块442,所述内电路板43的上表面431和下表面432都设有若干导电片433,所述同一表面的导电端子44与同一表面的导电片433电性相连,所述上表面431的导电端子44固持于第一固持块441中,所述下表面432的导电端子44固持于第二固持块442中。所述电连接器100还包括屏蔽件45,所述屏蔽件45安装于水平方向上相邻的对接端口30之间,所述屏蔽件45包括绝缘外壳450固持于绝缘外壳450内的屏蔽片451,所述绝缘外壳450上设有水平方向前后延伸的凹槽452,所述内电路板44的边缘安装于凹槽452内,从而来稳定内电路板44。 
如图6至图7所示,当电连接器100组装在一起时,导电泡棉50与内电路板43前端面的导电区域22和屏蔽壳体10的接触部11导电相连。同时导电泡棉50突出绝缘本体20对接面21的部分受到屏蔽壳体10的接触部11挤压,从而使三者之间的接触稳定性更好,当导电泡棉50被挤压后,位于内电路板43的前端面的上下部分52都发生形变,使其往后变形,从而与内电路板43上、下表面431、432的导电区域22电性接触。 
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器100的两对接端口30之间的屏蔽材料是导电泡棉50,导电泡棉50价格低,且无需开模冲压,从而降低了电连接器100的成本。 

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括屏蔽壳体、收容于屏蔽壳体内的绝缘本体及安装于绝缘本体内的端子模块,所述端子模块包括内电路板及安装于内电路板上的若干导电端子,所述绝缘本体包括对接面,所述对接面上至少设有两个对接端口,其特征在于:所述两对接端口间的对接面上设有一收容槽,所述电连接器还包括用以屏蔽两对接端口间信号干扰的导电泡棉,所述导电泡棉收容于收容槽内且与端子模块的内电路板和屏蔽壳体导电相连。 
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述内电路板设有向对接面延伸的前端面,所述前端面上设有导电区域,所述导电区域与导电泡棉电性接触。 
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述内电路板包括上表面、位于上表面相反侧的下表面,所述导电区域沿内电路板的前端面向后延伸至内电路板的上表面和下表面以保证与导电泡棉的接触更充分。 
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电泡棉不受挤压时突伸出绝缘本体的对接面。 
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述内电路板包括分别设于上表面和下表面的若干导电片,所述导电端子分别安装于内电路板的上表面和下表面且与导电片电性相连。 
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模块还包括安装于内电路板上表面的第一固持块及安装于内电路板下表面的第二固持块,所述上表面的导电端子固持于第一固持块中,所述下表面的导电端子固持于第二固持块中。 
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子模块还包括基座及安装于基座中的转接端子,所述内电路板上设有若干转接孔,所述导电端子安装于基座上且转接端子穿过转接孔。 
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基座包括第一基座和第二基座,端子模块还包括设于第一基座和第二基座之间的屏蔽片。 
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括屏蔽件,所述屏蔽件安装于水平方向上相邻对接端口之间。 
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽件上设有水平方向前后延伸的凹槽,所述内电路板的边缘安装于凹槽内。
