[0002] 铸造是金属零件的常用加工方法,尤其适用于制作形状复杂的零件毛胚。制造时,将液态金属浇注入铸型的空腔内,待冷却凝固后即可获得固态的铸件。铸型对铸件的质量有很大影响,尤其是采用分模造型时,铸型中带有分型面,易产生错箱缺陷,如果铸件还带有孔结构,则更易产生形状和尺寸的偏差,影响铸型的形状精度,从而影响到铸件的质量。现有技术中通常最多是采用导柱和导套进行定位,其定位精度不高,因此铸件精度不高,尤其是在制作一些高精度的精细制品时容易造成废品率高。

[0006] 为了实现这一目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种用于加工中部带有方孔的五边形法兰的模具结构,包括定模框、定模芯、动模框和动模芯,其特征在于定模芯设有五边形的定模型腔,所述定模型腔设有五个角,每个角内设有一销孔,定模框内设有与所述销孔相配合的销子,定模型腔中心设有一方形凹槽,动模芯设有与定模型腔相配合的动模型腔,动模型腔也设有五个相应的角,每个角内也设有一销孔,动模型腔中心设有与所述方形凹槽相对应的凸块,所述定模框设有导柱,动模框设有与所述导柱相配合的导套,定模芯设有精定位槽,动模芯设有与所述精定位槽相配合的精定位凸块,定模框一侧设有浇口套,动模框的相应位置设有分流子,分流子和动模型腔之间通过漏斗状的流道连通。所述定模型腔内方形凹槽相对两侧面为弧形凹面,所述弧形凹面的中部设有一小型凸块,另外两侧面呈弧形斜面,动模框设置有排气槽,动模型腔的五个角的外侧分别设置有渣包,定模型腔的五个角的外侧相应位置也设有渣包,所述渣包通过设置在动模芯内的排气槽与所述设置在动模框内的排气槽连通。

[0036] 所述定模型腔内方形凹槽相对两侧面为弧形凹面,所述弧形凹面的中部设有一小型凸块,另外两相对侧面呈外凸的弧形斜面,所述动模型腔内的凸块相对两侧面为弧形凸面,且所述弧形凸面的中部设有一小型凹槽,另外两相对侧面呈内凹的弧形斜面。动模框16设置有排气槽,动模型腔的五个角的外侧分别设置有渣包11,定模型腔的五个角的外侧相应位置也设有渣包11,所述渣包11通过设置在动模芯10内的排气槽13与所述设置在动模框16内的排气槽连通。排气槽和渣包使得排气更加有效,减少产品气孔,提高产品质量。动模型腔内还设有顶针12,开模后用于顶出产品。动模芯和定模芯内还设有冷却水路4,用于控制模具温度,延长模具寿命。定模框底部设有模脚17,用于固定在压铸机上,支持模块,模脚17的一侧设有防撞柱18,防撞柱设置在模具放置面,保护水管。动模芯10内还设有复位杆8,让顶出机构预先复位,不至于碰伤模具型芯。

1.一种用于加工中部带有方孔的五边形法兰的模具结构,包括定模框、定模芯、动模框和动模芯,其特征在于 定模芯设有五边形的定模型腔,所述定模型腔设有五个角,每个角内设有一销孔,定模型腔中心设有一方形凹槽,定模框内设有与所述销孔相配合的销子; 动模芯设有与定模型腔相配合的动模型腔,动模型腔也设有五个相应的角,每个角内也设有一销孔,动模型腔中心设有与所述方形凹槽相对应的凸块,所述凸块的形状与尺寸与所述凹槽的形状与尺寸相同; 定模框设有导柱,动模框设有与所述导柱相配合的导套,定模芯设有精定位槽,动模芯设有与所述精定位槽相配合的精定位凸块; 定模框一侧设有浇口套,动模框的相应位置设有分流子,分流子和动模型腔之间通过漏斗状的流道连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于加工中部带有方孔的五边形法兰的模具结构,其特征在于:所述定模型腔内方形凹槽相对两侧面为弧形凹面,所述弧形凹面的中部设有一小型凸块,另外两相对侧面呈外凸的弧形斜面,所述动模型腔内的凸块相对两侧面为弧形凸面,且所述弧形凸面的中部设有一小型凹槽,另外两相对侧面呈内凹的弧形斜面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于加工中部带有方孔的五边形法兰的模具结构,其特征在于:所述动模框设置有排气槽,动模型腔的五个角的外侧分别设置有渣包,定模型腔的五个角的外侧相应位置也设有渣包,所述渣包通过设置在动模芯内的排气槽与所述设置在动模框内的排气槽连通。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于加工中部带有方孔的五边形法兰的模具结构,其特征在于:所述动模型腔内还设有顶针。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种用于加工中部带有方孔的五边形法兰的模具结构,其特征在于:所述定模框底部设有模脚,模脚的一侧设有防撞柱。
